My graphic designer was KELLY! He was very kind & him + the team at FASTSIGNS, completed my logo in a timely fashion. I already had my boyfriend draw it up, but I needed them to set it up to be printed & they helped me pick a professional font for my business name. They edited the logo until I was 100% happy. I had a terrible experience with this company. It was very strange because I drove to their location, met the owner, Mike, and he seemed great. We talked all the signs, banners, vinyl letters I needed. It was a lot of his services- we were totally re-branding our business. He had good ideas and we talked thru it all. I left with his card and I would email our logo graphic and sizes so he could finalize some pricing. I sent the email and followed up with a call. He didnt reply to my email or call me back. I waited a couple days and tried again- first email and then phone. No reply. I called the following week a couple times but still no reply. A few more calls and then I gave up. In the end I had contacted him 7 times with no reply. I spoke to the same guy at his office every time. It was insane. He wasted 2 weeks of my time because he didnt have the decency to return my call. I regret trying to do business with Fastsigns. I would not recommend this company to anyone for anything. Totally unprofessional. They should change their name to Slowsigns or better yet- Nosigns.
