This is my absolute favorite smoothie place in the whole wide world. I’ve thought about opening a franchise of this place many times over 😂I’ve been coming here for years (probably about 6 years), and have seen the changes of staff, decor, food offerings, the addition of delivery services and a reward program, etc. The food quality has ALWAYS remained the same. That’s SO RARE from a food establishment!My favorite smoothie is the Strawberry Banana High Protein, coupled with a Tuna Wrap (on a spinach wrap without pineapple). Glorious are my tastebuds every single time!Cannot recommend this place highly enough. See a couple of pictures attached throughout the years.

This place is a mess! I ordered two salads a week ago and it was good but this time was different. I bought the same salads today and the chicken was undercook and smelled raw, went back to have them Re cook it and it was no different employees had a whole attitude about it when I look closely the salad had a bug in it so I just got a refund instead. Not to mention the watery smoothies!

Excellent! Excellent customer service. My food was not prepared as I requested. I called and received my meal exactly the way I desired delivered to me. My smoothies (almond mocha/ mango festival)and avocado toast was delicious! Thank you for excellent service and food!

I don’t know what is going on lately but the new crew you have had in the past month is making everything to liquidated. The girls that were there little over a month ago were great. Happy and the smoothies were smoothie consistency. The guys that are working aren’t friendly and in a rush.

I had a very unpleasant experience this afternoon. I ordered over the phone and came inside to pay for my order, I handed over $100 bill and I understand that it is policy to examine it to see if it’s real but I stood waiting for almost 5 min while the cashier examined the bill then called over a manager to assist her and they both called idk maybe another manager over the phone until finally another manager came over and verified that the bill was indeed real. All I’m saying is that I felt discriminated against and won’t be back.

I’ve gone to this place plenty of times. And always or the same smoothie the Contagious. Which contains, kale strawberry and banana. I was drinking it and starting tasting peanut butter at the bottom. I do have a peanut allergy so this was really disappointing. There were customers ahead of me that also ordered a smoothie so they probably didn’t clean out the blender. Please to the people who work there clean out before next or. We shouldn’t have to state our allergy if the product doesn’t contain what we are allergic too. Thanks 🙏🏼

This is my go to spot when I want a nice, refreshing smoothie. Great verity of options and I love how they give you a card they stamp on each of your visits to get a free item (either wrap or smoothie).

It was my third time at SMOOTHIE PLUS. I’ve been getting the Banana Strawberry smoothie after workouts and it’s so yummy! This time I went for a breakfast wrap with bacon and a Mango Festival smoothie, and it was delicious! I would def recommend, prices are good as well for a healthy food place. 👌

Built my own smoothie with no problem! Tastes amazing ESPECIALLY for the price. Pomegranate, strawberry, mango, orange sherbet. Bye bye smoothie king.

When my husband went there the 1st time, the smoothie was good. Just left there myself 15 minutes ago, horrible customer service. The cashier was super sweet and I asked her if I didn’t like the smoothie could they just remake it to something else. The cashier stated that could try to fix the smoothie the way it was or I could sample it before hand. I’m like cool, that’s great. The barista comes over and she tells me no I can’t sample it. Mind you, no questions for me on why I was asking for this request. I am newly pregnant so some things don’t sit right with me or taste the same. As soon as I drink or eat something, I’ll know if I like it. Any restaurant or chain smoothie establishment that I’ve gone to understands and shows some type of empathy. They don’t care. I left with making a purchase and drove farther to my preferred smoothie joint, Smoothie Express. Owner is great and their staff actually takes the time to make sure I leave happy each time.

Horrible place to go . Horrible customer service . Small self owned business that treats their customer however they want to because they can. Manager refused to provide her name to me . I told her I would go online and write a review, she told me go ahead she’ll just have it deleted like she always does. Clearly this is a pattern with multiple customers . Smoothie plus gave me the worst first impression.

I for one dont like those lil flies that be flying around in the shop. To make matters worse..they dont keep the fresh produce covered. I looked over the counter and the view seemed chaotic. If you have things flying in your shop..why keep the food exposed? I use to get shakes from here until I seen how unclean things was. Have some pride in the shop. Dont just try to make a buck. Have some pride in wellness. Keep your ingredients clean.

Horrible customer service . Cashier refused to provide me with the managers name so I could write this review. I asked for guacamole and no onions . They still put onions and forgot my guacamole. They were closed already so I came back the next day and simply asked for a $1 off my smoothie and she refused to do so saying I should’ve came right back . But how could I if you were already closed ? Never coming here again, don’t recommend it. Just go to smoothie king .

I used to come often to smoothie plus and it was always good. Today after 2 months I came back now that things are slowly opening back up and I have to say I was very disappointed ... I had a chicken wrap and the chicken in it tasted as if it was frozen but it also had the very Smokey taste like a flavor of a grill that was dirty or the taste of after you clean it and Like the chicken wasn’t cooked all the way . I couldn’t not even finish it. It also smelled just like that in the store. I’m not sure what happen but it wasn’t good at all quality went down hill. Smoothie was okay though. Sadly I won’t be going back ☹️

This girl know this smoothie was a mess when she gave it to me . Was not blended well. Chunks of kale and ice in it . The liquid was at the bottom of cup. I paid 9 for a mess.

