Love coming here for fabric, sewing needs & sometimes that lil something you didnt expect. The prices are great & the staff is very helpful. They redirect you to someone who has more knowledge in what your looking for if they cant help you to your satisfaction.

This is a fabric and hobby store that has just about everything you would need for any type of project. From yarn, thread, fabrics, or batting to paint, stickers, stationary, or glue, it has it all. The prices are average and the selection is large.

The sales girl was so helpful with figuring out how much material I needed for my project (without a pattern). Also, very helpful with choosing sewing machine needles & thread. Thank you!

Great place for fabrics & craft supplies. They always have coupons online or if you sign up to be mailed to you, their app is great too!

Didnt have what I was looking for. Staff just stood around and ignored certain customers and carried on their conversation. When I asked for assistance i was told what ever is out is what they have. They didnt even bother to confirm if what I needed was in stock or in the store and I just didnt know where to find it. A help wanted sign is posted. Yes they need to go.

Joanns always has what I need...rarely disappointed, and an extensive variety & good prices as well! Havent really used the sewing machine in awhile, nor used a pattern in ages. The young woman that cut my fabric choice saved me from purchasing too much fabric & also advised me that I really didnt need the interfacing with my fabric choice. Saved me a lot of money! She didnt have to do that. Observed her helping another customer with a head knowledge of fabric & measurements that was simply amazing! Now THATS what I call excellent customer service!

Was great!!! Finally got much needed material for masks. Other supplies as well. Got my favorite guy to quickly cut up the many piecès of cloth that I needed...spent nearly $150.00. Will be back there on Tuesday because they had very little solid cottons. Overall awesome! ! : )

Stock full of everything I needed (and then some!) including flamingo fabric. The fat quarters bins were full, and if there was a bolt of fabric missing, it wasn’t visible. One disappointment: very few Halloween decorations. I know it isnt the stores issue, rather the pandemic.

Nice sale going on...there are flowers for sale. Buy 2 get 6 free flowers...

They had a large quantity of cotton to make masks with..I was happy!

Love it here!! I love the HUGE selection of fabrics.they have basically everything and everything to meet your craft needs. I just did not see anybody helping out in the isles. Nobody was there to greet us,but that was ok.i didnt want anyone to bug is anyway. Highly recommend to try going there

Very rude at this Joanns ..not willing to help and rush you out of the store at closing.Not helpful to explain sales coupons ..I love JoAnn fabrics but Id rather go out of my way to drive to a different place than that !!

Horrible customer service! I ended up having to walk out without purchasing the items I went in for. Only saw one person working (very slowly). I waited at the register for her to finish cutting fabric for another customer. As I was waiting a line started to form behind me. Then another customer walked up behind the woman that she was cutting fabric for. Instead of helping the customers that were waiting at the register she continued to help the customer that came afterwards. She never called for help from another associate. What look like a manager came over to answer the phone and still did not help the customers waiting in line. I only ran into grab some acrylic paint for a project I had to complete tonight but I was in a rush I could not wait more than the 15 minutes I had already been sitting there. I will not recommend that location to anyone else nor will I be shopping there again.
