Before I found Kosher Motors I had already visited over 10 different dealerships. I was given bad service at each one and treated less than. I walked into Kosher Motors and from the beginning was treated like royalty. Their lot has a nice variety of nice luxury cars for low prices. My credit was not too good and was scared that I might get turned away. Luz came in like my superwoman and helped me get approved for a 2010 Audi. I really appreciate the treatment of their whole staff and cant wait to come back for another car soon :)

Had a super smooth experience at this dealership with the new purchase of my 2015 King Ranch. They were very open to me testing the vehicle with my own mechanic and it turned out to be a great truck. They serviced the truck before hand and allowed me to pay it off by credit card over a two week period! Extremely happy with my purchase and going to recommend this place to all of my friends!

Spoke with 2 people and the car we went to see was not there said a female worker then the male worker said it was in service the car was on the web site with a price 6000 or so i had cash then they start to offer me trash cars for 10,000 give or take i leave then they call me 3 times to tell me they will call me back so they can help me and that the manager will call me shortly i waited an hour went back to palm beach an hour away still no car i would not take a free car from these people. the 2nd suv i was interested in did not exist but it was on the site and i was willing to pay cash for this one also and it was more expansive waist of gas and time

I went to buy a suv, I was sitting waiting to find out about my taxes because I live in another state and I’m supposed to pay them in my home state. I was on hold with my tag agency when another lady that worked there came over and was VERY rude and treated me like trash. So I walked away. Literally the easiest 24,000 she would have made but I’m not giving her a dime. Cars are everywhere,I’ll give my money to someone that is respectful.

Read your contracts really good. Don’t trust any word they say. They will promise you “milk and honey and will deliver salt and lemon juice”. Al, does not know what he is doing. Perry is full of it. So much for Jewish integrity. If you absolutely have to use them, make sure that what is promised is what is put on papers. If you don’t, you are in for a big surprise.

Just drove home with my new (to me) 2010 Dodge Ram pickup. The truck was in excellent shape. The internet pictures told the truth (rare), the pricing for the truck was fair (rarer still) and the sales rep (Oleg) didnt try and BS me (hallelujah!). Seriously, the entire purchase process went smoothly, everyone I dealt with was pleasant and had a good attitude. Dont let their size fool you, you will be well treated and not jerked around like the big dealers.

A sales rep by the name of Lucy is great individual. the vehicle that I needed was sold a day earlier, in less than 30 minutes she found me the car I needed.

The worst place I have gone to buy cars. I went to look for a good car they had in their page, but the car wasnt even there; they said they are repairing it, and all their cars are just the same... expensive and in a bad shape. If you want to buy a decent card dont go there. (Not a good customer service)

Very disappointed in the follow up for a BMW I was waiting 2 weeks for them getting it serviced. I was ready to purchase it but when I called them- they told me it didnt pass inspection & was sent t auction. No calls t notify me - I would have bought ano @ a diff dealer. I waited 2 weeks for nothing. Cannot recommend them

OMGOSH what a phenomenal experience!!! It doesnt look like much but it has a decent selection. The biggest and best thing are the people who work there. They are so great not pushy. They have great cars that run and are have clean, our car had a clean carfax. Got a Subaru impreza for my daughter it has 108k miles but Subarus last forever. They did the registry running. They got the car detailed as it was a little dirty inside. Great pricing. Wow well be back. Wonderful people 😊

We were told by Michael Motors to come down to Hollywood Fl that we had been approved for a F350 Dually. Very Unhappy with my purchase of my 2014 Dodge Charger. I was lied to by representatives about what was wrong with the vehicle. I was told that the tire warning light was on because the tires were low and needed air when they in reality they needed new tire sensors. (after I drove off the lot and added air I noticed that the tire warning light would not go away). They also made promises of repairs that they did not fulfill. Also, the vehicle was sold to me without a spare tire or jack.

One of the worst experience I’ve ever had purchasing a car. After months of searching for a car, I found kosher motors read some of the reviews.so I thought I was making a good choice. Little did I know after signing the contract for the car would of been the worst decision of my life. After only two days of having the vehicle, I started having issues with the car. Until now 2 months later I have already sent $2000 on the car for repairs. Even after explaining this to the salesperson I received no help.She told me to bring the car back, which I did. But only to have the car returned back in the same condition.They weren’t understanding of the situation I was facing with the vehicle. All these people are concerned about is the money. Once they have made a sell. It’s your problem not there’s, I would not recommend this place to anyone. Please don’t go by these fake reviews that people are complaining them on there service

Horrible experience with this dealership. The Sales Agent Rodrigo was full of lies. He made false promises where he never changed oil. Car had multiple problems such as missing oil cap, special lug nut was missing, and leaky roof caused break light to malfunction. When I contacted them the next day to fix these issues they never did. Dealership charged me tag fee twice. I kept the car few months and had to sell it. I cancelled my extended warranty back in may 2020 and trying to get in touch with their finance guy AL to get my check but he is non-responsive. I leave them with my info every time I call and don’t hear back at all. It’s been going on for about 4 months now. DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH THESE LIARS. I will wait for one more week now and then file a complaint against this dealership. Hopefully it will teach them a lesson.

