Heard there was going to be a restock on PS5s today so I waited to 6am all the way to so 12 online to see if I can get one and I refreshed the page many times and not once did it showed up available.

Usually what I want is easy to find prices are great I love their app it helps with discounts plus gives me money to add to help pay for my purchases I always go to target for me and my kids and we love it.

Carlos was a fantastic, amazing employee!! He and Angel are an excellent team!! They keep the line moving, and are very pleasant to deal with!! Great crew at the Starbucks inside Target is a very rewarding stop!!!

It was very easy to pick up and it was very easy to order through the app. I also like how you can change your pickup option through the app. I didnt really want to go inside the store during the pandemic especially during the holiday season so I chose the drive-thru option when I realized you can change your option in the app. Originally I had pick up inside store chosen when I first placed the order. I didnt wait long at all when I changed my pickup option to drive through. It was less than 5 minutes!

The Holyoke Target is by far the best target I have been to. They are always greeting us and others at both doors on our way in and out. The drive up/Order pick up employees are amazing! At times some of them are rude but if I could remember the ones name whom I have never had an issue with I would! Guest services are always helping with any situation! The store is always clean and if anything is complained about employees quickly stop what they are doing and assist the customers needs! I am going to need to speak with a manager and tell them the employees that I have interacted with and how every Target visit, and I go a lot a lot, I have always been helped by them and always look forward to seeing them!

Was time to close and I was wating at the self checkout cuz most of the the cashier was busy or light off, I understand store was closing was almost 8 pm. But the cashier who was ready to go home say come here I help you out.. that was amaizing cuz you dont see that no more most of the time if your light was off and is more cashiers avaliable the person with the light off walk away but this girl make my night cuz i have a long day.

This review is for truck drivers. Very hard to get inside and very hard to park. There is no room for parking. You will ruin your tires. Truck drivers do not come here. You will have a problem

I went with my friend to target in Holyoke mall in Holyoke mass and I was very impressed with how the employees keep the store clean and the shelves stocked and I was very impressed with how the employees greet and help customers and I would go back there again and I would recommend target in Holyoke mall in Holyoke mass to everyone to go to for good service.

Great customer service in electronics

My order was ready for me to pick up at Target within 1 hour! The young lady taking care of the online pick up orders was so nice and friendly! In order for me to get such a quick response to pick up my order there were several people that took part in making that happen. The person who picks the orders wasted no time and right on down the line.....everyone was fantastic! Thank you to all that played a part in getting my speedy pick up order!

Satisfied with the store overall

Selection of items in store. Items were stocked well on shelves and if not stocked employees were willing to go in back and look if there were any additional items. Unlike Walmart were all you get is if its not on the shelf its not available. ASSOCIATES ARE ALSO MUCH MORE ACCOMIDATING AT HELPING YOU FINDING ITEMS AND HELPING YOU GETTING WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR. AND THERE ARE ACTUALLY ASSOCIATES AROUND FOR YOU TO ASK TO HELP YOU FIND THINGS IN THE STORE.

The layout of the store is a little confusing, but they have similar selections as other Target stores. There is also a small grocery section. Avoid during back to school time, as its mobbed by kids and parents!

I had the worse experience at this target today. I always shop here because is near my house and my job, but the manager on duty was very unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. I understand that their is a sign located on your collective cards five per costumer, but no where near does it say five per day or that someone else can’t purchase the item for their friends, family, or individual. He didn’t let a customer get the four he force me to return back. He follow me back to the back in the line and to the register like if I am going to steal. First informal I wouldn’t steal from your store where I clearly work in the same mall where this target is located. I wouldn’t jeopardize my job at any given point. Secondly; if I request a higher up manager I would love to speak to one because I use to work in this target back in 2011 and I know there is more then one manager on duty. He refused to get a his boss. He refused to give me a number to call corporate. I had no other choice, but to get a security involved for his behavior. Thirdly; he let another family get more then five of the same item and didn’t told any of them that the limit was five per customer or five per day. That right there tells me that your manager abuse his power and let anyone who he feels ok to let certain thing slide. I would like this to be fix and I would love to speak who ever is in charge because my money is important as anyone else’s money.

