The service department is the worst! They had my car THREE months because they couldn’t fix it! They order the wrong part and blamed Chrysler, customer service is non existent! The manager doesn’t know what’s going on! This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company in my life! They couldn’t make my car start after they put a new battery, I had to spend a lot of money in car rentals and they didn’t want to pay for it, and it was their fault my car wasn’t working, shame on you Steven Ruth and your manager! You don’t deserve even one star!!!****You don’t even have the decency to write a response! Just copy and paste! And I also know you won’t do anything else!
I had a great experience with Allison, Mr. Anderson, and Lance. Hollywood Chrysler Jeep didn’t have market adjustments like other dealers (Arrigo). I negotiated a bit with Allyson from home and went in to the dealer at 12pm. I made it clear to the sales staff that they had one hour to finalize the deal. They worked quickly and efficiently. We both made it easy on each other and I left with my Jeep. Lance made the finance process easy. It was a great experience. Thank you to everyone at Hollywood Chrysler Jeep for being respectful of my time and for making this purchase an easy one. I walked in at 12 and left at 2.
I had a great experience buying a Ford Ranger here. Someone had traded it in or sold it and I bought it immediately. I know its not a Jeep or whatever they actually specialize in, but if I ever WAS going to buy a Jeep it would definitely be from these guys. Its 51 miles from my house, but they literally did everything they could sell me the car and get me out the door ASAP. I had gone there first thing in the morning before they even opened for business and I managed to get out of there fast enough to work enough of the day that I actually got paid for the whole day. 10/10 service, accommodating and friendly.
If you can take your car to get serviced elsewhere I’d advise you to. My car was sitting for a week, they would not cover my rental. Advised me to purchase unnecessary parts then when I verified the parts with them they said they were correct and ended up being wrong anyway. After a week of sitting they advised me to go to 954 mufflers to resolve my issue and it was fixed in 20MINUTES!!! I wasted money on a rental for a week just to have something fixed so fast. Next time I’ll go elsewhere for sure.
A true pleasure to meet a real JEEP community. The professionals here helped me replace my much loved 2013 Wrangler of the same make and style. I promptly drove my wife and two dogs to Colorado in December and after a month, drove it back, without a hitch. But the manager in the finance department pulled up my platinum insurance information, and Melissa was very knowledgeable on what’s covered and not. I was comfortable with Steve as my service manager. He made sure my Jeep was performing properly. The only concerned I had was the price on parts. As a customer, your dealership cost is inflated, I can understand labor cost. Therefore, I would like for you to do a price analysis comparison which would help you to see how best you can help your customers cost wise. I bought my Jeep at the West Palm Beach location; it’s not feasible for me to travel that far to service my Jeep. I’m living in a city that is neighboring to your dealership’s location. Do not ever bring your Jeep here!!! Worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership in my life. I made an 8am appointment on a Tuesday for my car to be looked at. 2 days went by and still no one had looked at my car and all they had for me was excuses. Finally on Thursday morning the service representative Steve called to tell me my car needed $1500 worth of repair but still could not tell me what was wrong with my car and why it was breaking down repeatedly. Then he told me they ran a diagnostic test without my permission which would cost me $160, no one put any effort into solving my problem. Steve was very unprofessional on the phone the entire time and you can tell he has no idea what he is talking about and is trying to make you spend as much money as possible. When I went to pick up my car to bring it somewhere else the manager told me i signed off and approved the $160 diagnostic test and showed me “my signature” on the paper. I NEVER signed any papers at any point, and was looking at a signature on the paper that was not mine. My signature was forged!!! My mind was blown. The manager waived the $160 fee and I left as fast as I could. Nothing could get me to go back to that place. I love my Jeep and I am very disappointed. Was a total waste of my time. I wish I never decided to go here.