Grimes dealership tells any and all lies for a sale. Horrible experience with this dealership made me believe I was getting a good car as soon as I was about to buy I had told them the Bluetooth on the car was not working they assured me if I came back The following week they would fix the issue of course they would say anything for a sale because when I came back they kept telling me there waiting for the part after 3 weeks I called Luz and she told me the car is as is and its not there problem anymore. I’m now a month in and more electronic components are acting up I wasted my money and am stuck with this car.

I tried to buy an 2008 E90 M3. I was working with Luz. She didn’t know anything about the car. The car needed many things and she wasn’t aware of any of them. When I brought up to her issues with the car, she said the car was like that. Also, she wouldn’t make any decisions without going back to her boss. I ended up walking away and found a better version of the same car by private sale. If you are willing to do business with them, make sure you take your mechanic with you or pay a pre purchase inspection.

Having struggled to find a full sized truck in my price range I spotted a 2014 Dodge with low mileage on the Kosher Motor website. After making an inquiry I was immediately contacted by a very personable and outgoing sales person named Luz C and arranged to meet with her at the dealership later that evening. Upon my arrival Kosher Motors had a warm and friendly staff that led me to her desk. At her desk, we briefly talked and then went to look at the truck I was interested in. Luz was great about giving me my space to look over the truck and let me know to feel free to ask her any questions I might have. In other words, she was not pushy! I then took the vehicle for a drive and we both noticed a few mild problems, which she said would be fixed if I were interested. We then sat down to talk numbers and then she quickly went about to secure a price point I would be comfortable at to make a deal. To make a long story short, the numbers worked out, however I said I could not make a deal until the automotive problems were fixed even though the vehicle was priced as is. She assured me those problems would be fixed and I told her I would not sign anything until I took another test drive the next day. She graciously agreed to hold the truck, and I returned the following day for a test ride. When I returned the problem had been fixed and they also agreed to fix another problem with a tire sensor free of charge. In the end Luz C. and Kosher Motors did a fantastic job of dealing with my concerns and providing customer service. I feel confident in recommending this dealership to my friends.

I spoke with a salesperson over the phone regarding a 2013 BMW 535i they had for sale for around $18,000 I asked the salesman to make sure the car was in good mechanical condition and that there were no warning lights or mechanical issues with the car. The salesperson told me he would check the car out and call me back. After about 20 minutes he called and assured me the car was In excellent condition and that they do not sale cars with mechanical issuesor even put them on the lot.I told him it would be a five hour drive for me to pick up the car so his promise of quality and effort was very important to me before making the trip. He again promised the car was in excellent condition and that he would be there for me on Sunday morning. He promised there was nothing wrong with the car and if I make the trip he would personally test drive it with me. I drove five hours to the dealership arriving at 10:00 Am on the dot for our appointment and the salesperson was not there. The manager spoke with me and guided me to the car for a test drive...The BMW had a list of issues; check engine light was on, warning light, drivers side headlight was malfuncitoning, drivetrain malfunction, oil leaking from the oil filter gasket, trunk latch release was broken, air conditioning vent was broken, seat pouch was torned out, and many other issues.They used a OBD2 to reset all the codes in front of me and proceeded to say the car was now fine again and that the codes wouldnt be an issue and if they did they can fix it laterI would apreciate if they seeked remedy for making me waste my resources on a false promise and bad attempt to sell me a car with issues.

I’d give them less than 1 star. In a matter of 2 months I was put in 3 different vehicles from this dealership and each one left me on the side of the road with my babies. I traded in my vehicle that had 277,000 miles on it that was more reliable than any of the cars they put me in. The owner Perry said he personally drove the last vehicle to ensure it was a reliable vehicle for me...check engine light came on the very next day and the car broke down on me...over $4000 during COVID pandemic they took from me and now I’m without a running vehicle and they aren’t willing to give me my money back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Even the sales lady Alice said they don’t know what’s wrong with their vehicles they just sale them. God doesn’t like ugly and I just don’t know how they sleep at night.

