I Like It!Good produce, has an actual meat department with real butchers that will gladly cut your meats to your specifications, most associates are friendly and helpful and they are fully stocked with the top Latin brands and products.AlsoThey are usually cheaper than The other major supermarkets.

These grocery stores offering such variety of ethnic food are amazing! One of the largest representation of imported food and spices from Haiti, Jamaica, Peru, Argentina, Colombia etc. Fresh produce, meat and fish. Great variety of fruits some of them specially imported. Price is not always the best for the consumer but many of them are imported goods and worth paying the price for specific dishes. They have a new free member program, ask for it at the register.

Been shopping here since it was Bravo Supermarket and now converted to Key Food. Im from NY so you know Key Food is the way to grocery shop. Plus the place is super clean and always have more than. 3 cashiers available all the time. Definitely recommended

Ive never been a big shopper there, but Key Food is still Bravo name to me. I do see some great changes theyve made inside, in making their produce look more appetizing and eye catching; along with their isles being more organized and structured to search and shop.

Great atmosphere. The prices are reasonable. The people are friendly. The food at the Delicatessen is amazing takes me back to my roots love it!

This is what Wendys gave me for almost $8.00, I ordered a chicken something salad No Chicken about 6 blueberries 4 raspberries. This was in July I call to tell them what happened no one answered the phone after many trys I called the main office and told them what happened, she said she would give them a call and they would get in touch with me. NEVER HAPPEN NEVER HEARD ANOTHER WORD FROM WENDYS THIS WAS WENDYS IN OAKWOOD PLAZA!!!! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN😠😠😠😠

Going to Bravo is always a pleasure - the team is friendly and always available to help. They have all the specialty products I can’t find in other places and the store runs very efficiently. It’s always and easy and pleasurable trip to the supermarket when I decide to go to Bravo!

Quick check-out, very clean and well stocked.

I ate at the deli, it was amazing. Mangu and juevos revueltos. The fried salami was a little disappointing but I forgave them bc everything else, including service, was awesome.

Some items are better price here like the Avena Alpina, but others can be few cents or a dollar more that publix ... So i just come here for the large variaty of Peruvian or south American products, some times are busy and parking can be a hassle.

Called to speak to a manager to ask about an Item that has been out of stock for at least a month and half and I just did not want to make the trip for nothing, and was transferred to Manager Jessica asked her about an item and put me on hold for 20 minutes and never came back to the phone, I called back again and asked to speak with the same manager and told her that I was waiting for 20 minutes, and replied what do you need? And I said You put me on hold for 20 minutes, her answer was Ok, what do you need.I mean what kind of managers do this location have? No manners, no respect for the customers, and spoke back in Spanish when I was asking in english?Please teach these people to be polite and apologize when they do wrong, what’s going on now a days? customer service is no longer provided by your supermarket?Wow, not good

They renovated and now the store has a sleek modern feel. The prices have always been great but I never used to like shopping here because it was too cluttered, messy and even stinky. But now it looks, clean, organized and modern. I love the great new look. Stop in and check it out.

I felt unwelcome. I was standing in an isle looking at products and I looked to my left and an employee or manger was just staring at me (he appears to be Hispanic). When I stared back he walked away... weird. Then, the individual I was with was looking at other products and a male police officer (who appeared to be a black and/or African American) in the store stop and stared at her... again... weird. FYI just because someone is brown/dark skin doesn’t make them suspicious. With everything going on in today’s society I don’t even like going into stores if it’s not necessary. And being stared down doesn’t make me anymore comfortable.

The Experience I have today its Awful I went to buy grocery Iwas a nice pot 32 oz for $ 36 plus change went to the cashier they charged me $ 62 something dollar .I went to the shelf where I saw they price the manager Julia started talking Spanish she thought I wouldnt understand I took a picture of the price shew it to her then she start cursing in Spanish and took the pot walk away not even Apologized I ENCOURAGE ALL MY HAITIAN PEOPLE DONT BUY ON THAT STORE OR EVER SERIOUS PEOPLE DONT GO THERE I FELT SO DISAPPOINTED TO THAT KEY FOOD STORE ON JOHNSON STREET IN HOLLYWOOD, FL.

I use bravo as a quick stop if I need something on the way. They usually have what I need. Since they are primarily known to service the Hispanic community theyve gotten much better at servicing the English spreaker. Im thrilled to know they have a pharmacy which is conveniently located next to it.

Bravo has made quite a few upgrades in the past year both in functionality and to its cosmetic appearance. The staff is and always was helpful and kind which is always great when you are grocery shopping. The selection itself is larger and most of the items are pretty well priced. We go there usually a few times a week for anything from 1-3 items to a full cart.

For anything urgent this is the place. There is another Bravo supermarket that has a lot more variety. The good about this place is the people that works there.
