Went inside establishment got a quote for my old grill after he tested it he offered a low amount and I told the owner I would check around for better quotes came back in 20 minutes later and he said my grill was not the same one he tested and that it did not have the same value. Originally rated this place a 1 star but I’ve been at Dixie multiple times not a first time customer I guess I just wished I was treated like such on my last visit but things happen 🤷🏾‍♂️ He ran out of gold testing acid that one day

Brought a PS4 the owner said that the game work but fail to say that its has a system hard program so my call keep on reinstalling on the same day of purchase. I brought it back the next he tried to fix it he gave it back to said the problem was fixed . Carry the back home for the second time and the system still doing the same thing ask for a refund and he refuses to gave me one so we will be going to court

Dixie pawn is definitely my go to spot with good location in Hollywood and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly.They also have a good location easy to get to very close to 95 would definitely recommend.

If I could rate this place pass 5 stars I would !! Just yesterday I had to go pick up my Apple Watch and the owner was closing at 7pm I cane almost 15 minutes later and he actually waited for me, he had cheap items but good quality, a huge lg tv for only 200 bucks, the place is fantastic, go visit you won’t be disappointed

Great places to buy a good selection of items . Everything they sell is as described. The owner made sure I was attended to promptly. He may come off as a rude guy but he is actually trying to run a tough business and i hope people understand that.

Its a decent pawn shop, the guy at the counter was a little off-putting and unfriendly the first few times I went there but it is a rough neighborhood so he probably deals with some crazy ppl and is pretty apprehensive. Anyway, the items are decently priced and they have a good variety.

Far from a one star the way they treated me as soon as I walked in. I came with $350 headphones and because I asked for a certain amount (after they asked me what I wanted) they dismissed me really fast and said Oh no, go somewhere else... How is that professional? They didnt need to be rude about not accepting my BOSE headphones. Maybe because its in the hood and theyre used to people bringing in FAKE or KNOCKOFF brands, they dont realize a quality customer, I wouldve came back over and over again and spent plenty of cash with them had they not treated me like that.

Bought a weed eater about 2 years ago. Called and called the shop to buy 2 more seems how this one finally broke. Nobody ever answered. Just a click after a ring. Then i get a text from another number saying What so i explained the situation with the trimmer and how i wanted to buy a couple more. Was asking him what he had in stock and then was told the cops had been called on me. Still have no clue what for, but VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME THERE. TOTALLY CRAZY!!!!!!!!!!!

Owner is very rude. Great selection of items but with that attitude they won’t be in business for long. Came in for a couple of items but was giving me attitude as soon as I walked through door. Especially since I had questions about this MacBook. The owner kept telling me that they were closed and it was 3:45 (it’s Sunday they close at 4) I think it’s because he knew he was ripping off the seller but I didnt care about that I just wanted a MacBook and I knew I would of gotten a good deal on the item regardless who was selling it. Very disappointed with the level of professionalism today especially since I’m a repeat customer. Last time you will ever see me set foot in that store. Especially since I drive 25 minutes from Miami to come here. I’ll go some place else