Fast friendly organized pick up !!!

I order a baby bassinet and within an hour it was ready for pick up. It was easy and quick, customer service was very helpful and I will continue to order online because it was very easy and no hassle.

I was just on the phone a few minutes ago with a lady from your Holyoke store because i needed a movie looked up if you guys had it in stock. The lady was so nice and helpful. I asked her name after and it was Brenda. She looked up the movie for me and also went to go make sure it was there for me. She was extremely nice and made sure she took the time to helped me correctly. I have worked in customer service for 2 years and know customer service and she definitely gave me a good customer service. Thank you very much.

I know its because of covid but the lines can be crazy.

Many employees not wearing masks or wearing them wrong. No attempt by employees to make shoppers wear masks and many do not. When I complained to management I was told “they have ADA” and that I would be removed by security.

I didnt have to wait long once I got to the store to get my order. I had to get lots of little items for a baby shower as I waited until the last minute. I ordered everything the day before and picked it up the next day. It was so convenient.

I was at target in holyokemall purchasing a suit for my father, for his funeral. I want to thank lori for all the help..from picking the coat, shirt and tie, even though it wasnt her department she took the time to help me out, she saw I was desperate. Thank you so much greatly appreciated

I had a wonderful experience at the Target store in Holyoke. When I discovered that I had left my purse there, I called the store and they had it at the service desk. Every Target person I asked for help was so helpful and kind. My purse was there in tact and the girl at the desk was so nice. Target should be proud of their workers and the way they treat people. This is my favorite store ever. Thank you everyone at Target.

Who doesnt like saving 5% everyday on both regular and sale priced items that are already at low, low prices. They carry just about everything now and most Targets now carry groceries and household items. They have a good electronics department and with the closing of Toys-R-Us and most K-marts in the area they are about the last place that carries a well stocked toy department. They also go heavy into back-to-school also! They surprisingly also have well staffed stores and they go out of their way to assist you if you need help.

I love to shop at Target. They have everything that you need at good prices from dry pasta, groceries, clothing.

Ordered the last shirt in the size I needed online before the store opened. It was important to me that I get that shirt. It was ready for pickup in less than an hour. While I was there, I browsed their store and found everything else I needed.

I have a good experience this time at the Holyoke store, but usually is not that smooth. I found a employee that help me in very timing and nice way. Very good surprise with the last experience.The Holyoke store store is like a Walmart store and this is not a complement. Some of the employees had a bad customer services skills. I go to this store if I have no other option. MY recommendation to people is to go to Hadley or Enfield stores. Those stores are amazing in everything.

I bought my parents a new TV from the mall for $379 for Christmas I mounted on the wall and help them set it up, my girlfriend decides to check out the same TV on their website and they have it for $279. I call up the store and after being on pools for about 10 minutes I get good news, I was told because I was within 14 days I am able to get the difference reimbursed. Once I arrived at the store I was informed that I must have the merchandise, I let them know can I bring the box due to the fact that its already mounted.NO! I must dismount and put it back into the box and drive back so I can get the difference reimbursed.how great will that look me going into my parents house dismounting their Christmas gift to put it back into the box so I can save $100.My first and last time. Why would you sell your own product $100 cheaper on your own website. Thats what baffles me, but I blame myself. I wont go back, I will not do the same things twice expecting different results.

The store in Holyoke, MA is nice, clean and workers are friendly. The warehouse (I’m assuming) where your online orders come from is another matter. I ordered a registry gift. It came in on time but inside box was ripped and a cup was missing. The order was sent like this intentionally. But can’t speak to anyone. Someone needs to speak to the people preparing orders for shipment to let them know that “‘This is NOT ALRIGHT”!

Ive noticed that on target it will say a product is in stock and the quantity that they have and when you go to the store.. Its not in stock. If you kindly ask if they can check the back they will insist its not in stock even tho the site says it is and wont bother looking. the employees are just lazy!

