Picked up oil filter and they had a Seafoam engine cleaner and I picked up an extra. Watch their sales. They have some great items that go on sale but you have to watch their ads. They seem really knowledgeable and are friendly staff. Good place when you need parts now or next day. The cool thing is that can get items in stock at other of their stores brought to them or you can go to the other store. Great system.

Had what we needed in stock, we ordered online & picked up the same day. They gave md a coupon so I saved $50 on my radiator.

The one in Holly Hill is clean and the staff is very knowledgeable about the products they carry. Not so much so that they wont tell you and ask someone else if they dont have the answer to your question. The girl that helped us was super super nice wonderful employee and actually helped me out when others couldnt and even call to a different store to get something sent up from that store for me for the next day for my Audi and I really really appreciated it I totally suggest going in there

They have the most honest people working here. Left my wallet on the counter in the morning and came back at 2pm and they had it in their safe. Nothing was touched and had my whole paycheck in there. Faith in humanity restored. Thank you guys so much!!!!!!

Buying parts from here for over 20 years never had a problem then just 6 months ago I purchased a brand new battery from them and it was defective and wouldnt return it or exchange it even though I have the receipt for a battery just not the one that they sold me because the employee gave me the wrong battery so now my receipt doesnt match the batter in the computer and so I wanted a battery not the money back so it didnt matter if i have a receipt or if it matches the one in the computer in I just need a battery l dont care if it was a cheap one the return policy says all over the store that I could exchange it but no instead they called the cops on me 2 different times 2 different managers after explaining to them and proving to them who i was and what happened and what the policy is any way I will never shop at discount auto parts store ever again and I am going to tell everyone I can when ever I can to stop shopping there because the store might decide to basically rob you and then try to throw you in jail for it ridiculous

I came with an issue regarding AC part, I have been struggling pinpointing direct area that allows vent system to separate from top to bottom, The manager there was Very Helpful, he tried for awhile to Help, although we couldnt find the area to help diagnose for correct part. He was very courteous, and Tried along side. Customer service is Very Important! Especially A day away from Memorial Day!

I usually had a good experience buying parts and oil from here until today. The black woman behind the counter did not greet me or look at me. Instead, she gave me a dirty look. Now without placing judgment on someone because of their skin color, I’m going to assume that’s exactly what she was doing. I was guilty of being a white man. She started yelling at me because I addressed the issue, and didn’t apologize. I won’t be purchasing anymore items from this store. Long time customer lost.

Adequate. On par with other parts stores in the area. There always seems to be a good deal on one motor oil or another at any given time.

This store does not live up to the franchise standard. They are not price competitive like other stores in the state. This is one the least accommodating stores I have been to in Florida. I think corporate needs to come in and inspect the operations of this store throughly and retrain their workers.Its pretty bad when you try to tell the worker how to spell exhaust, and they still cant spell it right after multiple attempts.

Its a chain store, so product and prices are about the same. This location has a small sales floor but a huge parts room. So if u want variety for accessories go to another; but if u want to be sure u walk out with the part u went for this store is a good option... Not surprised about so many complaints regarding poor service, this specific stores generally pretty disorganized; and thats usually a reflection of poor quality staffing.

The parts guy al was amazing he came out and fixed my windshield wipers blades when I thought I needed to buy another new he fixed the one I have and save me $20 I will definitely go there to see al again for parts or what I need for my truck thanks again al!

Staff is always friendly and helpful. My only problem is the quality of the products. Products that I have gotten from you guys have actually done damage to my vehicle. Your voltage regulator caused a parasitic draw on my battery. It looked line my old one but didnt work. It also caused my battery to boil out. I will no longer shop with your company due to the inferior products. Also, when the parts are looked up by your staff on your in store computers, then they find the part with the part number, it isnt always the right part. I had this problem in your store with an alternator AND a fuel pump AND a fuel filter. The picture on the computer screen was right, The picture on the box was right, but inside the box was a totally different part.

Went there to pick up some windshield wipers. Went to the counter saw one person running one register. Waited for some 3mins while the cashier talked on the phone. The other employee there was also on the phone. They both just looked at me and did not give a heck that I was waiting. Laid my item down and walked out. I will never go back to this place and they dont care. And I most likely will never go to any ADVANCE AUTO STORE AGAIN!!!!
