Needed alignment on truck. They could of charged a 4 wheel alignment but they said it didnt need it. So only charged for a 2 wheel alignment. Very honest group!

Excellent, friendly service! I had a tire blow out on my newer Jeep Grand Cherokee and limped it home. After getting the tire replaced, I noticed I needed an alignment. I was given a reasonable estimate before making an appointment and was told that there may be factors that would increase the price and we discussed those factors and prices. I was told if they couldnt do the alignment safely and I didnt want them to fix any additional issues, I would pay a diagnostic fee. That said, they did my alignment and the amount I paid was that of the estimate they gave me. They showed me everything before and after fixing. I will definitely be back when needed!

Called to make an appointment for an alignment and the guy on the phone drop it off we will get to it, I said I wont be able to drop it off till 10am ish, he said that was fine, I get there to drop off at 10 and les ( the guy behind the counter )says to me, first thing in the morning is 8am to me, I told him the guy on the phone said 10am was fine, I found that very rude and unprofessional.

I watched youtube videos of people doing allignments at home and then I watched a few videos of profesionals doing the same job and explaining how each model car has different adjustments I decided to take it to the local experts and glad I did.Car drives straight again and they even printed out a diagram with all the adjustments they did to the exact degree of camber,caster and toe settings.

Called this morning from belle tires parking lot after being quoted almost $350 to replace two front brake pads and rotors, not only did this establishment save me $120 but they made me feel good about doing business with them! After receiving excuses from multiple Belle Tire locations on why an alignment wasnt possible I took my lowered car to Holt Auto. They put in the extra effort getting everything in the front end dialed in to exact specifications and even saved me $40! Holt Auto put in the extra time and effort necessary to adjust parts that Belle Tire couldnt reach and I strongly recommend them to anyone that wants the job done right the first visit. A++

I have a 2003 Jaguar X-Type Limited Edition. For the last three years I spent over $1000 trying to get rid of a terrible shake on my front end. I read about Holt Auto Alignment and decided to take my car to them. The result was outstanding. They were able to fix my car for less than I had budget. I thanked the guys over and I recommend everyone I know to go there.

This is a very professional and reasonably priced shop. They are honest and upfront about the things they find and they dont make up stuff to get more money out of your wallet!

Had work done on a 19 YO Buick LaSabre with 158,000 miles. Was told all along the process on what issues were found in struts, shocks, brakes, etc. Was offered what could be held off, what needed immediate attention. When I said I wanted to move forward on items, was offered best choice and money saving choices. I liked that very much. Since I drive from DeWitt to Jackson everyday, I chose to address everything with the best parts possible, as I am hoping to get another 100,000 out of this car. It drives like a dream again.

Good experience! I went there for the $55 front end alignment, which I always dread since half the time an alignment shop tries to hassle you into getting a bunch of other work done. But... they did the $55 alignment hassle free! Thanks guys!

Ive been going to Holt Auto since 1972, when I owned a Toyota. The dealership sent me to Holt Auto for a front end alignment, since they couldnt do it themselves. Ive been going back ever since, and Ive never been disappointed. They have done the brake and alignment work on all my vehicles for over 30 years. Their prices are very fair, and sometimes I even get out without a charge when I go in for an inspection and they dont find anything wrong!

If you are looking for a good alignment (and most anything chassis related) shop then this is the place. You wont find a more honest group of guys that will tell you the truth about what exactly needs to be done to your vehicle. Ive been a customer since the early 1990s.

The gentlemen that I made an appointment with was super nice and the gentleman that worked on my car was really good! The man that waited on me however when I got there to drop my car off was a complete jerk!!! I was treated and talked to very poorly! He needs to learn how to talk to customers. For the most part, my car drives way better now. He did a good job and was nice as well. If it wasnt for the jerk I would give 5 stars. The way a customer is treated means alot as does the quality of a job being performed.

Brought my Blazer here for an alignment. The staff was excellent. Very helpful, they explained what else I needed and even figured numbers for me on a totally different car issue that they dont work with. Will return for future alignments..

Fast, friendly, very good at what they do here. Been here for 4 different problems and they fixed every thing in a fast timely manner. Havent had to return for refixing any problem they fixed.