I was going to rate higher when I first purchased car as it was good at first, then maintenance and customer service took a turn for the worst. The car I bought had transmission problems which they never fixed while I was under warranty and it still jumps forward when accelerating the vehicle, then I went ahead and canceled my gap policy August 24th, the gap company NSD sent the money back to the dealership August 30th, I provided all proof they needed for the prorated refund of money and its now Novemeber and I havent gotten a straight forward answer as to where or why they havent returned funds to me that were returned to them sometime in August. I plan to see if I can file against them for keeping the money. If I had to do it all over again dont spend any extra purchasing a gap policy here, buy elsewhere.
Dishonest dealership! Flat out lied about the warranty that was sold to me, completely unacceptable! I was told that my extended warranty I purchased was through Mopar jeep services, which I later found out it was not because Mopar called me to ask if I would buy one through them. Additionally, I purchased this warranty for 8 years 125k miles and was told this will kick in after my 3 year, 36k factory warranty expires. I specifically!!!! Asked and confirmed this as I was told I would have 11 years, 125k in total coverage, no deductible and it’s a full coverage warranty bumper to bumper. Again I questioned this and it was confirmed multiple times. Well guess what, nope it’s all in 8 years 125k and it does not cover bumper to bumper at all!! I confirmed this but calling the actual warranty company that it was contracted through. Why would anyone buy an overlapping warranty on a new vehicle that already has a bumper to bumper for 3 years/36k!! Complete liars and cons! Stay far away from this place or you will get ripped off! BTW, I called them out on this and got no apology and was told “we would not say that” WOW!! I guess my wife and I heard voices from another world.. buyers beware!
We stopped at this dealership by chance after a long day of bouncing around dealerships with no success. We were immediately assisted by Alan, who was just delightful, truly a great person and not your typical “car salesman”. After a day of disappointments and hidden fees and false advertisement, this dealership helped us make a deal. Everyone was a pleasure to work with, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Really would recommend this dealership for a transparent and fair car buying experience. We are coming back for a wrangler next year!

Horrible experience. I was given an appointment time at 9 am this morning. I arrived and was told that it would be a 3 hour wait. I was ok with that. Then I was told after an hour that they didnt want me to wait. Could I schedule for next week Monday. I live in Pompano Beach and drove all the way there on time just to sit for an hour and told to reschedule NEXT Week Monday.#ConfusedIn regards to my visit on yesterday I was given a courtesy call from the dealership GM. He was most pleasant and kind. He heard my complaint and offered me service with no exception. Its customer service likes this that makes it all worth it! I would be happy to have Hollywood Chrysler Jeep to repair my vehicle in the future!
The most painless car buying experience I’ve had. I went on to the Jeep website and built precisely the car that I wanted. I outreached the Hollywood dealership as they were a specified E-dealer. I assumed that the specification meant something as our local dealer was not helpful. This group was ready and willing to answer all questions. Obviously, being a special order I had to wait approximately 8 weeks, but I consider it worth it to obtain precisely what you want. They will honor Carmax for trade-in but opted for Carvana instead. Financing was a breeze. I recommend this method and dealer for the Jeep buying experience.

We tried to bring it back today with a scheduled appointment only to be turned away because the lady that was supposed to help us called in sick. We have tried so many times even leaving messages with the GM, but he didn’t even have the common courtesy to call back. All we want is the car fixed. I ADVISE ANYONE WHO WANTS TO DEAL WITH THIS SERVICE CENTER GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Dont see Joe in service is is just not helpful !!!!!!!!

My husband Chris and I have purchase 2 vehicles from Hollywood Chrysler Jeep and with good reason. Mr. Lou Edmonton was our salesman both times and he has treated us well. He’s always no nonsense and extremely helpful. Plus they worked with us to get us the best possible deal with the best financing. The process was fast and they were courteous. We drive practically 2 hours to get to this dealership because we know we’ll be treated right.

