Had an appointment with my 71-year-old dad and we were treated not very nice not sure if it was due to the accident my dad is a cancer patient and the lady in the front Refused to let my father to use the restaurant end it wasn’t an emergency like I started to her. how humiliating i was ready to spend thousands of dollars but I guess I’ll take my business elsewhere don’t ever go to this place

Jennifer is AWESOME and WONDERFUL Audiologist. She cares about her patience and takes time to explain how hearing aids work. Ive been with them for over 5 years and Im a happy customer! Just got latest Phonax technology and they work great! Really encourage anyone needing an audiologist to visit them as they have several locations!

I purchased a set of hearing aids a couple years ago, one stopped working after the warranty expired so I called and spoke to Jessica and she told me I could have it repaired for $389 with a 1 yr warranty. I brought it in that afternoon and she said let me try something so she pulled it apart and cleaned the internals and it started working perfectly. She didnt have to do anything but to take my money, however she went the extra mile for a customer and saved me $389.00. Honesty is very rare so I thought I had to write this review. If the owners are reading this she is a big asset to your organization.

Today test ear both then new hearing aids

We’ve been working with 2 Audiologists the last 18 months since Mr. Roach left. During this time we purchased a new pair of Starkey hearing aids. We have been back and forth to the business 10 times to attain a proper fit in one ear and they can’t get it right. Have to say they’ve tried. You would believe that $6000 hearing aids, a proper fit would be a “no brainer”. So do we. Very unhappy. Considering our next move to remedy this defect.

Dr. Roach is great. Real patient and everyone is extremely helpful. They turned a very stressful need into an ease.
