Wasnt sure when I set my appointment, but knew my last experience with Safelite wasnt great so I figured Id give them a shot as they have good ratings / reviews.They got me even though I was late, everyone including the owner helped out to get my windshield replaced. Friendly helpful people who seemed to care and did a good job. Seems I made the right decision.
After being frustrated that my windshield was busted (by a seagull in the Outer Banks in North Carolina) and had to travel all the way down here without a rear view mirror, I came across this place and the owner and his crew helped me out when no one either had the windshield In stock or couldn’t get me an appointment until Thursday and we’re leaving to go home (Alabama) tomorrow. This place is amazing! The owner handled my claim from start to finish and I didn’t have any problems. The windshield was ordered in one day and installed then next in almost thirty minutes. I was even allowed to watch the entire install from start to finish. There were 5 guys assisting in the install like ninjas and they were very professional and experienced. Believe me these guys know glass replacement! I recently brought in my 1987 MR2 for a windshield replacement and they did an awesome job! The installers attention to detail and knowledge of his job was top notch. Would definitely recommend this place to get your windshield replaced.
They called my insurance for me and handled the claim after my windshield cracked. They had my windshield ordered and replaced in 2 days at no cost to me. The glass they ordered was OEM from the dealership, not aftermarket. It even had the pony on it since it was for a Mustang. I was highly impressed. It took them 30 minutes or so from start to finish. Highly recommended.
Had an 8 am appointment, I showed up at 7:45 am and I was greeted as I pulled up to the place. Steve started working on the vehicle right away and I was out of there by 8:15 am. Just awesome. I had made an appointment first with safelite waited a week the day of the appointment safelite called to cancel said they didnt have the glass wasnt sure when they would get the glass but would call me when it came in that was 2weeks ago never called. I reached out to precision glass with in mins Kaye called their warehouse ordered glass gave me a day of the appointment. And was $100 cheeper.. great place great service will use again highly recommend 👍

This place is awesome! I had a crack in the windshield of my Mazda CX-5. Because its an obvious choice, I tried to use Safelite. After multiple calls and waiting on hold for hours, I tried Auto-Glass America. After they tried to charge me $200 for a refundable deposit and tell me that I had to wait three weeks for it to come in from Canada, I called the dealership who referred me to Precision. Thank goodness they did. Precision had the glass I needed in stock and got it fixed in less than an hour. It doesnt even need to be recalibrated (which both others places were trying to charge a lot more for), looks amazing and everything works as it did before. I had such a hassle trying to figure out how to handle this windshield with all of the technology today. It was a three week process with these other companies, whereas Precision had it done in less than an hour. I will never use anybody else for a glass issue. This place is THE BEST!! Thank you! Wow Wee! They sure was precise with my windshield repair. Precise with price, time, removing busted windshield, reinstallation of new window. They are quite efficient and cool. Precision did an outstanding job on replacing my windshield. They communicated very well and restored features that the last windshield replacement destroyed. I travel the interstate every day so this was my second replacement in a couple of years. Precision did the best job!

Why should you do business with this company? How about having top technicians coming to your door knowing what they’re doing fixing it right the first time then when you have a problem with getting reimbursed having a wonderful lady in the office name Kay Who knows her job well and will fax email and contact the insurance company is in your best interest to get you the reimbursements you are owed.. Tim did a great job replacing my windshield. Excellent customer service! I had a rock hit my windshield. First phone call, my insurance company believed we could just repair the crack. Tim came for the appointment and realized I had pits all over my windshield and recommended a full replacement, which the insurance authorized. Tim and his coworker replaced my windshield in the parking lot at my place of employment. No time lost on my end. They did a great job. Got me the exact same windshield as what came on the car. Even went the extra mile and had a brow put on since my cracked windshield had the brow. I would never know the windshield was replaced except I can see so much better without all the pits :) I also spoke with Kaye in their office and shes very sweet. Highly recommend if you need auto glass replaced!

Just had my window replaced today. They called me to let me know i had some rust. Which im happu they let me know. They where able to get it on and seal it. Only thing i wish they would have cleaned the dust and clips up. Still highly recommend.

Extremely good work, very professional and friendly.At the time of my visit (late afternoon), I had no idea that my bank had cancelled my card because they thought it had been tampered with. So when it came to paying, my card was declined. I tried to get the money for their work from an ATM but that didnt work either. I was extremely embarrassed. To my surprise (because you do not see it often) the owner allowed me to return to pay them when I had cleared up the problem at the bank the next day.
