Friendly and professional!! I recently purchased a new wedding ring set for myself and I cannot say enough kind things about this store and its staff. Romeo the Store Manager was very patient, knowledgeable and helpful with my many questions. He and his staff are always willing to go out of their way to make sure that I am happy with my purchases. Every time I stop in, they are always friendly and greet everyone who walks in the door. I couldnt be happier with this jewelry store!
Romeo and team are very helpful everytime I come to the store. They make sure to make the customers feel like family. I can call there and they remember you. I recently had an issue with a repair that shouldnt have taken as long as it did and Romeo fixed it.
Romeo, the manager in the holly springs location is a very generous man who went out and beyond to fix my daughters watch glass that was shattered by another company when trying to change the battery. My 10 year old daughter was given that watch by her father that died July 2018, it was a unique watch. My daughter was very distraught and heart broken because this watch is what she had to remember her dad by. Romeo went out of his way to get it fixed and it didnt cost me much like I expected. My daughter was so happy when we got the watch back fully repaired. Romeo, I would surely recommend u to family and friends. U are a awesome person. Thanks for putting a smile back on my daughters face. JW

They are friendly and the service they provided was fairly priced. They made a mistake and were swift to admit the mistake and send it out for correction.
I am very disappointed with the service I have received at Kay in Holly Springs NC over the past few months. I went one day right when they were opening only to have someone inside raise up their hand to tell me it would be 5 minutes. After standing outside in the sun for over 10 minutes, I called in the store because neither employee would look at me only to be told they were going to be another 15 minutes before they opened. About a month later, I went in to have my engagement ring dipped. She talked me into having the pronges extended. They called a week later saying it would cost $200 more than I was told. When I said no, she told me I shouldnt wear the ring anymore. When I went in to pick up my engagement ring, I had a little over $100 credit from not getting the pronges done, so I ordered 3 gemstone rings. It took an hour and a half for them to place the order. I went in tonight to pick them up. I decided to only keep 2 of them and return the third. After spending 45 minutes in the store, I ended up keeping the ring because the employee could not figure out how to do a return. I have spent over 2-1/2 hours on 3 visits (1 of which I was not even let in the store) and was let down by incompetence and inconsideration.
Terrific customer service!!! Associate took extra time with my wifes necklace to make sure it was clean.

They also talk trash about their area coordinator that requested for them to rearrange the store. They make jokes anout bad situations that is caused by them. The Manager Romeo told me that he dont make the decisions about store cleanliness and he really doesnt care.*when I say they Im talking about Leo and Romeo***
Cristal was amazing with helping me get my ring and keeping it a suprize. Wouldnt ask for any one else to help me shop at Kays.
Site shows open until 9pm yet they seem to close with no notice at 8pm...
