Car was repaired professionally and timely. Its been about 90 days and the repair looks fantastic. I was a little apprehensive after reading some of the negative reviews. However, car accidents and getting your car fixed can be stressful so I decided to give this shop a try. Your experience may vary but mine was very good. I would definitely use this shop again. Hopefully, I wont have to but its good to know I have a local shop I can trust.

I am extremely happy with the repair work I had done on my car at the Holly Springs location--A few weeks ago someone accidentally backed their trailer into the side of my car. I took it over to Gerber and they worked everything out with the insurance and got it taken care of extremely quickly. I had some concerns about paint matching (I have a somewhat unique color to my car) and any leftover dentage (thats a word now) given the dent was right where two panels met. I picked it up today (a full week before the estimated time, big props!) and it looks perfect! The paint matches perfectly and I cant even tell where it was ever damaged. The staff was extremely friendly and professional, communicative, and just all around awesome. I hope to never have to get collision/repair work done, but if I do Ill definitely return here! Great work!

We had body work done a couple years ago at another Gerber that is now closed, and it was falling apart. This Gerber in Holly Springs repaired everything, went above and beyond, gave us a rental for the entire time and completely covered all expenses because of the Gerber warranty. The work is clearly better than what was done a couple years ago. I am so thankful we went here to have the previous workmanship corrected. They did a wonderful job and I highly recommend them!

Stopped by for a quote on some damage at the Holly Springs location.A member of the staff looked at vehicle. Was told would send me a quote. Never received quote. Did not return my phone calls or emails. Very unprofessional - I would think twice about dealing with this company.

I had some small damage to an area of the paint on my car. Gerber fixed the problem while I waited and didnt charge me. Excellent customer relations. Ill surely use them if needed in the future.

We have used Gerber on several occasions to repair various levels of accident damage ranging from fender benders to near totalled. They are always professional and courteous. Estimates are generally accurate to final work, and all work is guaranteed.Only complaint is that it can sometimes take longer than expected or desired to get estimates or work scheduled, but that is due to their reputation and volume, not lack of communication or laziness.We have been very pleased with all the work we have had done, and vehicles were always ready when they said they would be. Highly recommended for any body/mechanical repair.

I’m going to start by saying you’re probably not having a good day if you’re at a collision repair center. Something has happened to your car and most likely you’re a little out of sorts. So it is beyond helpful to be greeted with a friendly and knowledgeable staff like at Gerber Collision (they’re all great but specifically Cliff and Jill are my rockstars). There is a process and it is not fast depending on the level of complexity of your fix, but Gerber keeps you updated frequently through text and phone calls about the progress of your vehicle. They worked behind the scenes with both my insurance company and the car rental company, which helps to make a tedious process easier on the customer. They also stand by their work and have been readily available for any questions I have had after I got my vehicle back.

It is very hard for a company in this business to earn accolades, but it was actually a pleasure doing business with this Gerber location. I’ve never experienced anything like it with any auto repair related business.They took my vehicle when all other companies in the area said they couldn’t.They treated me like someone who needed help, not someone who they were going to get business from regardless of their actions.They kept me extremely well informed and up to date.The repairs look great, and I’m pretty sure they changed my oil without seeking recognition for their initiative.I don’t want to have to get any vehicles repaired again, but if I do, I guarantee I’ll take it back there.

EDIT 6/10/19I did up my review from 1 star to 2 because Cliff did reach out to offer help and see if there was anything he could do to assist me. Now I still prefer to go somewhere else so I do not have to deal with their lead estimator, I did appreciate the effort to fix the problem. Thank you Cliff.-6/7/19 Just went in for my scheduled hail estimate and was told the hail inspector went home for the day. I received no call to reschedule and poor customer service to see if they could do something to make up for the lost time. Also I had taken a car there before and was not totally satisfied with their quality but didt want to go back and forth with them on it. So, been awhile I figured I would give them another chance. But will NEVER make that mistake again. Also all the main estimator does is complain about being busy... Isnt that a good thing for a business and owner??? There are better places available. Reported their customer service to Allstate as well.

Made an appointment for them to come to our home in Apex. They showed up at my sons apt in Raleigh. This was all made clear as to where they the vehicle that needed the window replaced was. FIRST... THEY ARE NOT IN HOLLY SPRINGS! So the agent said they would be out between noon and 5 but would call an hour before. They came at 830 or 9 no call. I do appreciate they were early not late but the car was at our home in Apex not apartment in Raleigh. So my son shows up at our home ( he took my car) and said the tech had to leave and now he needed to drive to Garner. This is not around the corner. This is when we found out that Gerber is not physically in Holly springs. I didnt 45 minutes on the phone with Gerber ( which was in Tennessee). We also were not told they subbed out a 3rd party to replace the glass. They were suppose to email a confirmation and never did that. Definitely would NOT recommend!

Im always weary when taking my vehicle to ANY shop but Cliff and his team went above and beyond. I will truly never go anywhere else to have my vehicles worked on. They delievered the BEST customer service and my vehicle was returned better than expected. I highly recommend.