This place should be named Water Plus because they are very stingy on there product, ordered a 44oz Banana Island Smoothie and only got one tiny scoop of ice cream, paid extra for peanut butter and has no taste!!!!!!! Just make the drive and find a Smootie king .

Love this smoothie spot. I come very frequently. The staff is very friendly, the smoothies are delicious, & they have loads of different options & also food choices like salads, wraps, & snacks. But the smoothies...!! Are great. My favorites are the Island Breeze & the Light & Fruity. Also they are very quick to make the smoothies.

Ive been here in the past and usually have a great experience. However, on 6/15/20 the guy prepared my smoothie with his mask below his chin. I mentioned it to him and he explained sometimes the mask is annoying. This is why I will stop eating out because of the carelessness. Why do this with any meal. Crazy!!

The music videos on your TV are offensive and not appropriate for a restaurant

They claim to be a health store yet out of the three people preparing the food, only 1 of them was wearing a mask. I walked out and will never spend a penny in this place again.

2 stars just because the owner is super nice, however, I ordered a kale, cucumber, spinach and pineapple with a scoop of protein today, you would think I value my health right? When I took a sip and asked her why was it so sweet, she replied: I put some sugar for you! I mean, If i wanted sugar I would have paid 1 dollar for a Coke! Obviously somebody that pays 6-7 dollars for a cucumber kale smoothie is not looking for sugar. Be aware. Is not healthy.

I would come here all the time when I was pregnant. I introduced this place to a coworker and the word spread now the office orders smoothie plus at least 3-4 times a week and it never fails us. Healthy and tasty with reasonable price. I highly recommend this place.

I absolutely love this place! Ive been coming here for years. The smoothies are fantastic, they have all sorts of wraps and salads. The employees are all so nice and the new owners are really cool. If youre in Hollywood you should definitely give this place a try!

Ordered the almond mocha smoothie and it was delicious! Service was excellent and prompt, area was clean, will definitely be back!

Requested Turkey bacon 3x’s. Specifically said “bacon made of turkey not pork” since there’s a language barrier and he seemed unclear. He said “yes bacon is made of turkey no pork”. Brought the wraps all the way home to realize it was pork bacon. I feel like he did so purposely. Check your food before you walk out. They also have a dog in the back of the restaurant

Its been one of my absolute favorite places to grab a quick healthy smoothie or salad. Their new veggie burger is soooo yummy too! Service is great, staff is always friendly and willing to answer questions and customize dishes. Definitelt recomend it! Super kid approved menu too.

I’ve been here a few times. I have received good customer service in the past but recently each time service takes longer and longer for me to receive my order. I should not have to wait 40 minutes for one smoothie and 2 acai bowls. There were 2 customers that got there 20 minutes after me and still left with their full order before me. One person should not be working by themselves. They need more staffing because one employee is obviously not enough to handle a store full of orders. Smoothies taste weird and are way too watery. Business will not last very long that way.

I ordered the tuna wrap and a smoothie. It was so good that I got down the street and turned around to get my sister the same thing. Great good, great service, and the smoothie and ginger shot were the best (much better than smoothie king). I hope they open one near me in Miami Lakes.

They leave one girl there in the morning to deal with the before work in a hurry crowd by herself, as soon as she gets more than 2 customers the wait gets too long to deal with.

I have to leave an awful review for this place, if i could leave a negative star I would, this was once my favorite smoothie spot but the new owners are completely rude and I will not be returning. I actually just called to inform them they charged my card twice, it was a simple mistake, just wanted to let them know and inform them I will bring proof later, the owner was extremely rude, stated there was nothing he could do, asked me what was the name of the associate, which of course I did not know, I was simply calling to let them know I will bring proof later but he started shouting stating there was nothing he could do, when I tried to explain he the hung up the call. Also, the previous owner made great smoothies, these new owners should take a class from him and also train their staff accordingly. This business will not last long with this type of service !!!! especially when their food and smoothies need work!

They charged me full price for they’re happy hour promotion, “ buy a wrap get a 20 oz smoothie for 0.99.” Apparently I’m not the only person this has happened too. And they refuse to give me a refund for the overcharge per owners request. Also I wasn’t given a receipt. Foods okay but customer service as a whole needs a lot of work. Especially on the owners/managers part for forcing employees to rob customers.

*Dirty store!!!* I have always loved this place since (when it was Smoothie Cafe). I hadnt been in a couple years due to moving out of state. Excited, to be back in town, my hubby and I went so I could grab a smoothie. As soon as we walked in we had to hold our nose. It smells like a freaking dog kennel!!! I still ordered a smoothie and watched as she made it. I didnt see any problems with the employees cleanliness or anything she used and it tasted delicious. However the whole place looked run down like it was closing and, again, the smell was so awful my husband had to go outside. You can see mold building in certain places, and its barely decorated or even made to look like a properly functioning store. I am highly disappointed (not in the service, she was great!) and if I go back it will only be to see if theyve improved or to call the health inspector and wait for them to show up!!!!