3 days of calling to get to service department. No one answers or calls back in the service department. Terrible customer support. My car is completely dead and under warranty and nothing is done to help. Had to take it somewhere else and they were able to take the car in right away and fix it.
So I went to Hollywood Chrysler for my van to be serviced and I thought I would never have to say something like this about one of our people but Hersley in the service department his customer service was terrible. I was very disappointed with the customer service I received in all the 7 years I have been with Chrysler this is the first. I do have to say the other guy at the front window was cool and Jaime one of the techs his customer service was outstanding. Having him in the service area made my wait seem not so long. It’s all about the customer service when you are in an area where the customer has to wait for a long period of time being pleasant to your customers make a big difference. Maybe Hersley is in the wrong department. He should be in an area to where he doesn’t have to deal with the customers behind the scene or not anywhere. I never want a person to lose their job but he needs to do better when it comes to customer service. People need to realize it’s always someone out there that can do what you do with a better attitude and will do it making less. So with that being said Hersley you need to check ya self and check ya attitude and approach Good customer service can take you along way. You never know who you are interacting with!!!
Instacart is a grocery shopping service, technically not meant for large heavy orders of water etc. shoppers are using their own vehicles and many are 100 pounds soaking wet! It’s dangerous carrying this much water in non commercial vehicles. This employee is rude and nasty! Instacart is a store to door service. To threaten the shopper who is providing a service for you deserved the utmost Appreciation especially in these times! I hope all shoppers boycott this place and cancel or refuse their orders. Shop yourself or order from a a vendor who can properly unload on your docks!! The tip too for 30 cases of water should be at least 50 bucks!
I been coming to Hollywood Chrysler Jeep for the past year to get scheduled maintenance. The staff in the service department is pretty thorough in pointing out small fixes thatll save you $$ in the long run. This last trip, I think the service guy name was Dillan. He helped place an order for 4 new tires for my Durango. There were multiple options but he took the time to explain which one would be an ideal fit for what I needed.I got a call when the tires arrived & there wasnt any wait time to get my vehicle up on the lifts. My tires was replaced & I was on my way. I get all my work done at this dealership for a reason. They have the parts, the professional and they guarantee their work. Cant speak on the sales side of the dealership but the service side is the WORST! First, it took a week of me calling multiple times a day to get an appointment. I was on the phone for at least 7 minutes each time being transferred to the service department. I left multiple messages once I finally got through to a voicemail and no one called me back. Once my appointment was made, I went to drop it off at 7am and they told me that no one could look at my car for TWO to THREE weeks.... so much for that appointment. Finally cancelled my appointment because they told me my warranty has expired even though I spent hours on the phone with JEEP service asking if I was still on warranty and they told me I was. Would not recommend to a friend.

I was there for an Oil Change I choose to sit outside and had a clear veiw of what the 2 Service Techs were doing, I was really impressed by the way they worked together in sync i was there less than an hour, Thanks to the Service Advisor Mr Felipe & his staff for providing the Excellent customer service that I experienced and expected.

Besides that, the car was dirty, they didnt wash the car, they didnt check the air in the tires or any other details. the best part is they kept my brand new 2021 jeep for 2 days they never found the problem and they charge me almost $300 for nothing 😵💫

The agent that assisted us was Leslie. Throughout he was professional and welcoming. Both he and the financing manager work with us to insure we were property served. My only complaint is the time paperwork took understanding that this was not due to any fault of theirs.
Took my jeep to get serviced because my check engine light was on due to an evap issue. They had my car for 2 days. I picked it up on a Sunday and that Wednesday my check engine light was back on. Took it to another dealer who actually fixed the issue. the service advisor we talked to didnt even have the decency to return turn mine or my boyfriends call. the service technicians at Hollywood jeep didnt even bother to replace the hose that needed to be replaced just reset the code and called it a day. Unacceptable and super unprofessional. If someone is entrusting you guys to fix their vehicle, it needs to be fixed not just pushed to the side. I will never go back to this location.
I am extremely disappointed with the dealership and servals points. The past 2 years afters buying a Jeep from the dealership Anthony was amazing kind and explaining every detail to me.in January of 2021 my SUV started make a loud sounds I brought it into get check and all the re-call items that was needed to replaced. my warranted was still in tack. After explaining to the service adviser STEVE the sound is a problem please fix it. My car was returned and no action taken, again i brought it back in April because i was taking a trip for 8 days and multiple calls to service they cannot find out what the problem is, but STILL NO ACTION on the sound problem, fixed the shifterTHIS now #3 time bringing it in August and keeped the car for 7 days then said your car is out of warrantee. Now they found out the problem and the only way i got service was for me to go into the service OFFFICE ask for the service Manager and he pasted me on the someone else..... like he didnt even care.My disappointed is the costumer service is SERIOUSLY been down graded. then they invited me to return last week only to say we are not fix anythingMy referral STOPS today - Costumer training NEEDED

