I never ordered because when I called to inquire the response I got was do you want information or do you want to buy filters?.I only had a chance to introduce myself so at that point I told him thats ok, I will call elsewhere.I did give my business elsewhere and disappointed for that horrible customer service. I feel very sorry for the owner if that is the people they employ (hopefully it wasnt the owner).
