Ken in finance, Clint in sales, Im embarrassed to say I didnt get the name of the gentleman who assisted the test ride were all awesome! Everyone here is great, check this place out first. Also their service department went to 6 star worthy review and made sure my trailer which wasnt in great shape had a proper LED light and the bearings were functioning.

Only 4 because i havent bought anything from them yet but always friendly and informative.

Waited over a week for a sea trial. Had financing and insurance in place and ready to take delivery of a brand new boat. They damaged the boat in the yard moving it for sea trial and did not care. Best they could offer was giving me deposit back. Could care less about me getting financing and insurance secured. I have already told everyone I know...Never by a boat from Aloha!!

I drove one and a half hours just to buy from this dealership. They treat you like family and understand customer service. Ive owned two other boats and one jet ski--each bought from different dealers. This is--by far--the best boat buying experience Ive ever had.

I have had my boat serviced at 2 other Mercury dealers 1 in Leesburg that I will never go back to and one in Orlando that was okay but did not deliver the excellent service that I have received from Aloha, Mike in service is a great manager and really seems to care about the customer and there needs. The first time I went here I walked into the showroom and wasnt greeted by anyone. I found that odd seeing as Im in sales myself and thats the first thing you should do. I looked around saw some staff walking around and some chatting in the back area. I walked outside to view some boats and walked around for probably 15 minutes still without someone greeting me. I walked back into the showroom and still no one greeted me. So I left. In total I was there 30 minutes and I saw ZERO effort to capture a sale. A few weeks pass and I found a boat on a website and it says its located at Aloha. I send in an internet request for more information and never get a response back. A week passes and I call about the boat I saw in the ad and I was told it sold. Whoever I spoke with at that time didnt bother to ask what I was looking for, if I was interested in something else etc. So far my experience is getting worse...Now lets fast forward a few weeks. I decide Ill give it another go. I find a boat thats available and still for sale. I apply for financing with Ken. I dont hear back for some time. I finally hear back and the terms werent agreeable to me and they wont negotiate the price so I decline. Now I wait a few months and I find another boat that is more in my price point. In fact its well within my price point but its a little more rough than Id like. This time I call and I get Pete. Now Pete I had dealt with the last time and I found him to be somewhat arrogant and he seemed he wasnt interested in actually selling he wanted a sale to fall in his lap. Long story short since Im running rather long. They dont follow up AGAIN I dont hear back about financing and low and behold the boat sold. Ive been in sales for a few years now and I can tell you that this kind of behavior is not tolerated in most places. Little to NO follow up. Lack of enthusiasm and general attitude of the place is lacking severely. Oh and I might add that I was not offered to place an order for a boat since they are in high demand at this time (I probably would have ordered one). So instead today I called another boat dealership and placed a deposit on an order unit. The staff was super friendly at the other dealership and was helpful when asking questions since I had quite a few. In conclusion Id stay away from Aloha. Sure they say theyve been in business for 40 something years. But it seems like they just dont care.

The sales team was outstanding! Ray was a pleasure to work with. Even though we were buying a small boat, we were treated like royalty. Everyone we dealt with were friendly and listened. No high pressure sales tactics, just honest, straight forward business. If you are in the market for a boat, Aloha Marine should be top on your list!

There is not enough good things to say about a woman named Sues who sold us our first boat!! She was absolutely amazing and made this experience absolutely incredible! She definitely takes care of her customers and makes them feel like family! I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy buying a boat without the stress!!!! We love you sues!!!!

Bought a used center console from Aloha. Service from Seuss was exceptional. I live in Boston and drove down to get the boat and Aloha made what could have been a complicated process easy and enjoyable. Upon arrival the vessel was extremely clean and exactly as described. Everyone was nice as could be when we first walked in and looked at the boat we wanted. After signing some financial paperwork and giving our down payment, with little to no communication through 2 weeks of up-down in and out, around and around we had to withdraw from buying and get our money back. We may not have been the richest people with the best credit, but sure seems like once they knew that they didnt even want to deal with us anymore. Oh yeah, after all said and done we were approved, but we withdrew anyways. Wont be coming back to this place.

So my grandfather owned a boat on the docks behind Publix that used to be on Riverside Drive back when Aloha Marine was back there they were always an awesome awesome place my grandpa on the boat and lived on the boat on the marina and Aloha Marine took care of his boat the whole time he was there there was a gentleman named Mark that used to work there that was an awesome person who I would love to get a hold of if anybody knows how I can get ahold of this gentleman would be great he drove an orange cougar back in the day dont know where he went but he was a good friend of my grandpas and gray mist but this is an awesome awesome Place very very lovable people family-owned back then Im sure it still is thank you guys for all the great memories some great pictures that I have Im back in the day and were talkin back in the day in the 70s so thanks guys

This is the best boat dealer in the area by far. They have an amazing selection and the sales staff is incredibly wonderful to deal with. They werent pushy at all and very honest. We ended up buying a the perfect used boat and are so happy with the purchase.

Just bought a brand-new Carolina Skiff from Aloha Marine. Aloha was the 4th dealer I visited and by far the best and easiest people to deal with. She went out of her way to make sure that all my questions were answered and that I was getting exactly the boat I wanted. Ken worked out the financial end of things and offered me the boat at a significantly lower price than any of the other dealers. Staff needs more training on satisfying customers need. Looks a lot like you take your money over to aloha marine and their service is similar to a vending machine. They might have the boat youll like but be careful on putting your money were you are expecting good service back. Hey steve and especially ken thanks again !
