A great company to do business with. I got a few quotes from other companies (a total of 4) and this company was the one I felt would do the best job. Great communication, gave all of the info on the products that would be used. Installation was professional. One camera was defective (didnt work at night time), and it was replaced very quickly. Warranty is great and customer service was top notch. Highly recommended.

I hired Smart Security to install a system in our business in early 2017. William the person I was dealing with was great!!! He went out of his way to help us come up with a cost effective system ingratiating what we had already at our facility, unlike the competitors they just instead we need everything new. Once the system was installed we had a few issues and William personally came out to resolve them right away. We have had a couple of other issues later in the year after a storm that were not related or due to an issue with the system William provided but actually part of our old equipment and again William was there to help with no questions or excuses. Hard to find a company and a person in a company that is truly dedicated to customer service.,

This is the most reliable and honest company around we use them for our HOA at Woodland Place. the estimate and the finished work was the exact same price no hidden charges .William work closely with me on getting the permits and inspections. he walked me through setting it up on my home computer so I can monitor. We passed inspection on the first go round which is a little unusual in our area. no problems with pricing no problems with install no problems with the equipment no problems with permits. Perfect from start to finish

Smart Security recently installed security cameras for my residence.Very pleased with the salesman William. He came out looked at my house and discussed all the different options. He answered all my questions. I had a Iot of questions and a few special requests, he was great answered all questions and concerns and helped with my special requests. Even after installation I had some questions, which he quickly returned my call and answered. I had contacted 4 companies for estimates, 2 just gave me price over phone. Didnt come out to house or offer different options. One other did come to house and told me what he would do for me and price. Didnt walk around house and discuss options. Needless to say I went with Smart Security, because of William not because of price.I have already recommended them to my current alarm company(they dont install cameras)Again very pleased with William, Samantha and Issac

The guys kept me completely in the loop, explained every step of the process and made sure that our satisfaction was paramount. I have been working with the crew from Smart Security for a couple years now and could not be more satisfied with their service and diligent work ethic. As a physician, I am hesitant to write a bad review because I try to give everyone a chance to do their best. This company, however, clearly doesnt even try. My installation from a year ago only functioned for a month, then it went down. Remote access is unavailable. Recurrent attempts to contact the company and the owner go unreturned. A scheduled service call several weeks ago resulted in the owner and the tech leaving with the problem only partially addressed. There was no followup. As of this date, I still cannot access my DVR on my computer or iPhone. Please note that all the positive reviews are from over 2 or 3 years ago.

Quick and easy response with immediate resolve of our problem. Our offices needed key cards. He advised us of the technology, the right choice and had his team on it right away.We are happy with the choices he proposed and delivered within our budget. Highly recommend them.

I own an operate a 32 year business in Fort Lauderdale, that sells high end jewelry and watches. I got 3 quotes and interviewed all the security companies, including Smart Security Camera (the smaller company by the way). William from Smart Security, was very, very professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He explained all my options at length and the differences in quality to price. He also set me up with my Iphone app, to see my cameras from my Iphone at anytime, anywhere in the world. This was done at NO EXTRA CHARGE, and monitoring is free. All the other companies (ADT, etc) wanted to hook me into a LONG TERM monthly contract, plus they wanted much more money for similar equipment and installation. These people were a dream to work with, and my installation became more problematic and time consuming, and he didnt pull out the overage time clause that most of these other companies do. If I could give him 6 stars I would. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The Big Guys dont have nothing on this guy except they are overpriced compared to Smart Security Camera, and honestly not as professional, as it appeared they wanted what was better for them ($$$) than for my wanted needs.

The owner of the company personally came to inspect a job from a company I hired for my gate entrance to the townhouse community I manage. The chinese parts this other company used was faulty and were going to charge to replace it. Thankfully, Smart came and replaced the chinese products with the brands they use (free installation to earn my business) and everything works fine since 7/2013. He charged over $20,000 to setup a system less than a year ago, now two of the cameras are not working and weve been calling every number available and William is no where to be seen. Weve been chasing him for almost two months.
