That person was JONATHAN RAMIREZ, who not only understood exactly what I wanted but was able to handle the setup of a distributor account and get me moving forward with just one phone call and one email. Efficient, courteous, knowledgeable and professional! I wish I could do business with this kind of people all day, every day!

Attempted to order from preexisting account and was told item would be shipped from Mexico and arrive by Tuesday. When it did not arrive I called to ask where was the order. Was then informed that order entry had failed due to an expired credit card on file.Why didnt someone immediately follow up to get current card info. versus me having to ask ? That would have been the customercentric response. Would have saved a couple of days.

Ordered name badges from World Emblem twice and both times the orders did not come out correctly. The first order had the wrong shade of blue on the badges and they offered to reprint them. I was happy with the new batch and placed an order with them several months later for more badges for new team members. The second order was for an event we had coming up and I chose a shipping option that said it would get here in time. I notified them a week ahead of the ship date that the tracking had not changed and it appeared it was stuck or lost. I was told to contact them the day before the shipment was due. I had assumed they would be able to help me, so I waited and contacted them two days before and was told there was nothing they could do. Had they told me that the first time I contacted them I could have done a second ordered and expedited the project and the shipping to get it on time. Needless to say when I finally got the package the badges were the wrong color again...Lesson learned dont use World Emblem or Name Badge International.

The team at world emblem has been great to work with over the past 3 years.
