Communication is terrible. They sent me a completed upper that has a canted front sight and surface rust on the barrel. I have been trying to get in contact with them, but no luck. Maybe theyll see this and do something, but I doubt it.Its up to us to make sure that companies like this dont get our money. Highly encourage you to shop elsewhere.

Hate to do this but they left me no choice! First three orders were great..no problems with shipping or quality until this last order. Quality was the worst I have seen. Emailing them is a bust since they ignore them. Safe to say this is my last order from craptona tactical.

I received my order lighting fast! Great quality products and as described. Just placed my second order and the price was great. I had a question and talked to a very knowledgeable lady who was friendly and very helpful. Im sure they are externally busy right now just have patience with them.

Received a product for my AR that doesnt work properly. When trying to get it situated with DT, they told me I was wrong and to send video proof. I sent them video proof, and all emails sent since have been ignored. Waste of time, and waste of $70 for a part that doesnt work.

I purchased a 300 blackout 10.5 stainless barrel from them I really liked the machine work from the pictures they showed on the website. They were awesome with getting it shipped out promptly & communication of the shipment (I was very impressed) Then upon opening it up and seeing a completely different cheap looking barrel I was sick realizing it was false advertisement. I initially was hopeful I could simply return it for a refund but talking to them is not possible and emails just get ignored. I will wait another week to give them the benefit of the doubt but if not I guess all I can do is submit it to the Better Business bureau and hope for the best. So sad All the gun related companies I have ever dealt with until Daytona Tactical have always been honest and I received exactly what was pictured.

Overall not pleased. I made an account just to make a review. I’ve sent three emails over a course of 2 weeks and have had no response. I was very understanding due to the state of our nation and a large volume of orders, but no place should be that untethered from their customer base. I am currently still waiting on a confirmation for my barrel that I ordered. Nothing. I’ve tried to call several times. Nothing. At this point just give my money back. I’ll pay more elsewhere if it means good service.

I ordered a 7.5 inch upper im just wondering was taking so long for my order to be processed it still says processing I sent a copy of my ID already

I would rate 2.5 so far. Took three emails for them to send a confirmation email even when I called them before I sent second email though transaction charge was immediate, I think a tracking cookie made their site say item was in stock when it was really out of stock. I do not have a lot of faith in these people as of this moment. Their order tracking is very cheesy or homemade looking. I might have made a mistake based on a good looking deal/price. Now what I ordered is not just not in stock it disappeared from web site

Not sure what everyone is upset about 🤷🏻‍♂️ I ordered a lower receiver and some parts a few days ago and they just messaged me to tell me everything will be shipping out in a few days! So far their communication has been perfect and I see no reason why you shouldn’t do business with them. When I get my parts I will follow up on this review. So far though, Daytona Tactical has been great!!

My stuff came pretty fast, Im happy with my order. had an order refunded because they didnt have the items instock and though the refund took a while I did get it. will order from DT again

Order numerous times from them, both times I had to make​ a change to my order on my behalf. They fixed me right up quickly. As far as quality, my first upper complete assembly order is amazing. 1/2 and less MOA 300yrd groups. Had one group that every shot went through same hole! So tried again but held off the first shot hole just enough to leave a mark​ and just plain perfect. Very good quality in my opinion. Second upper parts order, same outcome amazing results. Both AR builds are 300aac.

Im trying so hard to give this local business more than one star, but they dont seem to want to answer their phone or email despite many attempts to reach them. Hope they turn this attitude around.

I ordered from this place over 30 business days ago and haven’t received any correspondence on my items. I wish I would have looked the reviews up before I did. I’ve sent 3 emails with no response, and phone communication is impossible with them. They will not answer the phone. I don’t even see how this is legal. They have 3 more days before I contact the BBB, and claim credit card fraud based on my items not even being shipped.My order number is DT-178361.Giving these guys the opportunity to settle this before I claim credit card fraud.

Overall disappointed in their customer service. Received the wrong part and have been unable to get in contact with anyone. Ive sent numerous emails over the past month and a half with no response at all. I just want a refund because I cant use the part they sent. Will not ever be ordering from this company again.

I bought a 80% lower and complete upper matching from Dayton Tactical in April. It has turned out to be is a total peace of garbage. I have done about eight complete builds in the the past with other companies and have not had near as many problems. The second issue is no one answers the phone for customer service. Once the gun was completed the bolt would not close and lock for a second shot. Once that issue was fixed it would not ejecting correctly so i ordered a different bolt then the gun is short cycling. I’m not sure what to do with it at this point but would advise not purchasing anything from Dayton Tactical.

Ordered two items. Shipping confirmation says 2 items shipped. Only one item arrived after messaging I got no response. Messaged again and got a response that my item was shipped in the same package with the item i recieved. I responded that it was not. I did not recieve a response back. Unacceptable, at least admit you screwed up and send me my item.

Ordered my part, they shipped in the time frame explained on the site. No issues, part is perfect with no blemishes and delivered as expected. Would have no issue recommending.

