I myself work for the Tool Rental department of the leading company in the market and i was amazed by the customer service hat i got when i had to go rent at our competitor a miter saw that we dont carry. I had never entered this establishment and never new the great selection, low price and customer service they offer. I want to thank service person by the name of Julio, great job!

Called a week before to schedule and reserve and piece of equipment. they took my money and a $1000.00 deposit to reserve the machine. i called today to confirm and they told me the machine isnt back yet and if they could delivery it around 2 or 3 instead of the 12 pm time set last week. this being said they are all very nice people that work there and there equipment is new and nice. but now i am out of a machine and cant get a job done because of there poor management skills. my advice rent from a bigger company that has more of a selection of equipment.

Thank you to David and the team at Alltool Rental for the engine lift that we rented to replace the engine in my truck! I have never had such a fast and easy rental! The lift was in brand new condition and it worked like a charm. From now on anytime I need to rent a tool for the house or a trailer for transport Im calling Alltool!

One of the worse things that can happen for a home owner is the main line gets backed up and all you have on hand is a small snake . Thankfully Alltool is located near by and I was able to rent an 50 Electric Snake to unclog the blockage.. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. I am going back to rent a pressure cleaner, a homeowners work is never done.

Worst place they have ever been they charge you $65 an hour for the labor plus parts they put all parts used ones front old machines that theys not worth it they justlike the money because they dont have no responsibilities they always yours about the money they charge a lot of money they supposed to do a nice job and good service they have the worst used parts I fix my machines 4 days ago and now hes broken again and i pay $456.65 plus 3.porcent on my debit card
