Every time i go I get great service. Their work and service is excellent and always on point. The staff is very knowledgeable and you won’t have to wait for half a day. I have a Chevy suburban 2016, they do my oil changes, my tires which I get things stuck on them all the time at the boat ramp and maintenance. A+ best tire shop I’ve ever been too.

I had balanced my 4 tires . When I leave the place I realize one hubcap is not in the rim, then I returned . They found the hubcap, and put it on rim . later when I leave the place again, Then I parked in other place so I realized that my car had lost the back right hubcap too. Then I come back, I ask for this hubcap and they said I don’t know, we put on rim. I said them to check on camera . They did not want to do . I no received my invoice and they never accept to give me an invoice. The manager told me . Go to the court . why so hard to check camera? Manager told me, you are not a police, why so hard ? Is so hard to be kindly? I choose this place for the reviews, but may be was other manager in these times . It is an issue of moral values, not for money . A hubcap worth nothing. Workers need to learn to treat customers kindly.

What a great experience! Danny the owner helped me out after I blew out my tire running over a tin cup. I thought I would need a new set of back tires, and other places probably would have told me I needed whatever would make them the most money. Danny had my exact tire in stock and replaced it for me in under 30 minutes. Family run business that is honest and gets things done quickly! I wouldnt take my car anywhere else!

I Purchased a new tire from Worldwide Auto Systems on Saturday, upon driving home I heard a hissing sound coming from the front of the car, I immediately pulled over and looked at the tire and found the tire was flat, I contacted Worldwide and left a message, they were closed until Monday. As an emergency and no spare tire I took my car to pepboys to inspect the leaking tire. They found a tear in the inner bead and said it was not repairable. I had to purchase another new tire from Pepboys.Monday Morning I called worldwide and explained the situation and that I was on my way to return the defective tire, upon arrival worldwide said they will not issue me the refund because Pepboys unmounted the tire incorrectly and caused the said damage.After explaining I witnessed the whole unmounting process and visually marked the location of the leak prior to removal. The tear matched the leak.Worldwide Auto denied my request for a refund on a defective tire! Bad customer service!Cheap Chinese tires! Horrible experience!

Horrible customer service, they did an extremely bad job. They changed my brakes and broke a brake line, left the shop almost got in an accident, they didnt even bother to tell me they broke it. I also got a tire from then and within an hour it was flat. They rushed and did a bad job, so that they could get out early. I need a refund or something. I didnt pay much but their has to be some kind of guarantee. You will see me soon again, and I will go to the courts if I have too. The money is not an issue its the principal, for doing a bad job.

Customer service is not good at all, Daniel is arrogant and unwilling to help with anything. wants you to hand him everything so he doesnt have to use his brains! poor quality business not appealing at all and also over pricing for everything.

Stay away from this location.He s cheaper than other places but he works in a hurry and damaged the boot on the steering rack couse when he did the alignment he twisted that boot till broke instead of releasing it before screwing the steering rack.Ofcourse couse he worked in a hurry i had to comeback couse the alignment was off and the car was shaking at 60 miles/hourHe fixed the alignment and balanced the front tires. I told him to rebalance the rear tires. He said dont worry are balanced.The car was shaking now at75 miles/hour.Went back and he rebalanced the rear tires.Then my car was driving smooth and i was happy. Took 3 trips to have it done when suppose to have it done from the beginning.Then i looked under the car and i saw the boot on the shaft twisted and broken. I saw is on the steering rack that he had to screw to do the alignment.Went to Lexus, bought the booth and i showed him the damage. He saw that is from his fault and asked me : now what you want me to do?I told him i bought the booth but you have to replace itHe jumped you dont tell me that i have to do somethingHe got nervous couse i said that he have to do it and probably i didnt beg Him to fix his mistake on my time.Now i have to pay another shop for this big job and for alignment again. Per total it ll be more expensive than any other shop around.I wasnt upset that it took him 3 visits to do an alignment and balance and screwed my boot, but he didnt want to repair his damage on the motive that i didnt beg him to do it.Go to a different place if you dont want trouble.

In this workshop they charge you to do a job and they do not do it, I guided for an oil and filter change and the owner and they changed the oil and not the filter I had to go to another workshop to do it ... and the owner lends itself to this bad service since it has the knowledge of what is happening

The most humiliating owner that I have known in the United States called Daniel, with the highest rises and lies in this workshop ... extreme bad character to treat clients in specific women, I arrived to buy them new tires of fact very expensive (1,000 usd) the 4 and he told me that it would take 1 hour and a half ... I will spend an hour and I was riding the same old tires ... and when I asked him to let him know he had told me an hour and a half and I had a medical shift when I finished that job I did not humble myself and I did not do the job, I only recommend that you go to this workshop well prepared to receive low mistreatment and shore humiliations, and if you are a careful woman, pork seems to be treated well, when you try to do it with Clients ... with this only customers lose, thanks
