Great experience all around they made it very easy for me as a first time car buyer. The vehicle I purchased was as advertised and in great condition. Couldn’t be happier with my first car!

This place is a joke, avoid at all co$t!!! Luckily I walked away empty handed. Found an ad thru the offerup app, came to the location to see the car and was already turned off when I arrived. Place looks more like a junkyard than a used car parking lot. The so called office is dingy and worn down, I already spoke to Maria prior to arriving and had a deal set in place after she discussed with her manager on the cost/offer but when I arrived Gil had no knowledge of that deal until Maria confirmed it. So much for communication between employees. Gil showed me the car and gave me a test drive. The car wouldnt even start to begin with, he had to jump start it. After the test drive was done I asked him how long was this car parked up for (even though I already knew the answer) because it tells you how long the ad was posted on the offerup app, he said 2 weeks which was a lie. Then after he went inside and Maria came out, I asked her the same question and she said 2 months (the real answer). The car had more issues than what the pictures showed on the offerup app so that was a no go. I give credit to Maria for good customer service, cant say the same for Gil, learn to smile when greeting customers maybe that will help you sell a car next time.

Buyer Beware, Wish i would have seen reviews first my bad -Bought Cobalt SS from them - Said car has no body issues, runs perfect, all lies and after purchase no replies, bought car from out of state, Mis matched tires bald - tire holds air only 1 day.buying new set of tires. DO NOT buy sight unseen from them, the pictures are deceiving and there is no contact after sale ! Car was delivered filthy inside and out said they were going to clean and detail it, What a Joke this place is UPDATE!CAR HAS A BLOWN HEAD GASKET.AND BAD WATER PUMPNEVER BUY FROM THESE CON ARTIST. $3000 REPAIR

I had an excellent car buying experience here. As a first time car buyer, I was initially nervous. But when I met Maria and Gil, they made me feel extremely comfortable. Maria and Gil kindly guided me through the whole process. No matter what question I had, they answered promptly and clearly. I got a 2010 three series BMW that still runs well to this day. I highly recommend them for anyone interested in an affordable used car!

Maria was transparent and helpful. Made me comfortable with the Civic that I had and she even gave me a new battery and installed new bulbs for me. She has been nothing but upfront and honest from when we first met

They are unprofessional and most of all NOT HONEST. THE PRICE AND VEHICLE THEY ADVERTISE ON WEBSITE THEY DO NOT HONOR ALSO IN DIFFERENT COLOR. THEY ARE ALL OVER FB AND THE SAME PERSON ON HERE WITH 5 STAR REVIEW ARE THE SAME PEOPLE WHO WORKS THERE. TRUST ME DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS CAR LOT. They rip people off, and lie about the state their cars are in. If there was a way to give them 0 stars, I would. The Audi my dad got from here had something fall off from the bottom but since it was superficial we didnt think much of it. Give it a few months and we find out the Audi has some serious transmission issues, along with an air conditioning problem. This is Florida. Im sure anyone reading this can understand how very necessary A/C is.Theyre scam artists. They set back miles, do temporary patch jobs, lie, sell the car as-is, and if youre not careful, you get screwed over. You only make this mistake once.As a side-note, when I seriously inquired about a turbo-charged, manual 2008 Ford Mustang V8, the owner turned to face my father, chuckled, and told him the car was too much for me and tried to show me a Nissan 300SX, which he said still looked nice and was a nicer fit for a girl like me. It was nice, but it wasnt what I wanted.Obviously, with the way things ended up, Im glad I got neither one of those cars. My dads had to spend a lot of money fixing up that Audi, and now, years later, is when he was able to get a new car and sell this one. Consider this a cautionary tale.