Daytona Tactical is a great place for all your AR needs. Excellent prices, quality, and customer service. I live in the Daytona Beach area and love to support local businesses. I have purchased many parts from Daytona Tactical with no issues what so ever. It would be great to have a retail shop but if you shoot over an email and ask for pick up they have always been more than happy to help. I will continue to do business with Daytona Tactical and recommend them to anyone looking to save money without having to sacrifice quality.

I ordered a lower and jig for my ar-15 and when i checked my order status it kept telling me processing ....that was more then 2 weeks ago and still no product or tracking info. I tried calling and cant get through, i even emailed the twice and no response. Went to their Facebook page and sent them a message but still no response. yes they do have good pricing but what good is that when you dont have your merchandise and they dont contact you back. I ended up buying my parts from another company because i needed it quickly. I wont ever buy from them again and dont recommend them

Hoping the owner or anyone who is in charge of communications would actually answer their very limited methods of support. I’ve tried Facebook and email and I need to get ahold of someone ASAP! Willing to upgrade this rating if they can respond. They sent the wrong item that we need for this weekend!! Seems like everyone is having this issue with communication.Well I see that the owner replied but I cannot respond to the response. Like I said I’ve sent multiple emails and a message on Facebook. I guess if you want me to elaborate on here I can but I guess just shoot me an email [email protected]. I doubt it’s too late either way to get anything accomplished at this point.

Let me start out with the 1st order was great had it in no time at all. Thought Id order again this time I had 2 separate orders .my orders was charged to my card .said it could take up to 10 business days to process. After 2 working weeks I sent email asking about my orders they responded with email saying they send a email about not being able to do a barrel no email existed then when a another few days past I asked about my orders the sent a number from ups that was printed the day I ordered when I sent another email stating the fact there responses was it was the tracking number for ups. They would check with there shipping. There owe websites saying that my orders of over 3 weeks are still processing and of course they still havent sent it. So I wouldnt recommend them at this time

Buyers beware!!!! Terrible customer service... ordered parts for my new build from multiple places a few weeks ago and this is still the only thing I am waiting on. If you email them you will be lucky to get a response within 3-4 days. I have asked for tracking and/or shipping info multiple times and have still not received it. If you are trying to build something sooner than later DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Order from Primary Arms... you will have your item within days!

I placed an order on June 2nd for a standard build kit, knowing ship time was 14-21 days. On July 25th called the phone number and it prompts you to email [email protected]. I then sent an email and I requested an order confirmation and tracking on my Items with no response. On Monday June 29th I went to there contact us link on the website to request the same information, but got no response. On Tuesday June 30th at 3:57 pm CT I emailed them asking for my shipment info or my money back, or I would be calling my lawyer to file a suit against this company.. At 4:05 pm CT I received an email from Amanda stating, We have not received any previous emails. Our current shipping times are also listed on the front page of our website, they are currently 14-21 business days. You were also sent a follow up email regarding the 1x8 barrel. At this time we only have 1x7 or 1x9.. we do not have an eta on the 1x8 at this time.In good faith, I then asked, If I get the 1x9 how long will it be before it ships? I still have yet to get a response. I have again asked for my money back and am still being ignored.

Ordered $400.00 worth of items. Waited 30 days. Phone communications are impossible, only way are emails. Was answered after multiple attempts and was told items should have shipped already. After that no answer. Days later received another email stating items would ship out that day. Never shipped out. A week later and still havent shipped out. Not only was I lied too but the business basically stole $400.00. Why else would a business PURPOSELY lie to a customer. Why would the items never ship out. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!. In the last month Ive ordered from 9 businesses for similar items all across America. None have operated like this!!!! Theres only 1 reason they would lie! To hide the truth no matter what it is. I ordered a 16 upper with lower parts kit .I received my order in 6 days. The safety selector and end plate had rust on them. I sent an email and 6 days later replacement parts arrived at my door. I never got a response to my email about the issue but they did make good on their products. Quality and finish are above what I expected for the price I paid. I will buy from Daytona Tactical again.

Ordered a part it was rusted and minor damage it’s been 2 weeks and I have sent several emails and tried calling multiple times without getting ahold of anyone

Well, Ive completed two of my first lowers with their AR15 jig ($69.95 AR-15 80% lower jig kit)and well quite frankly Im not too impressed. Its not a beginners jig. The way the lower is held in the jig is not firmly held in to place, so I got scuffs on my lowers finish. After finishing both lowers I notice the 5/32 hole for the trigger pin did not line up. So now I have a trigger setting in crooked. However, it dont seem to be causing an issue. Daytona tactical must know about this, how would they not?! Also, when I ordered this jig I had to contact them by phone because I never got a confirmation on my purchase and no shipping details. Just a absence of money out of my account, leaving me in the dark. It did complete my lower at the end. I dont believe Ill buy another though.

