Lowes has the highest quality meat & fresh seafood in my area. They have friendly & knowledgeable butchers. I love the variety of fresh sausage for summer grilling. Boars Head cold cuts, a nice salad bar & fried chicken with sides too to take home.

Nice grocery store. One plus to shopping here it they sometimes have buy get one free. Its a good perk especially if you kids. Fresh produce and great fresh bread too. Try it out.

Apparently, all the points I have accumulated are worthess unless I clog up my wallet with some card of theirs or an app. Did we go back in time? Track people much? The cashiers sure dont care when they take my money.Weak response from their corporate about not trusting their shoppers not to steal from other people. Will never shop in a lowes anywhere again.

Honestly prefer it over the Harris Teeter in Holly Springs. Their produce is usually better quality and their meat department is super friendly and helpful. Also, the person that runs the beer den knows their stuff and always puts the good stuff on display.

The store was clean and well stocked. They often have hard to find items in comparison to Harris Teeter.We also like this this location because it isnt nearly as busy as other locations.

I love the panini spread they have and reheating process they do. It’s my go to spot now actually for lunch when my days packed full of massages next door at Serasana :). I do have to say though I came to right this review with a complaint. The young kid who ended up serving me was on his phone and only came to my attention after the older gentleman behind me stocking the shelf “yelled” out to him. Didn’t hear the panini thoroughly and didn’t cut it. Thankfully the meat is edible cold or hot (roast beef) but I personally try to avoid eating cold foods which is why I look forward to the hot service they offer. Anyways if you guys can be a bit more struck on the no cell phones during work policy. That’d be great. Otherwise love the store as a whole.

Ive lived in holly springs for about a year now, and the produce at this location has always been not to my liking but today was over the top unacceptable. I literally couldntfind one fruit or vegetable that was fresh enough to buy, when I entered the meat section there was GREEN beef, more than one package. I was so discouraged I finally just got a few packaged items of cereal and bottled water etc, and then the cashier actually asked me to bag my own groceries.... I didnt complain or get rude. But it isnt aldis and it isnt the kind of service I wanted or expected.... I WILL NEVER step foot in the store again. And frankly the health department needs to check in on the meat

This is a nice supermarket. They have fresh food and a great selection of meats. They also have nice rocking chairs which sounds funny because its a grocery store but its true!

We love ordering online in Lowes Foods. We shop online and schedule for pick up and almost every time they are on time and sometimes even earlier. The food and produce are of good quality. They also have wide array of ready to eat foods like one time we ordered roast chicken, it was delicious! The only thing that makes me take out one star is the fact that ordering avocadoes online seems not a good idea because we have received super ripes ones everytime and they go bad before the end of the week. This has happened even we did say to give us unripe ones. Other than that, everythings great and we love shopping online here.

There was a young man at the deli who was very polite and personal.He treated both me and my wife with respect and was very cheerful.He seemed very busy and I apologize for interrupting him but he came over and took care of us.He had red hair and was a young man.If you receive good service you know where to go to.We were about 8 miles from this grocery store.One more member of the team was a young man cleaning and sanitizing shopping carts.He was extremely polite.Its a shame I didnt get their names.Before I left I was going to look for the store manager to give him.praise about these two young men and how we were treated by both of them.Ill keep being a Lowes customer with service like this!The store was very clean and well stocked.Everyone who worked their stations were very helpful...the bakery dept and the seafood dept.Thank you all for a great shopping experience!

Great store. The women’s bathroom smells like a dirty mop though. It’s disgusting and disappointing since the rest of the store seems clean. Had to tell my 3 year old not to touch anything.

Disappointed by the treatment I received from a senior store clerk at 6am on June 24. She ignored my tapping on the door to let her know someone was ready to come in. Thinking she didnt hear me, I knocked louder. She looked at me then ignored me for another 8 minutes before opening the door. Her behavior toward me when she opened the door was shocking and unbecoming of a customer service representative.