The manager Geoff runs the collision center like a well oiled machine. Even under construction he manages to get vehicles out and satisfy every customer. Raheem Kamrudeen in the parts department was extremely helpful in my time of need. I have never had a parts manager at a dealership work that hard to help me the way he did. My jeep cherokee had been in accident and needed a new part replaced. We werent from around there so needed it replaced as soon as ppossible. Even though the dealership was very busy and short staffed Raheem took the time to help me every way he could. Jason Yarde the service rep was a great help. He was up front and did exactly what I needed him to do. Couldnt have made it better for us. Both of these gentlemen are exceptional employees in my honest opinion and any dealership would be blessed to have them working there. Being from out of town and need the car repair so we could get back to Ohio we couldnt ask for a better team to work with in our time of need!
I highly recommend working with Ryan.I was a walk in after 5p on a Friday, and Ryan treated me as thought I was his first appointment of the day.Ryan displays great customer service skills which can’t be taught. After he asked me what was I looking for in a car and I told him, he knocked it out the park on the very first vehicle. If I could give 0 stars I would. The most unprofessional company I’ve ever experienced. They are scam artists, never fix car issues on new car! Harassed, lied to, let my car sit there for months doing nothing. Went to several dealerships and corporate. Do NOT buy/lease/service with them unless you like being cheated. They are sexist as well. True definition of why dealerships have a bad reputation.

These guys are great. Ruel was very patient and informative. They had a huge selection to choose from. Not pushy at all. The whole experience was very positive. I ended up getting a great deal and would recommend my friends, family to work with them.
We signed a contract agreeing to a price on the 2021 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid. They even ran my credit to start the financing process. While waiting, the manager came and informed us he was not going to abide by the contract we signed and that there was an extra (around) $2,000 charge he wanted to add. He wouldnt give us a copy of the contract we signed. Just an awful experience.
No car buying experience is ever completely painless but the idea is to get a good deal. Definition of a good deal to me is one in which both sides feel like they lost a little. After it all, in this situation I can say I left feeling like Ruel and team went above and beyond to do better than good, by ending this car buying experience positively with a great deal.

Horrible experience. I picked the wrong dealership. Once you leave the show room they want nothing to do with you. No one answers the phones because the sales staff and managers are all huddled around talking and joking with each other. My car was delivered with a filthy windshield, two over inflated and two under inflated tires.

Had a very poor experience with one of their sales persons. After discussing the exact car I wanted on the phone many times and him claiming he had the car for me on the lot; had a nice surprise when I got there. All of sudden the safety features are not exactly the same as we agreed on.

When I first got to the dealership I was outside for 30 minutes until Ryan saw me and spoke with me. Ryan was very attentive,kind, patient and communicative. He took me on a test drive so I can get a better feel for the car. It’s funny, I think he saw the love and glow in my eyes while I was looking at the Jeep. I called to make sure I could build a jeep, Sharia Morton was my contact person, told her everything I wanted in the jeep, including budget. Drove an hour and a half, get there, and Sharia Morton doesnt even bother briefing the salesman she assigned me to about my interests. The lying salesman Marcelo starts clicking on features I specifically specified to Sharia that I was not interested in. But again, Sharia just pawned me off on the first salesman that walked in without briefing him. The biggest red flag was he couldnt answer a single sales, money related question without walking to The back. I ended up walking out, driving to another dealer and buying a wrangler with serious sales people. Dont waste your time with these people.

