If I could give it a negative stars review I would. I just called about an order I placed on October 7th. I patiently waited as they placed me on hold. When Grettle (or something along those lines) finally came to the phone I explained my situation. I had been waiting on my Oct.7th order, that had no updated online for which I also emailed about a week ago. She goes on to asking for the last 4 digits of my phone # after not being able to find my order she then asks for my order # and name. After I provider her those she rudely tells me how her coworker just told her she did email me. I let her know I never received such email. She goes on to argue how there was an email because her coworker just told her she sent one and that she didnt know why I was saying there was no email. And saying that they must of called and left a voicemail something that I told her also didnt happen. Basically calling me a liar. She said your order only was 2 items and they are now unavailable I dont know what you want me to do my coworker emailed you. This was the rudest response Ive ever gotten from a company. It shouldnt matter the size of my order. This was only my second time ordering with them and since the first time went smooth I used them again, big mistake. When I placed the order the items were vailable online. I waited until they were to place the order. I know I may be insignificant as Im a tiny fraction on their business but as a small business owner myself Ive never treated someone so rudely big or small order. I was paying for these items they werent handouts and its frustrating to be treated as I was. They never update their site either as I gave an order from Sept that was delivered but still says pending on their system. They should consider sending their workers to be retrained in customer service skills since they put the business to shame.

I been coming here for years and the customer service has been super!! They are always informative whenever I get confused on a project… Wonderful establishment to come to!! They treat me like family every time!!💯💯💯

They are the most horrible business I have ever worked with! They always tell you they called you and left a message which is always untrue. Why would you have items on your site that are not in stock. All the people you speak to are rude. I do not recommend this horrible place of service!

I placed an online order and these ladies called me saying they’t have a portion im stock. First of all ridiculous that i was able to an out of stock item but i called back for them to cut me off and tell me they were closed. I called back today and was put on hold im the middle of my sentence 3 times and every single person had incredible attitude. There are so many shops with the same prices and better customer service. This will be my first and last order from them.

The worst service ever. This “Ladies” are soooooo RUDE!!!! They say they have returns and blablabla and when you go there they always told you something different. The balloons are not good. I rather go to Miami or pay for the delivery then go to this place. I really hope that the owner of this place see this comment and talk to the staff because they are really rude. You guys should learn from funny balloons i never have a problem with them. Everyone that buy here should look for this place. Trust me it’s worth it.

First time I come to the place to buy and they close at 6 and they tell me that they cannot tend to me that I must place an order online and that I pick it up on Monday because they did not tell me when I call on the phone very bad service I do not return to this place they did not even ask is big the order is small I imagine that it is not your business because if it were its own it attends with more desire and do not lose a sale