Went to go pick up a big order I pre paid for in the beginning of the month and while placing the chicken in the car a man comes up to me and asked to see my receipt. After showing him it I was questioned on why the receipt was in the beginning of the month. CLEARLY YOU CAN TELL that I had prepaid for the purchase by the way I had two receipts. People may think I’m a lot of things, but a thief is NOT one of them!!!!! I come this store all the time and loved it but after this, I will be going somewhere else THANK YOU!😡

Beautiful grocery store, poor customer service. When you come in there is an employee at the entrance playing with his phone, no employee greets you or ask you if you are looking for something in particular. By the time I pay for my groceries at the self checkout line, 2 employees standing there talking not even look at you. That happened several times to me.I live across the street so it is very convenient for me, but I prefer to drive to PUBLIX, great quality products and AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I love this supermarket. The can do attitude of the always smiling staff makes the place. When I checked out two bag boys helped bag the groceries. We were finished in minutes.

My review is mainly based off of one worker which idk if he was having a bad day or something but every time we saw him he was just yelling at someone new customers included. Eventually he targeted us (2 15 year old kids) and referred to us as nimrods which i didn’t know people still used that word and told us to figure out what we were doing and get out of the way which we already knew what we were doing we were going to buy something but after that we lost the mood of giving them any money so we put it back. As we were leaving he began to yell at a young worker for something so overall great store but that man ruined my experience

Amazed! The old Lowes. Dont see them too much anymore. It gives you that town feel. Love it! But also very surprised to see how clean and adorable it was. Its in a small shopping center and right next door is a quaint little place to eat named Blind Pelican. Its seafood!!!! And amazing! Love the Maryland Crab cakes.

I called and ordered 14 balloons to be picked up in 15 minutes. when I walked in they were all working so hard to get my order placed and they were so amazing even though they dont work in the flower and balloon department. Nice clean store with various local products. There is at least 5 other grocery stores closer to my home but I drive here because it is clean, staff is friendly, and they have good deals on food.

Lowes Food ROCK!! Prices are too high but quality of service makes me feel right at home!! Ok for a stop and grab what you need grocery store. I could never afford to do my entire weekly shopping there. Great place overall though.

I have to say, the women working the floral department was amazing! She already had so much going on, but helped a man pick our items. As I was leaving, She ran our looking for him! He had forgotten the food for the flowers! She tracked him down in the parking lot!! Kudos to her! She is awesome

Dependable service

Walked there from my house. I was hoping to get their chicken pies, but it seems that is one item a lot of people want. They were sold out, which is not unusual. However I got other goodies instead. Anyways a nice store to shop.

This is one of the nicest grocery stores in Holly Springs. It is low-key and never too busy. So convenience and in and out is what separates it from other groceries. I do not know price information, so I cannot say it is the best value. Plant selection outside is best of any grocery chain. It is similar, but reduced, to what Lowes Home Improvement offers. Great job!

Not the biggest selection in the area in relationship to grocery stores but they always have great service and a friendly atmosphere. Things are fairly easy to find and we are always able to leave with everything we need.

Overall the experience was good but through category management you have eliminate the hot variety of taco sauce you have 3 mild, 2 mediums but no hot. I know that the movement might have told you to eliminate it but theres something said about having variety. So by not having enough variety I will probably shop elsewhere.

This is a great store. They put a lot of money into their renovations. Its very clean, well laid out, and fun. They have unique, local touches, a spot for kids to do activities, and a beer den. You can get and refill growlers here. You can also order a drink while you shop. The produce section is very nice and there are many prepared items. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Went to lowes in Holly Springs 20 minutes ago to pick up something from the bakery case. I was told the bakery is closed. They must not want to sell the baked goods!Went to lowes again tonight after being told the bakery closes at 8:00. Arrived at 7:50, bakery closed!!!!!. One of the employees told me the on duty manager doesnt know how to ring out bakery items. lol The customer always comes first!!!!! Before talking on your cell phone and pretending to be busy! Taking this place off my go to places.

The store is great, always clean and fully stocked. Overall, my shopping experience was pleasant but my checkout service was horrible. My cashier wasnt friendly, she never called for assistance bag my groceries so I was standing there bagging my own while a manager watched. Ive shopped at Lowes several times and Ive NEVER had to touch the groceries. When you hire a bunch of young cashiers, please teach them the importance of providing the ultimate customer service experience at all times.

