Excellent selection of MTG cards, prices are reasonable and service was great. They had a small D&D section which you can check out if youre in a pinch. If you like playing, plenty of tables, wide open spaces, plenty of parking.

The staff is friendly enough, but they are basically charging scalper prices for their Pokemon product. They wanted $169.99 for an Evolving Skies booster box when the MSRP is $149.99. Pokemon is not that scarce anymore that you have to jack up the price that much. I went right down the road to Tz Games and got a booster box for $120.00 and to Hey Wanna Play and paid $145.00. Absolutely ridiculous to charge that much. Save yourself some money and go to a store that sells the product for the appropriate price.

This place is awesome. They have a great selection of both board and card games any sort of tabletop fun you can get into. it also looks like they host game nights and tournaments here. The staff was super knowledgeable and actually helped me a lot with one of my purchases. Would highly recommend this place

Been here a couple of times. I just attended a prerelease tournament here, it looked like there were a hundred participants. The oddest thing happened... Everyone I met was exceptionally nice. The staff and the other participants. The event was handled in a timely and professional manner and my whole group had an excellent time.

While Im on vacation in Florida, this is my go-to place for Magic cards and other gaming accessories. They also have a huge amount of tables to play your games. The employees are very busy but friendly and helpful. Its now a traditional event for me to drive the guys over to split a box of boosters while fun in sun happens.

My favorite game store. I haven’t been in for a game night in awhile, but the staff have always been friendly and informative. Of course, the prices are the best you’ll get in a brick and mortar store. If you’re interested, you should check out their events: They have X-Wing, CCGs, and board game nights. For the latter, the regular are very open to newcomers.

A great sized gaming hall with a smattering of games. Not exactly loaded with a huge stock of games, but decently priced merchandise and a pleasant staff. I wish they had a better selection.

Awesome store if you love card games

Corporate clearly does not care about its staff or customers. They recently fired almost every staff member, people that helped not only build an amazing community but a place to feel welcomed and at home. I will not be returning to this store. I advise you give your money to a smaller card shop and not this corporate hierarchy.

The staff are extremely nice, the store is clean and they offer multiple events for the tcg I play. However, I would personally avoid this place because every event I go to thats preconstructed, such as Standard, Legacy or Modern for Magic: The Gathering has majority of the people net-decking which is a big problem because it warps the stores Metagame around professional decks. Its fun to win, its good to lose if you learn from it, but sitting at a table for 4 or more hours, playing the same deck over and over is a waste of time. I only go here now for draft and pre-release events. Very sad, I hope people can learn to construct their own decks and have the courage to play the game.

I had been coming here for about 4 years now, always having a great time with friends and the employees. It was like a second home to me because the employees would see me so often they became like family no matter how busy or what time it was the staff there was always willing to help and listened to suggestions of the customers and tournament players had to make the store experience better. But recently the company decided that it isnt enough to have a great atmosphere and experience with the customers. They fired 90 percent of the staff for no given reason and took away great people that I have come to care for that would go above and beyond to make the store a community and safe haven for a nerd like me, instead of just another corporate game shop like I have seen in other card/game shops. These were amazing people that were just thrown away like nothing with no warning. I will no longer support a company that is willing to just throw away great people that made the experience for me and my friends better than any store I have ever stepped foot in. The place I called home is gone with the staff that was let go, thank you for everything you guys did for me and you will be missed by me and countless others.

Second time at this store ever, went to return some sleeves which were the wrong size. The staff was very condescending and provided little help. When asked what sleeves I should get, the employee pointed at the wall and said “maybe those” I asked to see them but he simply walked away. As someone who buys a lot of booster boxes and cards in bulk, I thought I’d give a good old card store a try instead of giving my money to some online retailers. Never coming back here again and definitely will not be recommending this place to anyone.

Its also said it was a corporate decision and that they dont want anymore customer hanging out at their stores. If this message reaches anyone important and has answers let me know. I had friends who were staff and the TCG community was growing because of them.

This is a great friendly neighborhood gaming store....the only reason I gave it four stars is because of low in store stock. Needs more on hand gaming variety. I suggest calling ahead to see if they carry a certain gaming item....they do special orders for people in-store and online for pickup.