Horrible experience at this store! I will NOT be returning ever!First off, the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting! The store is completely unorganized and the sales associate I dealt with was very rude and unhelpful. I was trying to return an item I ordered online. When the refund price came up incorrect, I told her that wasn’t what I paid for it. She argued with me and refunded me $7.49 instead of $15. I went home and checked my online order and it showed that she returned the wrong item! When I called later to speak with the store manager about my experience and hoping to have their error corrected, she too was extremely rude and unhelpful. If I wanted it fixed, I needed to come back to the store.No thanks, you argued with me, you made me feel like an invalued customer and your store was gross. Keep your $7.50, I will not be returning for any reason!

I come to this place all the time. The employees are fantastic and the prices and savings are all there in one stop shopping. I had the nicest manager assist me whos name was Marka. She made sure that me and my group were well taken care of and even took the time to go get me an item off the shelf when I grabbed the wrong one. Instances like that will keep bringing me in as a regular customer or guest as they like to call their customers. Such an awesome Target.

Good overall service

I was almost overcharged for the item I purchased and I was overcharged for the service plan. Simply honor the online price if I walk in your store and show you what your website says. This thing about the online store and the website being two different things is flat-out bullspit!

They keep the store well replenished and the customer service is not bad. The selection is up to date, so you can find pretty much anything that comes out on tv. The produce is fresh and well rotated.

There is a kid back in the electronics department that is awesome. He helped me find a charger for my phone. And even though I could tell he was busy he took the time to help me out and was really patient.He is an asset to your company.

Order said curbside available when I placed it. Arrived to find (1) only in-store pickup and (2) no one answered pgone in store. I only got the order by blocking entry with my car until a kind socially socially distanced, passing customer offered to send an associate out to me.

This store is absolutely trashed no care at all seems to be being made at cleanliness. Food and beverage containers everywhere, nothing is stocked. 2 cashiers working.Always been a fan of Target but this is not the standard of which any store should look!! Absolutely disgusting!!

Always great deals, prices and selection. But the reason for not 5 stars, the last week or 2, been very very messy and unorganized. Almost looks like no one is picking up, putting things where they go. I wont shop anywhere else though! Target is way superior compared to that other Big Box store.

Fast and easy, incredible customer service.

The past few weeks I have gone into your Holyoke Mall store, it has been uncomfortably hot. Your employees are wonderful and I love the store but do not even want to shop due to temperature. It is already hot outside, I want to come in for some relief and browse. I have been told this is a corporate issue, as they control the temps. Well corporate, you probably are in a very cool, air conditioned office! If you want to make sales you need a comfortable atmosphere for your employees and customers. I may be shopping elsewhere for now.

Always out of stock on popular items. The makeup aisles and baby needs aisles always look like they were ransacked. I hate going to this Target because they almost never have what they’re supposed to have in stock. The only thing they’re good for is Target pick up. Otherwise it’s a waste of time walking in here. You’re not going to find what you were looking for.

I hesitate to recommend Target due to lack of cashiers in the morning. Many people do not like the self service check out as it cuts jobs. Also since you have no cashiers in the back of the store and you park on that side you have to walk through the store twice if you want a cashier. this is difficult and time consuming.

Ive always considered target to be a go to place for my family- this experience was terrible. I was dropping my daughter off at college near by and needed some last minute things. This target was completely unorganized- I could find nothing. Everything was out of the stock and the workers were incredibly not helpful. They refused to help when I had difficulty locating a product. Simply last and Incompetent staff. I do NOT recommend this place for shopping in any department

I thought it was just clothing store, I went to buy a gift certificate for my wife. As I was looking for the service desk I unexpectedly found something I was going to another store for at a much better price so I got that too.

This Target is always trashed. I just watched an employee talk down about another employee in Spanish, then answer a personal phone call and start screaming and wooping on the phone.. I want to be able to answer my phone, act completely unprofessional, and party while Im on the job too. Oh wait no I dont, its rude and completely distasteful

First time been there and it was on black Friday. The place was very well organized and the staff was helpful. Easy to find stuff and well stocked.
