Came in on a Saturday 15 minutes before closing time. Instead of getting chewed out, Daniel at the counter was more help than I could have ever expected. I really appreciate his help in getting everything I needed. He got me out the door quickly and made sure everything was in stock before we ran the card.

They have improved their time to answer the phone. Great selection and great customer service.

This is the worst gemaire location in the country. Hope you have a couple hours to spare if you want to get any parts from this place. Counter guys are clueless and disrespectful and will watch you stand next in line while they chitchat and Mess around. Go to gemaire in pompano or Sunrise they are excellent. I’m literally sitting here right now with absolutely no other customers and it’s been 30 min while the two counter guys don’t even acknowledge me. One on the phone and the other watching him.

Great AC for for OLeary equipment but it still needs to be upgraded the stores too small the little to stuff on the Shelf

Worst worst worst customer service working the counter and rude cocky people working the counter should be replaced with normal helpful people. This place sucks and so does everyone that works here espically the cocky counter guy. Go elsewhere. Corporate needs to take notice.

Its ok. They are under staffed at the counter and it usually takes a while to get in and out. Not good when your on a hurry.
