They did a good job with my car which needed entire front suspension replaced (tie end rod, lower control arms). Great customer service from Miguel, who managed my expectations. I recommend this place for serious work on your car and if you do not mind the time it takes to finish the job. I was willing and able to leave my car there for a week to ensure they have the right parts and do the work. They did a fine job.

Where would you get a free oil change, certainly not from your auto dealership. After spending thousands of dollars over the years and after earning enough points you may lucky to get a discount oil change for $20.00. Well not at Jumbo Automotive.......there you are rewarded with a free oil change with any major repairs and a good revue...not much to ask after delivering professional, good quality, honest service and value.For me they brought my Toyota prius 07 back to life after being down for over a month and after getting a very expensive quote from the dealership. Yes they fix Hybrids, no need to take it to the dealership.Thank you Mr. Haim and Mr Miguel

I finally feel like I got a guy I can send friends and family to for car service and repairs. The customer service at Jumbo is unusually good for S. Florida, and Haim seems extremely fair and straightforward throughout the process. Communication is good, the place is clean, and the lot is fenced-in for when your car needs to be left overnight. I have been very happy with my experiences in dealing with repairs and routine maintenance at Jumbo.

Located along Dixie Highway, Jumbo Automotive is an AAA approved auto repair facility with ASE certified technicians who works on all makes and models of vehicles and offers repair and maintenance services such as:* A/C checkup* Batteries* Tires (Name Brand & Economy Brand)* Alignment, balance & tire rotation* Fluid exchange service (brake, coolant, power steering, and transmission)* Fuel system cleaningI stopped by here to get a quote on replacing all four tires on my vehicle. I had already got quotes from Firestone and Pepboys - both averaging about over $600, and going by a dealership would probably be more than that so I was hoping that Jumbo Automotive wouldnt drain my pockets. I spoke to a friendly gentleman who was nice enough to find me three different brand tires for my vehicle. No appointment was necessary. Once I make a small down payment; the tires will be ordered and when they arrive in a few days, I can bring in the vehicle to get the service done and pay the balance. Sounds reasonable.

Glad to say I have finally found my local mecanic shop! Would DEFINITELY recommend this shop to friends and family. Shoutout to Patrick for handling my car when I brought it in. 💪🏼

Save yourself some time and look for another shop. They make promises and promises and never delivered on time. Especially in these precarious times.They charge you for basically anything they can and then some. Dealership prices, but the service and the experience is so annoying.If they tell you your car it’s going to be ready on a specific day, it better should; I’m not absurd, but they did that not once, but many times.I recently found a reliable shop and I can’t tell you how happy I am not to go to their shop anymore.

I had a diagnosis from Mercedes of Ft. Pierce of a bad transmission at 33K miles. This is a $13K fix! My friend from Buddies Holiday Mobility recommended I tow the car to Jumbo even though it was 100 miles south. Something just did not seem right. Miguel, from Jumbo, called me after the car arrived and informed me that the transmission was fine. All I needed to do is replace the front left axle. I replaced both axles and had the transmission serviced. Jumbo saved me $10K and the car runs like a dream. WOW - I could not believe Mercedes of Ft. Pierce are such liars and thieves. I was visiting the area from out of state and was in immediate need of a major truck repair for my Suburban..Expecting to be fleeced I did some research and found Jumbo.What a find.They offered me a few options on the repair and were able to save me almost $1K off the average cost to do it! I couldn’t believe it because remember, this is south Fl where everything is expensive.They have an immaculate facility and a very friendly staff. The lot is fully secured so if you need to leave your vehicle it will be safe.I will not go anywhere else when I come back and neither should you because there’s only one place to go, JUMBO!Thanks guys.