I had previously left a negative review for this shop by mistake. I should have left that for the cary shop. Cliff has been very calm and understanding of the situation and has helped in my resolution of the problem. Its nice to see a manager that doesnt dismiss issues or the customer. They seem to care about each customer and their satisfaction

6 Visits at two different locations, over 30 days without my vehicle due to damage caused by Gerber, Poor quality & Craftsmanship. Continuous promises without any results. Trash in paint, dents & scratches were added while at the repair facility, over spray over the entire vehicle, interior damaged due to water leak. Do your diligence and research

I had a woman hit my vehicle while trying to parallel park. After filing with insurance, Gerber came up as my insurance companys preferred place to take my car. They quoted the vehicle quickly and were able to schedule me. The repairs took less time than expected and they handled all additional costs with my insurance. Would definitely recommend.

I had terrible experience with Gerber Holly Springs!They took around $12000 from insurance Company to fix my fully covered Sienna Car but It has been more than three months it is still broken! I took the car 4 times back to there to have it fixed and now they are sending me to another Toyota Dealer service to deal the repair problem with myself which is horrible!According to the their saying their repair work has lifetime guarantee as long as the car with me but in 4 months I couldn’t use my car because of their terrible work quality!I was working/using my registered car for certain business where I can’t use any other car so I lost money for couple of weeks because of not having my car with me!I will definitely follow up this issue and I will sue about my losts too.But please don’t take your car here or ready for consequences!...

My husband and I just got our car from repair!After 4 months and 5th visit it is still broken!!!Our car had full coverage and they got more than $12000 from insurance company but they did terrible work! Every time I take the car back because of their bad work they are returning car in worse condition!Right know we have terrible annoying noise coming from backside where the accident happened they didn’t fixed it and as their manager saying it is not related to accident because there is no physical damage!!! What a genius explanation!!!They think and they act like customers are “stupid”I will follow this issue whatever it takes...Do a favor to yourself and don’t take your car to here!!!

⚠️ WARNING : DO NOT USE GERBER COLLISION, Holly Springs!!! ⚠️My 2016 Chevy Silverado had hail damage and I was told to bring it in for a detail inspection. I was told they would put a film over the truck so they could see every dent with a special light. When I picked it up after the inspection there was a brown goo over the whole truck. They didn’t even try to spray it off AT LEAST!! I ignored it when I shouldn’t have. I proceeded to drop my truck off for repairs. About a week later I went to pick it up and saw chips and dents that weren’t there before and shouldn’t have still been there. He took pictures of everything I pointed out and continued to tell me the chips had to have been already there because “he knew what work his men did and didn’t do”. He was nothing but disrespectful and nasty to me for wanting my BRAND NEW truck fixed properly. I took the truck home that day. It wasn’t one day later I realized that the interior of my truck was completely destroyed!! The seatbelt panels looked like they were broken open with a flat head screwdriver, the airbag clips were still popped out and all scratched up, the clips holding the sunvisors were completely broken off, the headliner was loose and not sealed around the door frames. My BRAND NEW truck didn’t look so new anymore. I am extremely upset and disappointed in their work. And even more upset about the way I was treated when I pointed out problems THEY had made.

Could never get a call back after repeated calls and jumping through hoops getting all the requested paperwork to them.Everytime I called I was given an excuse so and so is really busy, leave your name and I will have them call you back1.) when youre on the job, youre not busy... ITS YOUR JOB... dont ever treat customers like theyre bothering you. Its not a social call. Its why youre in business.2.) Chain establishments are hard to trust from the beginning, because there is usually lower incentive for employees to care or take an ownership pride. Especially in the south, where laziness permeates every fiber of the culture.Why should potential customer have to chase down personnel to do business?TRIANGLE COLLISION IS STILL BY FAR THE BEST AND MOST REPUTABLE COMPANY IN THE AREA.

Horrible! We brought our car in after an accident and have had to have it back in their shop two more times from them not doing the work right. Their account manager they had assigned to us doesnt return calls, is condescending and need to take a class on customer service. I have had experience with other body shops in my life and the job was just done right. Each time we have to bring it back it takes about a week to get the car back and we need to figure out how to live without the car. It is sitting there right now - they wont even look it over for about 3 days! Dont use them!

I gave one star, because I didnt have the option of putting 0. After talking with the manager overseeing my truck and explaining to him my bad experiences with body shops and the lack of paying attention to detail. I was insured nothing but top notch work. Since picking up my roof has began to leak staining my headliner. I had to replace my battery due to the headlights being left on. There are Knicks in the hood where the paint was replaced. About 8 new scratches in the bed of my truck just above the wheel well. The dash was not put back together correctly and I am appalled.

Horrible experience. Theres too many repair facilities in the area to trust this one. Horrible customer service. My vehicle was given back to me with 3 broken pieces, a flat tire and filthy dirty. My vehicle was also left outside with windows down and the sunroof open. I do not recommend this shop.
