They took my old refrigerator out to the garage per my request, installed and hooked up the new refrigerator and gave full instructions on its operation. Shopping at Garner Appliance was quick and easy. The salesperson Max was very knowledgeable and helpful in choosing the product that would suit our needs.Delivery was on time and handled very professionally by Reggie and Albert. One of our purchased items did not function correctly during installation, but the delivery team notified us of the issue and loaded the defective item back on the truck. Garner Appliance reordered the item and delivered it as soon as it arrived in stock. No problems with the reordering process whatsoever. The second delivery went flawlessly.I would highly recommend shopping at Garner Appliance.

Great products, great prices, great service. I bought my refrigerator there for my new house. Everything went smoothly ... from the purchase to delivery and installation. The sales staff didnt try to sell me something I didnt want, like they do at the big chain stores. I told them what I wanted, and they found the product that matched. Even the delivery guys were very kind, quick, and professional ... and they took great care to not scratch my new hardwood floors.UPDATE - we had a problem with the refrigerator after about two years. I called Garner TV and they responded quickly. A service / repair technician showed up the next day and took care of it. This was all covered by the warranty so I didnt have to pay anything for the repairs!

We were in Raleigh staying at our daughters house while they were on vacation. Their refrigerator froze up and the water was not draining out nor was the frig cooling. We went to 2 big box stores one who did not have the refrigerator we wanted in stock and the other did but couldn’t deliver it until the following Friday—a week away. We went to Garner and they found a refrigerator to meet our needs and arranged for their delivery guys to deliver it the next morning—the day we needed to leave town. Our daughter and son-in-law won’t come home to a frig full of spoiled food. The delivery guys, Harry and Donald were very professional and the delivery was made at the promised time. They took the old frig away and installed the new one. We went about our work and didn’t even know they were in the house until the were done. It was a great experience. Dave, the sales person went above and beyond to find a suitable refrigerator and arrange an “emergency” delivery. We appreciate their efforts.

I buy every appliance from Garner TV and Appliance and have always been pleased. It is a place where you can get personal service. The store has a small town feel with big-time products. Service always has been top notch. Personnel explains products. Once, we were steered away from a much more expensive stove after we said we didnt cut that much. I trust them and recommend them to friends.

Reggie, Malik and Jarvis did a great job delivering my new washer to the second floor through a tight fitting hallway and tight corner. Very professional and friendly. Came within the 2 hour time slot I was given the day before; and they called to let me knew when they were close.

Max at the Holly Springs location is a wonderful sales person...very knowledgeable...and zero pressure sales experience. The delivery and setup of my two refrigerators was also a great experience. Reggie and Lamarcus did an outstanding job of carefully transporting and setting everything up. I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a new appliance to go to any of the Garner Appliance locations. Much better experience then you find at the big box stores who typically have people selling you appliances that they dont even really know anything about. Plus...an added bonus is that Garner Appliance provides a FREE 5-year full warranty on our new GE Cafe Refrigerator. If something goes wrong...Max told me to call him directly. So I dont have to go through the runaround of calling some GE call center located somewhere offshore. I can contact a local appliance company that has been doing business in the triangle area for 40+ years!

Chris was very friendly and professional. He and Keith made quick, efficient work at installing my new washer and dryer. After telling me how to operate the items, he asked me twice, if I had any additional questions.

I made the mistake of first trying the large home improvement box stores and thankfully ended up at Garner TV & Appliance . Not only did they have the refrigerator I needed, but got it delivered, installed and the old one taken away within hours of purchase . What an amazing group of professionals from our salesperson Ted Law to our extremely professional installers Keith & Matt . I will not hesitate to purchase my next appliances there.

This is an excellent family owned store. All the staff are knowledgeable and so friendly. I bought a new mattress there and I love it! Also have purchased TVs and they were very helpful. Will never get a TV or appliance anywhere else!

I let the sales guy Ted know I was a few minutes away and coming out to his store before they closed at 6pm to purchase dishwasher. He said great. I got there at 545 and the doors were locked and no one there.Bad customer support. I will stick with the big stores that can afford to keep their doors open during store hours.

Sent an email requesting info on freezers. No one responded. Went to the store in Raleigh. Walked over the store looking for freezers. Did not see one in the store. Two people were there helping other customers but not one of then said anything. Did not say someone will be with soon or even acknowledge I was there. I am buying a freezer but it will not be with Garner Appliance and TV. Also looking for a dryer. Guess what?

Reggie again did a great job delivering and installing an applicance for us from Garner Appliance in Garner. This time it was a dryer. He had the old one out and the new one in and ready to go in just a short time. A couple of years ago he delivered and set up a new refrigerator for us. He was here at exactly the time he said he would be. He is clearly experienced and knows his job well. I believe the other man’s name was Malik. He also did a good job.

John, Will and Verson were polite, patient and did a great job replacing our washer and dryers. Garner Appliance stands by their products, offers great support and delivery services.

They sold us what was supposed to be a new washer but when we got it home, it was clear they had lied to us; the washer had been used as there was hair in the fabric softener dispenser, parts bag was ripped open, and water coming out from beneath it. They gave us our money back but we spent a lot of time and gas driving back and forth to the store and in the end, no one there took responsibility or held themselves accountable. I always try to support local businesses rather than the big chain stores whenever possible, but this local business wont see me again. Not a good way to build a new customer relationship. If considering a purchase from this business, do your homework and proceed with caution.

John and Vernon were very professional and courteous and took care to not damage anything as they were moving my appliances and installing the new ones. John explained the startup operation of both the washer and dryer to me before leaving.

You dont find out how good (or bad) a company is until something unexpected happens. I purchased a new microwave oven from here. Everything seemingly normal. Nine days late it died. I called them to report this incident, and was told that I would have a new one the next day. They absolutely delivered as promised. This is what I love about a small, local business. Way to go Garner TV and Appliance!!

I thought the service was excellent and their knowledge of the best brands, etc. was very, very helpful. I also appreciate that they help you find repair people when you buy appliances from them.

My husband and I moved to N.C. about 2 years ago. We have so far purchased a TV, dishwasher and washer and dryer. Since our purchases we have had no problems what so ever. I am going back shortly to purchase a microwave. I would suggest everyone to support your local ma and pa shops. All the big stores will put these small stores out of business if you dont support them. You may pay a little more but look who your supporting....your neighbor.

They just sell appliances and then forget who you are. The receptionist had no problem telling me where to go if I needed help - Home Depot or Lowes. I wish I had never bought anything from this store.

Looked on their website and found the refrigerator and washer/dryer we wanted, they told us they would honor the prices on their website so we placed our order by phone with them (which was comparable to everywhere else in price). Next day I received a phone call saying sorry they cant give us the price we saw on their website because they were too low for them to make any money (which is about $100 a piece higher in price then other stores). So we ended up only purchasing the fridge from them because they also said we would get that delivered on the day we wanted.... Now 4 days after we were suppose to receive the fridge, still no sight of it and when I asked when we would see it Ty responded and said hopefully soon with no actual date. With being a small business its pretty important to stick with what you tell your customers when youre up against companys like Home Depot, Lowes, etc. Living out of a cooler is fun when youre camping.... But not so much when you cant buy groceries for your own house. Very aggravated with this company and their service. Will definitely not be going back.