The service is ok

I should have listened to the reviews. Maria seemed so nice and attentive and so did Gil, so when I was told that it was just one bad review and routine car maintenance, I believed them. They gave me a warranty for 30 days since they would not let me take to my mechanic. So I bought the car, and then found out I had a $1200 oil leak, gasket replacement etc. Gil said, its not internal parts, so its not covered. Gil said any problems, dealership mechanic will fix it; then I asked for his Audi mechanic and he said, I dont have one. Basically, the warranty is just a piece of paper. I told Gil, I would not have paid what I paid if I knew right away that I would be $1200 in to it. Then new stereo speakers that Maria said were good. And, suspension problems now another $800. Gil said he would call back after reviewing my oil leak quote, but he never called back. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING, BUT GETTING THEIR $$$. I told Gil the right thing to do is give me back half the cost and we will be done with it. He said send to me and Ill take a look. He never got back to us. THEIR CARS FROM WHAT I HAVE EXPERIENCED AND READ ARE NOT IN GOOD SHAPE INTERNALLY, SO BE SURE TO NOT PAY TOO MUCH. IM IN ABOUT $2000 AND HAVE NOT EVEN BEEN ABLE TO DRIVE MY CAR SINCE I GOT IT LAST MAY 2017. I KEEP FINDING PROBLEMS. LUCKILY MY BOYFRIEND CAN LEND ME HIS FOR NOW. ***BAD BUSINESS****

By far the worst car buying experience ever. Spoke to a guy named Gil. Incredibly rude and even more unprofessional. Didn’t have the decency to speak to me like a human let alone have some courtesy. Made it seem like I was bothering him and wasting time asking about the availability of two cars. Even had the audacity to hang up on me when I asked for information about both cars. Definitely won’t be taking my business here

Ripoff artists. Do not buy an as-is vehicle from these people without having it checked thoroughly or you will have no recourse. No warranty, walk away and save yourself lots of trouble. Purchased a Honda Civic there recently. Was told that the timing belt was fairly new. Untrue. The car had an oil leak which appeared to be from the valve cover; a fairly easy and cheap fix I thought. After driving the car for 1 hour it began to overheat. The mechanic who fixed it for me discovered a bad oil leak, an old timing belt and various other things needing repair. In the end, this necessary work will cost me over $1000. For that kind of money I could have purchased a much newer and reliable vehicle. BUYER BEWARE THIS DEALER...

Avoid at ALL costs! Drove here to see a vehicle last week. Sounded great on paper and over the phone. The vehicle I saw was Junk as is most of their lot (In my Opinion Only!) with multiple engine faults, Check engine lights and blowing clouds of white smoke. Valve stems needed done and this is NOT as normal BMW trait as owner suggested. Best avoided with so many real car dealers in town.

Due to the reviews, i will not be contacting these people. They have a beautiful Nissan Sentra spec v for sale but im not dealing with people who reset odometers or sell foreign cars at high prices just to be stuck with a total loss. clean up your reputation.

Tried selling me a 350Z with all the tire tread on the interior down to the mesh wire, you can have a blowout with in 20 miles of this. The insides were falling apart, and car had brake light on. BUYER BEWARE

To call these guys shysters & ripoff artists is an insult to shysters & ripoff artists.I bought a car from Gil at Financial Claims & Servicing and he purposefully withheld that the frame was almost completely rusted through.The rust was covered with masking tape and then painted over in an attempt to intentionally & deliberately hide & conceal the true condition of the car.Buyer beware, but better to just avoid completely.

Fraud and NO MORALS. Life ruiner if you have a job. My car was sold with failed power steering and a huge hole in the radiator. Car was toast after 3 weeks.It was such an inconvenience I almost failed 2 graduate courses because my car problems made me absent multiple times. Gil lied about negotiating with me. Offered a partial refund then changed his mind and stated they dont do that. Females especially BEWARE.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! Bought a car from this dealer only to find that the owner messed with the odometer and made it 150k miles less than the actual millage. If thats not bad enough he painted over the check engine light and also the battery light (so that the car would look like it was actually the 50k miles he claimed).A week after having the car the tires had to be changed…The guy is a true scam artist. After getting ripped off a few grand, yes i learned my lesson to check the history of the car before buying! I just want to warn anyone else who is thinking of buying from this scammer BEWARE!!!

I just bought a BMW from financials claims service I NC from out of state and the BMW has so many problems with it I had to spend more money they I expected The angel I was out it was leaking oil the brakes was bad and when I called they took the five because it was a 2005 BMW 645 CI they told me there was no problems with the car and it was so financial claims service I in C is a bad place to buy cars even from out of state and I will advise nobody to buy a car from there ever again Andrew Outen Philadelphia Pennsylvania
