Avoid at all costs. They fired all their cashier personnel. Its fully self service only. The new registers They installed do not read chip cards and not contactless cards. We wasted 2 hours shopping and then half an hour trying to cash out, unsuccessfully. If they tell you that they install new machines dont believe them. These are the old model who just dont work. The worst customer service ever. After 3 employees and the manager herself trying to help us check out we gave up, left our shopping cart in the store and left empty handed. Never again Walmart neighborhood store in Cooper city. Very disappointing.

If you only need a few quick items then this is ok. Definitely not a big selection of food items.

On July 2nd I went there to make two separate purchases with cash back because instead of using the ATM because the incentive of purchasing an item from Walmart and getting cash back seem smarter than using the ATM. Now there is no sign that says I am unable to make two different purchases and get cash back both times. Also the machine asked me both time if I wanted cash back so I felt very safe and comfortable doing so and I did not think I was doing anything wrong. Also because they changed to self checkout only I did not have a cashier I was my own cashier. So I would think that I was allowed to do this but upon my second transaction I was stopped by a worker. They made me feel like I was doing something extremely wrong and called security on me. I have said Ive done this before and nobody has said anything and he proceeded to tell me youre not allowed to do that this time I caught you. (Implying that I am a criminal) I felt very ashamed and uncomfortable and embarrassed while the other customers were looking at me... I personally did not like that. I am at Walmart plus member I did not think I was going to be treated like a criminal as I spent a lot of money and come here pretty much every day. The tall security guard with glasses told me to do that at another Walmart and not this one so now I dont even know if I want to come here anymore. There is still no sign that says I cannot do so and the machine still ask me every time for each transaction if I want cash back. Also I asked him if I cannot do it can I just pay for one thing leave the store and come back to buy another thing and get cash back and he said I cannot. But I do not think they have the power to regulate that how do they know its me if I leave the store and there is no way of truly and fairly regulating how I use cash back as long as my card has money in it and the machine is asking me for it. Now every time I come in I feel like they are watching me and it feels very uncomfortable for something so minor and I am not a criminal please do not treat me like one. I dont think I am going to renew my Walmart plus membership and this location is the reason.

So I have always loved coming here to do my groceries. The store has been remodeled and they got rid off all cashier lanes to self checkout. First of all, I do a weekly very large groceries. If I come to thestore is not for me to do a 50-100 items of self checkout. Checkout is for quick items, 20 or less. If I wanted to checkout my items then I might as well quit my job and become a cashier. But I guess I’m expected to do all the work for free. And don’t get me started with the shopping bags getting stuck to each other and unable to get a bag opened!! 😡😡😡

While I understand the importance of wearing a mask, I find it alarming Walmart has hired security that ultimately harassed myself and toddler.While I had a mask on, I find it beyond alarming to expect a toddler that does not understand the significance of wearing a mask to be forced to understand the concept when she cant even read.My toddler is two and while I bring her mask to every location there are times she simply refuses to wear it. They are uncomfortable and a new thing for children.While I try my best to leave her home sometimes that is not realistic as a parent and she must come out. Im sure i cant be the only parent to take their child out. I have never been made to stand outside in the heat holding a 2 year old in front of Target or Publix and humiliated as a parent because she refuses to put a mask on. Even better I have never entered a store with signs posted out front advising infants and young children are considered exceptions . So my question is to Walmart what is a young child according to your posted sign if my two year old isnt? Why was she singled out by security and when requesting a manager an employee by the name of Angie came out with a disgusting attitude and said that I could enter because I claimedmy child was two. Does this mean I need to carry a birth certificate around to enter a Walmart premise?When asking for the managers name Angie advised it was a Shauna, but when calling the store I was given a males name. To lack consistency and enforce new rules that go against posted signs leads me to believe we were given a hard time for other reasons. After entering, I decided to take my money to Target. This was an awful experience.

Walmart Neighbor Market has made some changes, for the better! There are a lot more check out registers. This market has reasonable pricing and very clean. It is a place to do weekly shopping or drop by for an item that was forgotten from the weekly shopping.

GOT RID OF ALL THERE CASHIERS, OVERALL NOT A BAD STORE. HOWEVER MAKING CONVO WITH A YELLOW VEST SUPERVISOR ABOUT NO CASHIERS, SHE TOLD ME CUSTOMERS ARE THE ONES THAT ARE LAZYJOKES ON YOU!

Bagging your own groceries can be a blessing and a curse. Some people are quick some are slow but the customer service was great when i asked them questions and the store was very stocked and clean

Clean market for good deal on essentials. I cant do all of my groceries here but the prices for many of the items are so much cheaper, its worth the seperate stop. The Pharmacy staff here is AMAZING!!!! They are friendly, efficient, and extremely personable.

