Im so happy theyre close to my house otherwise every car project would be a time-gated nightmare. They also accept various forms of used oil.

For the most part, the people working here have always (with one exception this past winter) been very informed, helpful, and will diagnose and install batteries for you. They recycle used oil if you change your own oil, for free.

Customer no service, go to OReillys way better service!

Love being close to this place. Car battery went dead while in my garage. Jumped it with my other car, drove down the street to here where they replaced it for me, zip zoom done. They did test the system first to make sure it was the battery.

Any time I need anything for one of our many cars I go here. George is always super helpful and just a nice guy in general. I feel taken care of by the entire staff and won’t go anywhere else for all my auto part needs.

Nice bunch of guys. Went in for a new light bulb. Got a choice of possibilities from the clerk. Nicely explained the benefits of each price level. No pressure.Then got to talking about my engine running rough that morning. Got a lot of good advice on what it could be. I like these guys.

Thanks for the response. I went to pick up my online purchase. I stood there for about half hour and no one even had the trouble to say well be with you shortly. I felt kind of invisible, ignored. It took me almost 45min to pick up a purchase which I had already made on-line. How much time would it take to actually make the entire purchase there in the store?! Your employees dont seem to be enjoying to work there. They certainly dont behave like they do.

Went to the store to recycle oil and batteries and the manager himself helped with the batteries. I recycled the oil in the back of the store and as I was finishing the manager came by with some paper towels anticipating I might need them. Answered a few questions I had as well. I really had not intended to buy anything today, but felt obligated because of his great service. I told him my vehicle and he got the oil and filter while I brought my empty oil containers back to my car. Felt like I was in a regular local shop instead of a national chain. Great experience.

I have been going to this store for years and have always been a happy customer. They now carry Car Quest and Worldpac parts which is awesome! I used to shop around at all the different shops to buy parts but since I have been coming to this location I dont have to anymore. If you do your homework online before you come in you tell them the price you found and they sometimes give a discount, and you will come out ahead because you dont pay for shipping. The associates are very helpful too.

Zack was extremely helpful!!! His customer service was probably the best service I have ever received. He truly cared about my issue and took ownership to offer me a solution I could use immediately. I live down the street and never had visited this location, but going forward I will never visit another auto parts store while I am in the area.

We were getting ready for a long two day trip when the car didn’t turn over as quick as it should have. We decided to swing by Advanced to have the battery tested. We got there just as they locked up. They chose to let us in past closing and test our battery. Sure enough we wouldn’t have made it far with what we had. They had it replaced it and had us on our way in no time. We will now make our 6am road time safe and sound. Thank you Bryan and Jon!

Outstanding customer service! I ordered my new battery online prior to visiting the location to ensure it was in stock. When I arrived, the battery was ready for installation. Took 5 minutes for them to install it. The technician was courteous and professional. Nice work AAP!

Fast and friendly service. Theyre always willing to help and saved me from spending money on stuff I didnt need to on a couple of occasions. This makes me rather go back to buy more from there, than elsewhere.

Customer service was pretty good. I stopped in to have my battery checked, and they assisted right away. The gentleman who checked it was very polite. Here is where I had to take away 2 stars: in the midst of getting the battery checked, another gentleman opens the door and states that they don’t change the battery in my car model because of placement/time it takes to install. For reference, it is located under the floorboard behind the passenger seat - floorboard is held down by a hex screw. He stated that it would take over an hour, and I could buy the battery from them and have it installed up the street at an auto repair shop that they have a relationship with. I decided to go next door to O’Reilly Auto for a second opinion, and they changed the battery in 20 minutes. I will still frequent Advanced Auto as needed, but O’Reilly’s level of service brings about strong competition.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They allowed me to order online and do an in store pick up which made the part cheaper than anywhere else I could find (including Ebay and Amazon). I didnt even have to wait the half hour for them to process the order. Thanks for being so awesome!

I wanted to give a shout out to George the general manager at Advance Auto Parts Holly Springs. I had a dead battery on Sunday Morning (of course!) I got to the store at 8:50am 10 mins before the store opened...George opened the door and help me get a new battery, install it (since I had my 3yr old and 18 month old with me) and get me on my way. The customer service I received will keep me coming back. Thank you George!

Prefer it over oreillys. the service is much better. oreillys got weird on me when I asked to try a floormat out in my car, advance didnt. that was enough. but you have to sometimes go there for inventory advance does not have. glad they are usually right next to each other. oh, and advance is almost ALWAYS cheaper

They charged my credit card extra so the manager could steal cash from me. The company did not care, I had to open up a fraud investigation through the bank before Advanced Auto acted.

Bad Harley battery. I bought a replacement battery for my Harley it was defective manager George authorize a refund even though it was past the return date. No that’s a standup guy!

Bought headlights bulbs 2.5 month ago with 1 year warranty. One bulb stop working I Spend an hour at the same store trying to resolve this issue. They gave me bulb without a box. Whats the point having 1 year warranty if they wont replace their parts? After replacing the bulb my warranty is VOID, so if they stop working again your warranty wont cover them any more.