I would like to say that they have provided absolutely EXCELLENT customer service regardless of any issues Ive experienced.I will say to everyone who is skeptical about the reviews, they offered to fix any issue with the vehicle. I feel like people who write the bad reviews dont do enough of their own research. Ive seen some say they got the CarFax AFTER they purchased the vehicle, why? That doesnt make sense! Some of them are also probably impatient. You have to remember they are NOT legally obligated to fix any issues with any of their AS-IS cars. It is your responsibility to research important purchases There is no Lemon Law for used vehicles. If youre concerned, purchase a warranty!So, I hadnt owned a car in a little over 10 years. I used to get serious anxiety while driving due to a serious crash I was in when I was younger and decided to just use public transportation as a means of getting around. Since I found a really great job and am now a father, I needed more stability than Floridas Public Transportation, so I went car shopping.I researched about 30 vehicles via Carfax (paid for the unlimited). My budget was $9,000 total with around $2,000 down. I found one vehicle that had a single, verified owner. No crashes, no major repairs, no frame damage. The vehicle had one original owner from 0 miles to 92,000. The odometer matched the odometer of the car (add 5-15 miles for transport/test drives). It was a 2010 Mazda 3i, and Ive always wanted a Mazda.I researched the dealership, Kosher Motors. I read all of their negative reviews first. One constant thing I noticed about the negative reviews, was that even in all their rantings, the majority of them did say that Kosher Motors either offered or attempted any repairs (whether they were successful or not is unknown) to the vehicle when brought to their attention. Ive worked customer service for about 15 years prior to giving it up. I know when customers are ranting/lying about specific details in order to gain sympathy. I know when someone mentions the BBB that they probably would write a negative review about Barney the Dinosaur. So I took them all with a grain of salt and went to the dealership.I test drove the car immediately and fell in love. There was some interior damage on the dash but it was part of a recall (search 2010 Mazda 3 Melting Dash). I knew I could get that repaired when I wanted to. The ABS light/Brake lights were on, but the brakes felt fine, figured it was probably a computer error or a faulty control. The cars handling, transmission and gauges worked perfectly. The interior was clean and damage free (other than the dash and minor center console damage). I was very pleased. The body was spotless and the paint job was perfect. The tires seemed to be brand new. The engine had no signs of major rust or any other damage. I didnt even test drive another car there, I went home, got my money together, and financed the car the next day.Oleg was extremely nice and they offered to fix the ABS issue on the car if I brought it back the following Monday. I had no issues driving my car home 45 miles away. I drove the car to Clearwater, Florida (350 miles) and back, 3 times in the month that I had it. It drove like a DREAM.I did bring it in to fix the ABS Control, which took several trips and there was miscommunication on it being ordered vs ready to install. There was a minor accident at the shop and Perry has been a dream of a GM to work with!TL;DR - I found my dream car, got it at a good price and everyone has been extremely nice and they have offered to fix any issue I have with the car. Bad reviewers sound impatient and didnt do any research on their own. Cars are sold AS-IS, so they are not obligated to fix any issues, yet still offer to, for FREE!

This is a third rate dealer. I looked at a car in the mid-$30k range. I intended to send an inspector out, but before committing to the inspection fee, I asked the salesman to walk around the car with me on the phone to point out any imperfections. I was assured that other than the rear tires it was in great shape. So I spent $270 on an inspection, not to mention wasted my time, to hear from the inspector that there was peeling paint on the hood, major dings and paint chips all over the car, warped break rotors, gear shifting problems and completely bald rear tires that we’re supposed to be replaced, but weren’t. Also, trying to make the appointment for the inspector was a nightmare as the sales person kept getting the time wrong. They were really hard to reach and coordinate with. This was a truly bad experience.

I purchased a 2014 BMW from this place and my buying experience was fantastic. Naturally, I’m a bit of a patsy and prefer interacting with sales representatives who are more laid back and who don’t try to strong arm their customers into buying something. And that is why I was very pleased with my interaction with Lucy because she was not only very courteous and helpful throughout the buying process, but she gave me the necessary space to feel as though I was the one in control of the decision making process. No hyperbole, I thought she was exceptionally professional and without doubt deserved my business as her customer. As long as my vehicle holds up and continues to run, which it has so far, I think I will turn to this place for future purchases as well. Thank you and much gratitude for the exceptional customer service.

The salesman Andres was phenomenal! Was very helpful and super cool. Id definitely recommend this place to first time buyers or even experienced buyers. No scam here. The finance Manager Jerry is great as well! Im very gracious for them. they definitely try their best to get you at a rate that is affordable and extremely fair, no matter your credit.