In mid-December, I bought a V6 eco diesel Jeep Wrangler. I have decided to come back to my review. There is so much to say that I don’t know where to start. I felt a valued client when we closed the deal. They made an effort and I contributed to mine too. We agreed they would pay off my lease car and do all the papers needed. But it started to downfall quickly to the point that today I just don’t even want to pass by. So much is going on. The check should have been sent within 30 days and I assume they didn’t send it. After going there asking for the status of it. They said they sent a copy of the same check. Which truly isn’t possible. Aside from that the salesman, told me I don’t need to have a distance key fob because I had the option to virtually start the car from anywhere! After calls and research, the car isn’t equipped and will never have that option. I’m still very disappointed. Especially that it was a feature I absolutely wished. Josh & his team tried to make up this but, when I went under service the CarPlay had been removed and unable to function. Meaning I need to go again to get that back! What a shame! As a client, I have felt neglect and took it like a joke. I’m sorry to be that hard but Im purely honest.NEW UPDATE:im very sorry to come over here again. I wish I would have something to say completely different and more positive since the last time. When I went to buy the car I have been misinformed and promised a feature I cant have. I have called and have visited the Hollywood jeep dealership at many occasions and it includes today. Today was to reinstalled the carplay feature that was prior to the day I bought the car, but that had been erased by mistake Im sure but it sounds very unprofessional from your dealership at the end of the day. We dropped the car again for the X times (sorry i cant count them anymore), to have my car play reinstalled. They did it it works well. but I got the car dirty inside and was very surprised to have not even my car cleaned up as courtesies. My partner now understands the pain I have been dealing with as he comes with me this time. he said i dont want to come to that dealership ever... i would like to change my review to something positive just like I thought it would have been. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Made an appointment to get AC checked and Jeff the head of service was the most incompetent person I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Had no idea what was wrong with my car as he refused to leave his office to look at my car and then had to audacity to tell me to make another appointment to have the problem fixed. How can I have something fixed if he had no idea what was wrong in the first place. Tried speaking to another manager and they kept passing me off to someone else instead of helping me. Needless to say I’m never buying another car from here or getting mine serviced here any longer.
Alan was great! Not only did he make the process smooth & stress free, he was very up front and transparent about the purchase process. He went above & beyond to make sure all my questions & needs where met. Ask for Alan if you’re looking to buy a car, He will take care of you.
As a general rule of thumb, I am preferable to being punched in the face rather than having to drive down 95 (especially during 5 o’clock traffic), but it’s worth it to come see you. I love my new Dodge, I was terrified of going into a dealership, because, quite frankly I do not have the wherewithal nor the inclination to sit and haggle for hours. I had no experience with this kind of transaction, only a car in mind. My 4 year old was running laps about the whole building. Non-stop, and the whole staff was nothing but kind and attentive.My car is my freedom, the means to my business, a necessity for my family and our needs, and my little safe space for my brief quiet “Mommy Moments” during this COVID disaster. The entire staff at the dealership wore masks, kept the building clean, protected each other’s space, and supported their customers no matter what mood.

I usually hate buying a car. It takes too long. But working with Alan Slakman made the process so easy. I love my new Jeep. Will recommend this dealership and Alan to my friends.
Service department 👎🏻 also NOT enforcing masks!!! Beware I made an appointment first thing this morning at 7am. To come in and find out I will be here all day because they still had a lot of cars not done from yesterday. I came in for an OIL change and next time I will go to jiffy lube for cheaper quicker service. Don’t waste your time coming here plus the service advisor is very pushy trying to make me get things done I don’t want!!!!

Bought a 2021 Jeep Compass over a month ago.I feel it’s only fair that I edit my original post.To Josh Clinton, GM, a HUGE shout out and much gratitude for going over and above to help resolve my issue. Thank you for jumping in and taking care of my issue quickly and being responsive to my many emails.Im still still a bit disappointed about the situation but felt that it was only fair to edit my post since issue is now resolved.Hollywood Jeep has a good team overall. Horrible horrible, insulting and humiliating customer service.the sales guy made me waste my time. showed me a jeep more expensive than the one I wanted. also very ignorant, wasnt capable of explaining the differences between the models. Then, when we intended to leave, told us if we dont buy today he will not sell us any car. what a joke of a place.
I had a wonderful purchasing experience. The process was stress free and pleasant. Evangelos was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was able to find me a vehicle that suited my needs. I will be back and I have recommended to my friends and family. Extraordinary job!

It started kind of rocky. My wife and I were there walked the lot and was interested in a couple vehicles. Walked inside and stood there about 15- 20 minutes and no sale associate introduced themselves. I walked over and spoke with manager think Mr. Andy and he rectify the situation quickly and thats when Mr. Forbes assistant us. Test drove a few vehicles and discussed other vehicles. When questioned was asked about vehicles had to read off vehicles information off window tag. Came inside to go over pricing the fiance personal who names slips my mind was condescending. After a spirited negotiations we drove off with a new vehicle. Mr. Andy professionalism toward us is *****, Mr. Forbes I will give him ****, fiance person **