Will never come here again. My first time will definitely be my last. When youre dealing with anyones food anywhere your suppose to wash your hands regularly, change your gloves regularly, & WEAR HEAR NETS! I ordered Smoothies and before I could even really get into the taste of it. I discovered a hair in it. I felt violated and absolutley disgusted! This was my first time coming here and it definitely will be the last time. The food was horrible, nothing was fresh, and it had a weird after taste.Me and my mom ordered 2 different things, I had the veggie wrap and she had the ultimate chicken wrap. Both didnt taste right.

Ive been a customer here for years. The service is excellent, and the smoothies are delicious. My only complaint is the smell of the actual store. Personally, it always just smells like a public restroom. I have friends who dont come here specifically for that reason.. On a side note, I always tend to see new faces working there.

If your looking for variety of smoothies this is your place. However if your looking for good wraps and salads you have a better chance ofFinding that at Subway. The teriyaki chicken wrap is supposed be made with fresh grilled chicken but it taste super slimy with an awful after taste and worst then the chicken you get at subway. The difference between the 2 is that they actually roast your meat products at subway here they leave it under a heat lamp which doesn’t work at all. Also they drench the wraps in dressing so it comes out all soggy!So just stick with the smoothies and Go Somewhere else to eat.

Smoothies are amazing and at a very reasonable price. All the workers are nice and the owner is very nice, very patient people... Plenty of parking spaces. No waiting.

I don’t know why I go back. I guess I forget after a while and try it again. First, the gentleman who took my order got the size wrong. I didn’t notice because they decline to give you a paper receipt when requested (which I recall happened on my last visit a few months ago). So I had to go back and pay the difference. Got my drink and get a few steps out the door and realize it’s not made correctly. Go back and ask for it to be corrected. (It’s not complex...2 ingredients) Got the drink for the 3rd time and it’s still not right. But I take it and leave because at this point the female manager on duty is telling me what I did wrong when I placed my order (not her staff) and I am beyond frustrated. Just praying for #jambajuice or #smoothiecafe to open up in the area instead. A very disappointing experience, from product to service.

So....what a shame....great smoothie....but they charge a fee to use a credit card. I spoke to the owner who looked at me like I was speaking Chinese. I feel bad for the hardworking owner... Last week I seen the young spanish girl with a ponytail flirting with several customers giving out free smoothies and them paying for small and getting large. Obviously so she could get a good tip. I sat in there for a good 45 minutes. I have owned a business like this. It is sad to see employees taking advantage. She had no integrity.

I dont usually write reviews but today (Sunday morning) disturb me. I come to this place all the timetime usually great customer service but this morning I called to make an order,the lady was so rude... She answered with an attitude saying Smoothie Plus, how can I help you and I politely said well Good Morning before I can even say the word morning she rudely cut me off and said what would you like to order? How did she even know I was calling to order. Whoever works that shift has poor phone customer service. Smoothie Plus almost lost a loyal customer because of her rudeness. Otherwise the shakes and wraps are great and the owner is awesome.

I asked if their meat was hormone free, grass fed, organic, any or all of the above. They were like I dont know. Well, for an all natural place, youd think, wouldnt you? So I asked them to find out. I was so shined on. Natural? Forget it. They use natural as a greenwash.

Be sure to go in afternoon when owner is NOT there. He awkwardly always makes you choose a tip (20%, 22%, or 25%) when paying for a smoothie! 🙄 The afternoon crew doesn’t ask for tips.

Ordered 2 smoothies and a chicken wrap. Was ok service other then being passed to someone else while they decided to talk in Spanish,they had a dog in the back of the store. No way that,that is sanitary. I used to go there 2-3 times a week but now nahh. Pets shouldnt be in food establishments.

This is the only place I get my low-carb smoothies because they dont add unnecessary junk, like added sugar. The staff is always great and listen to special requests. Plus, they answer your questions.I used to go to Smoothie King, until I realized that their staff AND their owner was lying to me about the amount of sugar in their frozen fruit. Told me none of their fruit has added sugar, then one staff member said ALL Of the fruit was in a sugar syrup except for the bananas. And that was supposed to be a healthy smoothie place?? Please!Ill stick with Smoothie Cafe :)

I will never come back here again.#1 Service is horrible, the girl hardly spoke english and i asked about some things on the menu and she just had no clue what i was talking about.#2 I asked for a chicken salad wrap. Their chicken is microwaved for 5 minutes to cook as soon as i realized it wasnt freshly made i asked to cancel it. This is supposed to be a healthy place .#3 Their smoothies are made with fruits that arent fresh either their previously frozen and when i tried it, it was like they poured a cup of sugar in it, it was disgusting i threw it out. Not to mention the smoothie alone cost me almost $5 . Really if your going to charge that much your fruit should at least be fresh.

This is my favorite smoothie places prices are reasonably food is delicious . I recommend the turkey and bacon wrap. I love the fact that they give you options for smoothie high carb low carb weight gain etc. They also reward you for every purchase . Everytime you purchase you get one stamp on your card 10 stamps equate to one free 20 ounce smoothie 15 equate to a free salad or 20 ounce salad.
