Best customer service ever! Shipping silk flowers and decorations for daughter’s wedding in Maine, I was nervous that everything would be super expensive to ship and wouldn’t arrive in time, but prices weren’t terrible and the boxes will actually arrive early! One happy Mamma 😃

I received excellent service from Jeremy (employee who works at this UPS store) during my visit the other week, and I was extremely satisfied with the assistance he provided. The reason for my visit to UPS was to rent a private mailbox at the store; Jeremy helped me tremendously and got me all set up with the mailbox. He was very courteous and professional, and he answered all my questions. Jeremy was exceptional. It was a pleasure being assisted by him.

The staff at this location are rude and completely unprofessional. Do your self a favor and use the fedex Kinkos in downtown Hollywood or the US postal service. This place is horrible to do business with.

Service was fast and attentive. The only issue I have is that notarization is very expensive. Three pages with two witnesses was $70. It’s excessive for something that took five minutes. That’s an hourly rate of $840.

I had the best experience at this location! I was worried about shipping my boxes to a different state but thanks to the wonderful service I experienced here, the process ended up being a lot less stressful and completely seamless. Im not sure that I wouldve gotten the same experience at nearby locations. Thank you Anthony for the wonderful assistance that you provided me with, your hard work and great customer service skills do not go unnoticed!

This UPS store is my favourite because (over the years) they have continued to take care of my printing, copying and other needs regularly. They are always super nice and helpful. They understand that, as an Artist, I end up with some specified unusual requests (like colour adjustments that are not necessarily standard) and they ALWAYS take care of me.

These guys are great, I go here for all my shipping, passport photos, notary, and printing. Staff is eager to help and get it done.

Love coming here to send off my packages. Never have an issue and the employees are always nice and helpful. Nice quiet place and nice atmosphere.

So Ive had a box for 5 years here. All i can say is this family and team are GREAT. They go out of their way to do what ever they can to accommodate.. One time I had a package to pick up and they made arrangements to make sure after they closed that i got my package and of course there was no charge. They did it cause they cared and really wanted to help me out of doing what is right for folks. Great UPS store. The people working in this store areExtremely helpful. I was in and out in two minutes. I was going to buy a roll of plastic wrap. No need the young man said, I have some and Ill take care of wrapping and shipping it. What cost me 60 dollars to ship from FedEx and it cost me 16 dollars at UPS.UPS is the only place Ill be shipping from now on.

They offer a wide variety of shipping and printing services. You can also get a mailbox there and have packages delivered there when you arent home so porch pirates wont get you.

Today I went to Pollo Tropical in sheridan st there was an ups employee, I knew it because he was wearing his uniform, was thick, and Spanish speaking. I was alone with my 1-year-old son buying food, and as it is normal for a baby to want to walk and explore and we were waiting so long, my baby touch this employee with no purpose and then he fell down and fell on the leg of this employee then he aggressively started yelling at me and my son because my son had touched him saying a lot of no sense words, I can not believe that such a distinguished company contracts this type of people, that they fight with a 1-year-old baby boy and make such a scandal and WEARING their UPS uniform. When HE SHOULD BEHAVE at the height and remember that HE was a child too, I found this behavior terrible if its like that with a child I can’t imagine how he will be with a client. I Think The recruitment processes should be taken more seriously before hiring any person.

You were excellent picked up my sons music box and keyboard from ft lauderdale airport that TSA had removed from carry on without telling him, then it was turned over next day to lost property.You promptly picked it up and it arrived safely to New York.Still waiting for TSA to give me refund for shipping.

I am a UPS Choice member and I had my package redirected to this location for me to pick up. When I arrived, they told me that because I did not have a mailbox with them, they would not give me my package unless I paid them $10 even though online it was listed as free. After 10 mins of arguing, I was given my package and told not to come back. I called UPS customer service who asked me to also call the corporate number and I was told by both that the store WAS NOT allowed to charge me anything and that they were very sorry for the rude service I received (not from an employee, but the owners wife I believe?) Anyways, dont let them charge you! They are not allowed to charge for UPS Choice member packages!

This store deserves ZERO stars let’s be completely clear here. THE WORST UPS STORE EVER! STAY AWAY! Manager Omar is very RUDE and has no interest in correcting the mistakes of his employees. Should have listened to the bad reviews. Went in to send a package (which I labeled CLEARLY and in GIANT bold letters TO and FROM on the top of the box. I even confirmed verbally with the girl and showed her where I wrote the address which was clear as day. She had me sign a piece of paper which she said was my receipt (I paid with a debt card) and when I asked if there was anything else I needed to confirm she said no, have a nice day so I left. Instead of shipping it to Missouri where it was supposed to go the girl shipped it back to me. I called once I received the package to ask them to correct the mistake by overnighting the package so my best friend would receive it on time. Omar at store number 6502 was very unbothered, rude, and passive aggressive in telling me I’d have to drive back to the store which is TWO HOURS from where I live so they could fix the label and ship it back GROUND- which means the package would arrive over a week and a half late making it pointless to ship. Not only did he inform me that I had to drive two hours back to that store and he would not be expediting my package once the new label was made, he refused to refund the $21 I already paid to have it shipped. ABSOLUTELY ABSURD. I have never had such a problem with any UPS or fedex for that matter. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE AND THE OTHER STORES OWNED BY THESE PEOPLE. UPS should be ashamed that their name is associated with this place. NEVER AGAIN!

The worst. There are three stores all run by the same owner and theyre all abysmally bad. The first store that we went to started the poor experience: we waited for almost 10 mins before any of the three employees behind the counter even acknowledged our existence, until one employee mumbled can you help them? to another employee and nodded in our direction. The second employee stared at us like it was the first time that he relized customers were in the store, then said, unsmilingly, yes? NOT so sorry for making you wait, good morning, how are you, how may I help you? or any number of acceptable greetings, just yes? I told him that we needed certified copies of a passport and he looked at me like I was speaking Chinese. Finally, another employee came over and said we might have the stamp, but probably not, because the owner always takes everything that we need from here to the other store. I asked why he would do that and she said she didnt know, but that he always takes away important things that we need. Wow. They finally called the new store on Sheridan st, whose employees also had no idea if they had the stamp or not, but we made the trip anyway.When we arrived at the second store, an employee tried to help me, but a large man ( the owner I suppose, but he never bothered to introduce himself), pushed in front of her and said Ill handle this! He stood in front of me with his hands on his hips in a defiant way and said yes? I told him what I needed and he told me that it would cost $10 a page for certified copies of my passport, meaning that, combined with the cost of color copies, my passport would have cost over $300 to process the copies I needed! He told me that that was the standard rate and that we wouldnt find a notary that charged less, but when we left to check other rates, the very next notary only charged $5 a copy and the following notary only charged $3! Avoid this group of UPS stores like the plague. The employees are unhelpful, unfriendly, unhappy and uninformed, but who could blame them with a boss like that?