“Unjust” is the only word I will use to describe my visit at Jumbo Auto Repair. I own a Nissan Altima. Suddenly and out of nowhere, my windshield washer pump failed. Because my windshield washer pump failed, I couldn’t spray windshield fluid onto the windshield using the controls by the steering wheel. I decided that I needed to get the pump fixed right away so I turned to an app on my phone for a list of repair shops that could fix my problem.Since Jumbo Auto Repair showed up on my list, I contacted them right right away on Saturday morning and explained to them my situation. The representative who answered my phone call informed me that I could bring my vehicle into their shop after reassuring me that they could fix the problem by the end of the day. Please note that I asked them if they would be able to get the job done by the end of the day. Next, I was excited to get my windshield washer pump fixed. After I arrived at their repair shop, they took my information and after 90 minutes, they examined my car and rendered their findings.I was informed that I would have to replace the entire windshield washer tank which comes with a new pump for almost $330. If I agreed to fix the pump with them, they would have to order the part from Nissan. Then, the part would be delivered to them on Monday. At that moment, I was extremely disappointed. It appeared that they wanted to take advantage of my eagerness to get the pump fixed.I was turned off by their business move and I decided not to go through with the service after consulting with a few people in my social circle. But I believe that things happen for reason. By the end of the day, I was able to get the failed pump replaced at another auto repair shop called D1 Auto in Margate for $80.00. The other mechanic informed me that he could order the pump from a local auto store and replace it for me by the end of the day. The other mechanic also informed me that I didn’t need to replace the entire windshield washer tank. Jumbo Auto Repair, you guys went straight for the kill and tried to take advantage of me which is nothing but an unjust business practice.

If you have an EUROPEAN car avoid this shop. Since the first time I let this shop repair my car, I have continually experienced VEHICLE ISSUES costing me near 2K within 6 months of REPEATED visits. Before, outside of regular maintenance my vehicle has no history of major repairs, now its as if I am driving a LEMON. I have now discovered that two of the jobs I had done at this shop could have been done at more than 90 PERCENT less than what I was charged. After leaving this shop recently, I have experienced another issues UNBEKNOWN before my last visit. PLEASE take your vehicle to the DEALERSHIP before bringing it here! I would not write this review unless I was absolutely CONFIDENT.

I called around several auto repair shops in the area describing and issue I was having with my car to see if I could have someone test drive and diagnose at no cost. I was unsuccessful with a handful of places until I called Jumbo. Haim answered the call, listened to my concerns and instructed me to bring the car in and they would diagnose it at no cost. The technician took my car on a drive and then put it up to see what was going on. He then asked me to drive the car while he was in the passenger seat so he could explain to me what was happening and why it was happening. The service I received by Haim and his team was very personable and I would highly recommend this shop. I’ve always had a tendency to shy away from using repair shops and only using the dealer as you never know what you’re going to get, but trust in these guys, they really know what they’re doing at Jumbo Automotive.

I would recommend this place to anyone!! They were incredibly nice and pleasant. Patrick at the front was amazing. They did not push me to get services that I didn’t need. My tire were AT COST! I didn’t believe the ad, but after researching, it was true. They also repaired my break pads at a reasonable price. And uber’ed me home and back while I waited. I will not go anywhere else!

I brought my car here 2 months ago to get the AC done before summer arrives. I have brought the car back twice more for the same reason. I now have an AC that is blowing warm AGAIN and due to Covid they are closed. Which leaves me looking feverish each time I step out because it is HOT EVERY time I go to get essential items. Way to go Jumbo!!!

This place is a total rip-off. Charged me over 200 dollars for a used starter that they put in my car that barely lasted 8 months. Had to buy a brand new one installed myself for under 180. Twice I dealt with them and had a horrible experience. It’s hard to find a honest mechanic nowadays What makes matters worse is that I didn’t come there to get my starter replaced but for some reason they changed it anyways F U Jumbo

I finally found an honest mechanic shop! Very professional, knowledgeable about my car, my car needed a lot of work and a BMW is not cheap. The shop performed extra service at no cost but their prices are reasonable and you can count on a job well done. Ill be taking my car back to finish the other repairs. If I had to say anything negative it would be they dontcall to update you on the car i had to call to find out but thats probably because they were too busy working on my car. Lol Its great to find an honest, reliable and caring mechanic glad I did.

THEY BROKE MY AC ON PURPOSE!!! I went for an oil change and they suggested after 3 hours of my car sitting at the shop to replace an oil filter and air as well as my battery. My car is a honda civic 2016 extremely well kept condition. $300 later they replaced my filter and battery. The AC hasnt worked since. I called to have someone check the AC and they said they couldnt because of covid. I took it to another mechanic and they showed me where the evaporator of the car is and where it was damaged forcefully. Save yourself the trip and money. THE MECHANICS HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEYRE DOING AND OVERPRICED FOR POOR SERVICE.