Nice game store with lots of tables and friendly staff. Close to lots of food options as well. Used to come here to meet-up for MonHun multiplayer, so it isnt just for cards or tabletops. Can be loud on the weekends, including Friday nights. Sometimes full.

I came here looking for a specific board game and they had it in stock. Everything they have is about 10-15% cheaper than what you can find online. They also have a great community for tabletop players inside where you can play games. 10/10.

I’ve been a customer at this store since 2010. On January 28th 2019 eight out of ten employees were fired without cause or warning. Upon arrival for each of their shifts the Owner and regional manager fired them in the spot. Now since I’ve been contacting the facebook page, the complaints email on the website and I haven’t received a single response. All we are asking is why they were fired. None of them would ever think of coming back after being fired for no reason, we aren’t trying to get anyone their jobs back. We just want answers and the store is refusing to give us any. The Facebook page won’t even give me the name of the employee currently running it and ignoring all of my messages and posts. I’ll update this in another couple days if we have received any answers by then.Store has always been wonderful until this past Monday when the day of reckoning arrived seemingly out of nowhere.

Went to sell some cards to this store from their buylist for a total of almost $1400. After I brought the cards in and waited a week of my time being wasted they ended up telling me that they didnt want to buy it anymore because we wont make enough money. So Im left with my time wasted and having to make two 1 hour long trips to their store (about $40 in gas) to be left with nothing. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS STORE because there are much better game stores.

Today was my first time attending the store. I went to participate in a yugioh tournament. However, I’m unsure if I will ever attend again. The staff behind the counter were more than willing to accommodate any purchases I had but a particular player at the event was stirring trouble all afternoon. After being caught cheating, to which nothing was done about by the staff. The other player became increasing aggressive and threatened violence after I told the staff that the rules state he should automatically lose, to which the staff only issued him an initial warning because the rule judge was “his friend”. After this behavior continued they instructed me to ignore it despite him continuing to be the antagonizer. I was unhappy with the stores willingness to deal with this problematic individual.On a side note the prices and supply of yugioh product was quite nice to see. Would definitely buy product from them again but unsure if I will participate in their events again.

I have been going to coolstuff for more then 4 years. I always considered the staff of coolstuff the reason to go there. Coolstuff as a company decided to fire the employees who made me feel like family. I will not support a company who dont value its employee who do so much for them and their customers. I will spend my money somewhere else from now on. Coolstuff as not given an explanation or something to explain why would they ruin a place I use to value so much.

I rarely write a review on Google so an establishment has to leave on strong impression on me. I give a 2 star rating purely based off the experience I have had with the manager who goes by the name I believe to be Chef. He is extremely rude. He has a small group of friends at the store he will give special attention to and is disrespectful to everyone else. Many times I have seen him belittling the other employees right in front of me when they are helping me with a service. The other employees I have nothing but great things to say about and dont deserve the way they are treated by their manager. I have seen the embarrassment in their faces when he shows up out of the blue to belittle them. For the most part I have a good time when I am there as long as I can avoid Chef. He for some reason will randomly make comments to me that make me feel like I am a five year old child. Other than that, prices are good and the staff (excluding management) is really friendly and more than willing to help you with any needs or questions you have.

Great for magic, okay for Pokémon, and terrible for yugioh. Had almost nothing but magic cards in stock (literally about five packs of yugioh cards in the whole store, compared to the three shelves packed with magic XD), and the employees aren’t very helpful when answering questions about what’s in stock and when will it be in stock. Pretty cool for tournaments, but that’s about it.

Almost no variety, Too focused on mainstream games like yugioh,magic and pokemon besides that there isnt much i went for a Vanguard tournament since its the closest to where i live (30 minute drive) and me and my friends where looking for packs and they only had one which was the latest and almsot ran out and yet magic and yugioh had full stocks and while we were waiting its like vanguard didnt exist and was barely anyone in the tournament. It barely gets recognition and magic was the only thing that mattered there it was just like way to many shops in Florida that are like that and the people that play look dead without any excitement
