Most unethical company I have ever dealt with in over 20 years in this business. I purchased 2 POG games on a credit card for $595 each which was the price listed on their website. They charged my credit card for the purchase only to cancel the order a short time later to then say if I want to purchase them that their price has increased to over $100 more for each one. I informed them that was illegal in the state of Florida as that charging my credit card created a binding contract. I have turned it over to my attorney to deal with and purchased the POG games from a much more reputable company. SO BUYER BEWARE WHEN DEALING WITH THEM!!@

If you’re looking to purchase something for your business make sure your credit card is billed to your business. They will not ship any product to you unless its same as the billing address. The weird thing is when I place my order they asked me where I wanted the product shipped to you. This might be industry standard but I think it’s a pretty terrible business practice. I ended up canceling my order so they lost a $2000 sale.

Best supplier in the industry, been using them for over 10 years and have had nothing but the best service and products!

For the first few days the customer service was good. After about 2 months it takes them forever to reply and dont keep you posted on the updates. Have sent back a unit and they returned it with the same error. It was very engaging at first but Im highly disappointed now. Unfortunately they seem to be the only people I can try to do business with *sigh*

I have not even made a purchase yet and I am having communication problem no chat no email response very poor service