Miguel the night time manager goes above and beyond for his customers. I went at night and they had just delivered inventory in the back. You could see it was a maze back there but Miguel stopped whatever he was doing and helped me with All my needs. Calm, polite and offered insight. WalMart, this man needs a raise and needs to have a territory manager role so other managers can operate the way he did. 👍

Im not a Walmart lover but this grocery store has got to be one of the best ones Ive ever been that for Walmart neighborhood market. Every time I go to this location its very different than the other ones. I seem to find good deals at this location that I dont find at others which is strange to me since its all the same company. They seem to have things that the other locations dont have and their prices seem to be better for the same exact product which again makes no sense, but luckily this location is close to me and on my way home from work. Check this one out I have gotten some great deals on pineapples regular apples and cuties which right now in January are amazing and a better price than the Walmart supercenter Store.

I loved this location. I went around 7pm for a couple of items and was pleasantly surprised to find there were barely many cars in th parking lot and in the store. Grabbed our few items and self checked out within 20 minutes we were back home. Very clean and not as hectic as the supercenter thats for sure.

The produce section was horrible everything was empty and what was there especially the salads was bad even though there were up-to-date everything was Brown they should have not been on the floor

This is a Walmart grocery store. They have a good selection. Good prices, li.ited intl foods. Small wine collection, but not as large a selection as a Walmart supercenter. Nice, neighborhood store.

Starting with a stroll through the freshest produce found outside the ground and off the vines and trees, you glide down the fully stocked spacious isles of shopping list fulfillment. From Fresh cut meats to the needed toiletries, you can find what you desire. Brand names and quality store compatibles priced at costs that will make any pocket and wallet happy. I cant leave out those special departments; like the deli counter, the bakery, and the pharmacy. Customer service is just what its name says, customer service. And as you would expect from any place of better business, the restrooms are constantly cleaned and sanitized. So if I dont see you shopping, then youre not in the place to be. Walmart.

Former $150/week shopper. Not going back since they have eliminated cashiers and require self check out early on the weekends (all day?) . Full cart young son and I struggled to find space for bags due to limited area, rang up $150 worth groceries in front of 2 staff members. Heard one of the staff people whisper to the other one as she covered her mouth that they should help people who really need assistance, after watching me and my son struggle for 10 minutes. That was the moment of truth for this customer.

The online order and pickup is awesome! Ive never had an issue with the items selected and they have had 100% accuracy on my orders. The staff is courteous and works quickly to get your order to you and loaded in your car. I love coming here.

This store is a wasteland. Most fruits and vegetables are rotten every time I come here. Today I saw an employee stacking shelves with strawberries which were dark and had mold on them.

Got my second vaccine today at the pharmacy dept. Everyone there very professional and friendly. A special shoutout about Will the pharmacist excellent guy, real thourough.

It is easier to navigate through this than a regular Walmart. I stop for a quick run. Selection is OK, but Publix or WD choices are better, particularly on veggies and frozen foods.

Self serve checkout only. They did away with regular check out lines a month ago. It totally sucks if you have a full cart of groceries. You have to do it ALL by yourself. If you are elderly, disabled, have a shoulder injury etc, you are SOL.

Always a good shopping experience at this location. Location is convenient, and there is always ample parking. Produce section is right when you walk in and its a little small; it is well stocked, has precut fruit options, and a very decent selection. The rest of the store is as you would expect a supermarket to be but with better pricing on both name brand and store brand items. This location has a pharmacy as well and the western portion of the store is like a mini drug store with toiletries, first aid items, health/wellness items like vitamins and protein powders, and of course candy galore! Staff are helpful and friendly the few times Ive needed anything. There are usually 3-6 self checkout lanes open and 1 or 2 lanes that are manned. There are also several machines just past the checkout for filtered water, a key maker, etc. All in all a very convenient market. Enjoy!

I visited this Walmart grocery store (Stirling Rd near Monterra Community/University Dr) because I was in the area and needed just a few things. The store was well maintained and quiet for the most part. No issues during my visit but I will mention that I picked up a bag of Granny Smith green apples 🍏. Well when I got home and began unbagging my items, I found some of the apples in the bag had mold on them. Needless to say I threw the entire bag away. I will not be returning. Not worth the few bucks to drive back and go return/exchange them. Just know you’re not getting quality fruit there and/or just stay away entirely. I’ve NEVER had that problem at Publix. #walmartdobetter #walmartcheckyourfruit 🤢

We came here to get some bottled water and some snacks and food items for our trip to Miami. We were able to find everything we were looking for quickly and easily. The store was fairly clean, and matched most every other Walmart in terms of cleanliness and checkout process was just as bad as any other Walmart location. Walmart isnt my go to place for groceries as Winn Dixie has cheaper prices and buy one get one free promotions all the time. Its great for quick things. They dont have specialty items and most of the staff doesnt speak english, which is something that needs to change.

I was Impressed with the stores clean condition of their restrooms. when in expecting low prices on produce. And they had many food items on sale as always.
