Needed 13 screens replaced and a screen door. Ken provided EXCELLENT SERVICE and had everything ready in 3 days. Brand new screens and frames. They look great. Very reasonable prices. Will definitely deal with Ken again.

I came here to replace the screen in one of my kitchen windows. Crown Screen, Awning & Fence is a small business that specializes in window screens, awnings & panels, accordion shutters, screen patios, wood & chain link fence, window replacement & parts, etc. I was greeted by a friendly gentleman who took the measurements of a replica window screen I brought along with me. I was charged $20 and was told the screen would be ready the next day. If I ever need window screens made again, I would get them done here.

Worst customer service I ever had. The guy takes advantage of customers and charge double for service, they wanted to charge $85 for a job that cost $40 in the store half block away. Do not use this shop since they are extremely unprofessional. There is couple stores in the same block for glass and windows with better customer service and half the prices. Stay away from this store!!!

Needed wheels for my sliding glass doors brought the original wheel he ordered me a replacement they did not match now does not want to give the money back paid $450 for six wheels . Terrible customer service Said he’s been there for 60 years he couldn’t care less

They get supplies from vendors and dont pay their bills. You are left holding their bag. :(
