CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!! If i could give them a ZERO rating, I would!! I spoke to someone on the phone who told me they would give me a military discount, so I decided to go there. I called about two weeks in advance so I can have everything planned out. I get there and the owner says sure to the military, then he finds out Im paying with my credit card and says sorry discount only applies if you pay cash. This man is NOT a man of his word. I would never want to give him a dime of my money.

Total disaster this company, horrible customer service, buy 2 pales of fat and left the delivery in another property, I called them and asked them please move the delivery to my property and blatantly wanted to charge me $ 50 dollars more to do it. that is to say, they make the mistake and besides, you have to pay them. It is incredible how there are people who have a business in this country in this way. I do not recommend it at all. They do not deserve to be open, they should close the business.🤬😡😱🤯🤬😡😱😤😤😤

I am a second generation customer as my parents have been buying from Marpines since I was a child when we lived in Miramar like 35 years ago. As my parents were always happy with their sod and loved that it is a family business, I continued to purchase my grass from them too. We just bought some about a month ago and it looks beautiful. Have always had the best results and service from everyone we have dealt with there. Highly recommend this place if you want some of the best grass in town from a business that has been established for so long.

This place is the worst. I don’t know how they are in business. Absolutely horrible customer service. You feel like you a dealing with a bunch biker gang member thugs. They never answer their phone despite being “open”. Avoid this place.

Ordered $1300 worth of sod and stressed the importance of delivering on time for a community service project. I was told it would arrive on time. They arrived 3 hours late which caused our project to start late and end much later than it was supposed to. When I called to make a complaint and ask for some type of compensation (anything —- some credit towards more sod, etc.) no apology and nothing offered. I would have gone with another company had I known they would not deliver on time as promised. Bad for business and poor customer service. Won’t be using again.

I was a repeat customer, so I searched this company out after they moved and left no new location information. I was in a car so I had to make several trips. On my second trip I told the clerk that several pieces were unacceptable and that I would like to have sod from a different stack. The clerk had been nice up to my request. All I asked for was sod that was nice and green like the sod that was being advertised at the business entrance. He flat out refused, saying they were selling the two-day old browning sod first. I protested, but he flat out said take it or leave it. I was half in by that point and I wanted to use one vender, so I completed my order with them, but no more. While I was there another customer came up and parked his truck in front of the nice green sod that I had requested. I purposely hung around to see if they would give him the choice sod and they did. I am going to file a complaint with the BBB.

Happy with quality of sod, cost, and installation. I would not buy from any other sod provider