Totally trustworthy place. The owner showed me what was wrong with my car, told me what we needed to do to get it road worthy. Did not try and upsell on anything. Which most other places will. Car runs better than it has in years. All I can do is say Thank you to them, My wife and I dropped off a little Thank you gift for the owner and the guys that actually serviced the car

Stay away from this shop unless you want to get robbed each and every time. This guys Miguel and his partner makes it look like even the smallest operation of changing a fuel filter look like a rocket science and requires hard work and charge you lots of money in labor.They seem to be nice and good to you but in reality they take great advantage of your lack of knowledge to fill up your bill like its NASA operations what they do to replace a filter or a sensor on your car.Get your own tester before you go there, diagnose your car and get informed otherwise they will do as many experiments on your cars that they can. And lastly, get your own part because they will charge you from 30% - 70% more on the parts that the real retail value of the part.

I went in to Jumbo Automotive with what I thought were serious problems in the front end of the car. Brakes or Steering, something was making a lot of grinding noise. They realized my concern and found time to locate and repair the problem and did an oil change while it was on the rack. I wont tell you the amount because it was so low that I was embarrassed. Wonderful, professional and experienced business.

Came in for an alignment because my car was pulling to the side, I was pretty sure I needed only front wheel, not all wheel.Got charged for an all wheel alignment, and the car still pulls to the side, just a bit less than it used to.The Mechanic told me it could be due to some uneven wear on the tire, but all tires seem to have the same amount of wear, and I tried driving on very flat straight roads and the car still pulls to the side.Bottom line: Came for an alignment, its better than before but still not fully aligned.Still putting 3 stars because they were nice enough to check my engine light free of charge, and because of the general cleanliness of the place.

My car started having an issue a mile from their shop when I call AAA they recommend me to Jumbo Automotive and they are certified. When I got there I was in and out in 45 min, which I consider a record. I had broken/loosen the CV axle but not totally broken. I couldnt afford to repair my car that weekend they didnt sugar coat or BS they replace the screws for me so I could get home. Cost is reasonable and the staff is friendly and mostly knowledgeable. I give them 5 stars for fast service and honesty.

Im a senior (78) moved to FL. from MI. I have a 2015 Hyundai Sonata with 35,000 miles. The Dealership wanted an arm and a leg to do maintenance which I cant afford. I asked around and was told that Jumbo Automotive had a good reputation and have been in business a long time. Two good things. I made an appointment and received an estimate of $700 for brake pads, oil change, coolant flushing, tire rotation etc. I had it done and I trust that they did what they said. I met with Hiam, Miguel and Isaac. All really nice guys. I dont know a thing about cars, nothing. For me $700 is a lot of money, but not if it keeps my car running and in the best of shape. I have no complaints about the price as long as it does the above two things, which is what Jumbo Automotive promised. I trust them.My only negative is that there seemed to be little to no one on one. In other words, all of the above was done outdoor, in the 90+ degree heat, noise and constant interruptions with the GM with whom I was speaking. I did not appreciate that. I prefer to be treated more like a valued customer. Come inside where it is cool and quiet and no interruptions. Let me answer all of your questions and be 100% sure you understand what is and is not being done so that we are both on the same page. I would have given 5 stars except for this lack of a personal relationship between Jumbo and the Client. Because of this outdoor experience I never felt that anyone was really listening to me or understood what I was asking. Im sure they were and the proof of the pudding is in the results. Im leaving for a 1,600 mile trip, a funeral, and at my age do not want anything to go wrong with my car. When I return Ill write a second review to let you know if everything performed perfectly.I did receive a note on the Internet telling me what was done, and what will be needed in various mile increments. I appreciate that and hope to stay with Jumbo Automotive until I or my car dies. All in all I give them a 4 star rating and if they improve their customer service it will be a 5 star rating. Yes, I would recommend them to others based on my limited knowledge, but if you are expecting a more personal experience you may be disappointed.
