I had a particularly difficult shower situation I have nine water exhaust including six jets when he first installed the enclosure, i wanted it to be totally frameless.After a few showers and the water going all the way into my kitchen. I called John back, be patient he works hard and sometimes it takes them a few days to get back to you, he came back with ingenious system that looks very attractive and now not one drop of water relieves my shower.

I had the good fortune of locating Casio Glass and Mirror. I had all windows and doors ( Impact Windows) ordered and installed by John and his crew. They were very professional and meticulous from start to finish with my home project. The windows were installed to the highest standard and custom fit to precise measurements meaning they are very tight and secure fromo the elements and any intruders.I had contacted several window companies and their quotes were higher than what Casino Glass and Mirror quoted me and many of the other companies sub contracted their jobs (which means you get the luck of the draw of who and how the windows and doors would be installed. John Casio is a local shop with many years of training and experience. He told me when he started that the windows and doors would be installed as if he were installing them in his own home. Boy did he ever uphold that promise. His finish work with the moldings were very well done and made the doors and windows look original to the house and really dressed up his work.I highly recommend Casio Glass and Mirror for any project you have. You will be amazed!!

Was able to get a quote because of having exact dimensions of what I wanted.

Casino Glass & Mirror replaced the mirror on the doors of 2 medicine chests in my bathrooms. His prices were high. One mirror was placed incorrectly in the door and protrude, scraping against the spicket. One of the mirrors in the other bathroom developed a small crack. I called the proprietor many times and my calls were never returned. When I finally reached him, he promised to come on a Saturday. To make a long story short, he never showed up or called. He got his money and ran. Its in his bank account now and hes finished with me. I guess the proprietor never heard of good customer service.

I just found the receipt from a glass they replaced for my cocktail living room table on 8-13-2002 and I will tell you they are very professional and the glass was exactly what I needed. I highly recommend them.
