1st time going had a great time in the back, not since the closure of Hollywood Spice have found a fun spot like this in awhile. Definitely will be regular thing 1 or 2x a month for me good staff very relaxed atmosphere.

What a wonderful experience I had shopping here! The woman at the counter was helpful and patient with my questions. I will definitely come back when Im in town in the future.

Over the past year this store has seen a huge transformation. The product, displays and staff are all top notch. It is probably the cleanest retail establishment I’ve ever visited. The staff especially is friendly and knowledgeable. I would and have recommended this store to others. Will definitely return to this store.

I love everything about this place! The atmosphere, the people, and the variety of BOOKS everywhere!! Such a cute spot to walk around, sit and read, or even enjoy the artsy areas. Definitely recommend it for something new to do during a day in DTLA.

Some one steal the bathroom key and they close the bathroom for everyone else. Is notthe fault of the rest of your costumers,I have to go to the back of the store and pee in a tree. He steal the key and u costumers also.i never comeback until u open the bathroom.

The store quality is horrible. The things break easily and lingering come destroyed. I would suggest not to shop here!! They didn’t want to let me return it or refund my money.