This Lowes is probably my favorite of all the Lowes grocery stores. They have a very well organized and easy-to-understand layout and traffic flow. Their wine and beer selection is great and they have a large variety of groceries considering that the actual building is relatively small. The service here has always been very friendly and helpful, and the quality of their breads and the freshness of their meat is always above par. There are also some fun little restaurants and places nearby if youre just out and about and have some time to spend before you pick up your groceries. One of the best things about this Lowes is that there arent any other great grocery store options nearby so its convenient for anyone living in the bass lake area.

Sorry. Stock was low the day I went. Great Customer service and big selection, just went middle of the day for bread and the bread section was bare, this is months after COVID-19 outbreak.

Very nice staff and clean store but insane prices. Food Lion and Walmart around the corner will have much better prices. 6.50 a pound for chicken breast... are you kidding?

I will never come back again.. I wasted 30 minutes because the cashier made me pay more than what I have to pay, and gave me the wrong receipt!! Then I returned back and the return my money back without any apologies..

This grocery store is very clean and the staff is always very friendly. They have a great craft beer selection but my favorite part is their prep n pack. They have many items already prepped for you to make dinner preparation so simple! I do think the prices are a little high though.

The store isnt nice enough to justify the prices. Stores like Fresh Market have a really nice ambiance and are really clean which makes the prices seem justified. Lowes is nothing special but the prices are higher than average.

Lowes foods has a great variety of products for a wide variety of people. I personally like their tidy produce section, beer den with a wide variety of beverages, and prepared food options. Great place to shop if you are looking for cleanliness, but the cost of items is typically higher than any other grocer Ive been to.

Nice store. Layout is comfortable after remodel. Average selection and prices are generally a little higher then other chains. But the Delhi counter prep Foods area has some nice selections. Especially like the panini sandwiches.

Very nice layout and wide variety of store brand and national brand groceries. Lowes is North Carolina based and provides a truly local feel for transplants. Store brand ice cream includes Bourbon Butrermilk. Staff treat you with respect and are helpful.

Besides the store not having what you need and their prices being too high, now their business process provides bad service. At the check out, something was more than was mark on the shelf. So it had to be exchange for different flavor of the same product to get it on sale. So they needed to take off one item on our receipt and add the new item to our bill. In order to do that, the girl at the register had to get a manager to override the register. Now she had to track down a manager, which delayed us further and the customers behind us checking out. BAD PROCESS, TURNS INTO BAD SERVICE. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!!! To many other places to spend my money on groceries. I seriously hope they go out of business soon.

I noticed all these reviews are on average 10 months ago. I am writing this review because of the last 6 months of drastic downhill experiences. We personally were excited when Lowes did their renovations. But it did not last long. In the last 2-4 months our experiences are as followed:1. produce is pretty bad overall. Even Walmart has better produce2. Watch out for steak section (red meat). I have had to privately and quietly pull employees to get meat taken out of the display case. The red meat was brown, some were greenish and turning grey, and not just 1 or 2, there were a lot of packages. I mean it looked like it should of been on one of those dateline show investigations.3. Just recently I had to kill a large roach for a register girl who got freaked out. And we all know, if theres 1 then theres thousands.4. Deli people do not cover that station very well IMO. Theyre nice, but on multiple occasions Ive just been sitting there standing in front of an empty deli. I just catch up on my texts and email and wait for someone to arrive eventually, and I dont go there on odd hours of operation.5. Fried Chicken - When fresh this store has awesome chicken. Again, when they first opened i had no issues with getting my wings and fries. But it has to be my last (estimated) say 5 or 6 visits to chicken station has been horrible. They give old, dried chicken. Theyve gotten my order wrong. And theyve given me fries that Ive literally couldnt eat they were so old and dried.Unfortunately we have decided to shop elsewhere. Shame because its the closest store.

I find everything I need, its a very clean place and I especially love their french baguettes, I just wish it was a bit cheaper, but the quality of their goods is better than most groceries stores around.

There are a lot of places to buy groceries in Holly Springs now, this is one of them. They dont do anything especially well compared to the others, but the prices are good, its clean, and they have a good selection. I recommend trying the ready-to-eat chicken pot pie from the deli!

Helpful staff and very friendly. The beer den workers are extra helpful. The overall prices at the store are a bit high. Have to swallow the higher prices or only buy things on sale.
