TL:DR We had an unexpected issue and these guys stepped up to the plate and did the right thing.These guys were great to work with! I was initially very hesitant to make a large purchase like this bucket truck, sight unseen. However, it was the right truck at the right price so I decided to take a chance.After we had negotiated a price, I sent an independent inspector over to look at the truck. We found that the tires were pretty worn out and a couple of other minor issues. American Trucks & Equipment agreed to repair the minor stuff and got me an AMAZING deal on 4 brand new tires.I booked a flight down there from MA, Anthony picked me up from the airport and brought me to their shop. We went over the truck which was as I expected it to be. I was leaving on the Turnpike when an unexpected mechanical problem happened. It took everyone by surprise, especially the guys at American Trucks.What happened next is why I would 100% recommend these guys to anyone.They put me up in a hotel for the night and because it was a Saturday and the mechanic couldnt get to it till Monday, they paid for my airfare, Uber and lodging for my trip back. In other words, they DID THE RIGHT THING!I flew back a week later after they fixed the issue and drove the 1,500 miles home with no issues.The truck drove great and they lived up to their promises.

This is a great place, Joe Rubio and his sons are excellent people it a warm family environment, youre treated with respect purchased 2 trucks over a 2 year period and they will work with you best they can.

Terrible customer service. Was told I was approved and waiting for paper work to pick up truck and sold truck with no phone call to me after I’ve set up insurance and everything to drive truck out of there. I didn’t say anything about a deal or a lower offer was giving them full asking price called/texted over and over and no response then finally get a hold of them and truck is was sold the day I was supposed to pick it up. Thanks a lot guys, great communication from a place that’s supposed to be a dealer ship.

Do not use this company there a bunch of crooks! I bought a bucket truck that the frame was completely rusted out and they painted over it to hide. They do not have your back and will say “ you bought it so its your problem now”. People like this should not be in business!!
