I received an order for sprayers March 2020. I have ordered this particular sprayer, 20/415 gold from this company many times. This last shipment, all of the sprayers were faulty. The sprayers got stuck when you tried to use them, then the top would fly off, literally take flight. This order was for $677.00 worth of sprayers all bad. They refused to refund us 6 months later. I have emailed repeatedly, I have called over and over trying to get a refund. They claim it is our product that is not compatible. If that is the case then why is it that all the sprayers orders previously we had no problem with? It really is too bad there is a company willing to operate so horribly. Simply BAD business.