This is a bootlicker store, always closed, have to make appointment, half of their stock is never replenished, I show up to the place and people stop talking and just look at you all weird, I have never been in a gun store that people act strange like that. I would stay clear if this place and support another local business if you can

Decent product, not top of the line by any means, but what earns the one star is customer service and outrageous shipping costs. If there is any problem whatsoever with your order than good luck, because you will probably get a product you dont want unless you have the money to place an entirely different order. Thats what it boils down to, I guess: money. Because if you have tons of it you wont mind paying out the a$$ for shipping and extra unwanted products. I recommend Thunder Tactical instead, better product, better prices, cheaper shipping.

Ive purchased two of the 300 blackout uppers with the stainless barrel from Daytona Tactical and their quality, fit and finish is absolutely perfect!!! I couldnt be happier with them and plan on ordering many more for the custom builds we are producing. Shipping was right on the money and exactly as stated on their site!

Horrible finish. One side of the billet lower they ran the radius tool to deep and the other side it was barely touching it. Along with a few other things. I paid the extra money for a billet because I want a nicer product. Still waiting for a response from my email I sent them. AR company’s are a dime a dozen now. I’ll take my business elsewhere!

The only thing they sell that is worth the money is the 80%lower the uppers are garbage Im so glad I have head space gauges and know how to use em bc I had built a bomb will be hitting up palmetto state armory for a new upper I can trust.. even the bolt is junk and customer service is non existent

Their prices were decent, and I prefer to support local businesses in my community. So I drive up to their shop. Its an open bay door in a strip center, and after going there Im directed next door into an open office door inside another bay.I say hello and introduce myself and the two people in the office just look at me. Parts and assembled pieces all over the floor, no lights on, disarray everywhere. I ask if they sell parts and literally all I get in a shake of heads. No words. Literally I felt like I was trespassing.So I leave. Im thinking I missed a bullet here - no pun intended. Sometimes the best price doesnt mean anything. To be somewhat fair, they may have great stuff, too bad I wasnt afforded an opportunity to see it and make a purchase. I came with cash in hand.Seems to me if you are business to sell something every opportunity to present your product is an opportunity to reach several people. I have a lot of friends building rifles.I cannot recommend this business to anyone based on my experience.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE, Product was, terrible ordered an ar 10 upper assembly, the gas block was not tight the gas tube was just resting in, after fixing these myself the gun would not eject, I contacted them about a replacement/repair took a while and a few email attempts for them to respond, I sent it back with the label they supplied me, 26 BUSINESS days later no word, after a few attempts, and another week they said they would check on the order, and they said it should have shipped, a week later still no word and they, at this point its been 50 days and 8 do not have my product that i paid for and i have just accepted that they stole 500 bucks from me, do not buy from these people they sell poor quality products and have the worst support, and blatantly do not care about their customers.

Bought an upper kit from them for a decent price and good quality. But I received the wrong spring for the bolt catch assembly (easy mistake, nobody is perfect and I didn’t mix the springs up). I contacted customer support through email to get everything straight. But the lady acted like she didn’t want to help me, she then marked my email as spam and didn’t hear from her until I emailed again a week later. I had to get rude a little to actually get my problem fixed. If you encounter any problems with anything you order, just know it’ll take a while to get it fixed because of bad customer service. Overall, shipping was fast, pretty good quality and decent prices. Customer service just sucks and needs a lot of work.

Bought a 16 upper assembly, worked flawlessly. Then I bought a 10.5 upper assembly and it is garbage. The chamber is completely out of specs. Two emails later and no response. Phone lines are cut off. Very hit and miss. I guess you get what you pay for...

I ordered and received a barrel from DT. The description read that the barrel was nitrided but when I opened the package the barrel is phosphate coated instead. I immediately emailed them concerning the barrel they responded promptly asking questions. A week goes by and still havent heard back from them to resolve the issue. Buy elsewhere!

The store is an online store. I have never seen come by and visit anywhere on their site.The other review may have confused Daytona Tactical with Daytona Defense And Tactical which has a show room. Any way Daytona tactical is difficult to contact in person such as talking directly, they do fix order problems and communicate through emails and FaceBook.I live in Daytona and went to visit the shop and it is a place of manufacturing not a retail store front. The guys that own the Daytona Tactical also own an aluminum recycling plant. So they arent retail type people you meet if you show up unexpected. The products are good. The finish on the uppers dont match flush with the quad rail, youll need a shim for the barrel nut if you dont want to torque past 35 ft pounds and you will need to get anti walk out pins for the trigger group. Other than that their products are on par with lower end online stores, its just the customer service that may give concern to the more apprehensive. They are honest and you will get what you order.

I made my order on February 19, 2018 and received an email on the 22nd saying my order #115066 was on its way. I called and spoke with a lady on March 8th who said she would speak with shipping to see where my order was and I would receive an email update. Here it is March 12th 2018, I tried calling again with no results. How long does it take to get an 80% lower shipped. I guess they just stole my money and arent sending me jack. Bad Customer Service if you ask me. All I want is my order. For Future (DELTA TEAM TACTICAL) is where I will be going.

Friend of mine placed an order around the first week in Novenber and had trouble with the quad rails not in spec. on the 2 uppers he ordered. he has sent 2 e-mails to resolve the issue still no responce. glad i didnt place my order yet.
