I bought a sleep number bed for my son in early June. They sold him sheets, a sleep mask and a mattress pad. They said 6 weeks for delivery. The scheduled it for two weeks ago and he had to take the day off work.Then they canceled last minute because they didn’t have the correct parts? No mention of compensation for loss of wages. Not even a “I’m sorry”Then yesterday they came again to deliver it and then announced that the frame would not go up the stairway. Again a days wages lost. Again not real apology made.They expect him to keep and pay for sheets to a bed he will never sleep in. There are no words for the contempt for this company and it’s shoddy treatment of their customers!Do not recommend this company at all!!! Lousy customer service!!!Did I mention they offered to sell him a king size for another 1700.00$ ? They have lost their minds!!!

If you are desperate for a good nights sleep, sleep number has your number. My wife and I went through their very thorough demonstration and explanation of how it all works. Though they offer no interest financing we felt at the end that on our fixed income we just couldnt budget what we wanted. Super comfortable beds adjusting on individual sides custom to each of so disappointed we couldnt go for it. Salesperson Desirewas excellent and we felt badly for her that we didnt make the buy.

Desire our salesperson at the Holyoke Mall was very knowledgeable about the beds and made the progress very enjoyable..

The customer service was very helpful, I came late and the store was close but he still let me in, he was very helpful and very patient.

In general a good experience. The salesman was very knowledgeable and clearly explained all available options without putting undue pressure on us. The only issue was a family that came in with three young children. The children were running around and jumping on some of the beds. That made us a little uncomfortable with the Covid-19 pandemic.

My salesperson (Mitch Mutty) was great. Explained everything and I tried the different beds. Very relaxed no pressure visit.

Our experience was wonderful! Desire was very knowledgeable, fun and an absolute pleasure to work with! Can’t wait for our new mattress to arrive!

The Sleep Number store at the Holyoke Mall is very good. The sales woman, Natalie, took the time to review all the different models with us along with the available bed frames and pricing. She didnt pressure us to make a purchase, and let her know after our first visit that we needed to think about things. We did a little online research after our visit, and studied the different mattresses along with the reviews, and we went back a second time and made a purchase. Natalie was very helpful and extremely accommodating. We had a very good experience at the Sleep Number store at the Holyoke Mall.

We bought our first Sleep Number bed just about a month ago. The buying process went well. The only drawback was the wait to talk with a salesperson. From the time we first walked in until we met with someone was approximately an hour and a half. Honestly -we almost left. Understandably it is a small store and I am sure staffing is down due to Covid-19 not to mention the process itself is time-consuming.Regardless - we were very happy with how we were treated and purchased our new mattress that day.

Mitch and Natalie from the Holyoke, MA store were very accommodating, courteous and knowledgeable about all of the products and answered all of my questions. I bought a bed and am very confident in my decision because of the great information that I received. Thank you

Small location in the holyoke mall but very friendly and welcoming staff ready to help and advise on what would be best for your own personal sleep and comfort.They do run some amazing sales from time to time so I recommend keeping an eye out for them when they are around. I was able to get one of my favorites pillows for 40% off which I jumped at when I saw.

The salespeople gets 5. I gave sleep number a 4 because they wouldn’t sell me pillowcases I wanted as they were part of a set. When you’re spending 7k, the management at sleep number should be accommodating. WTF. The store gave me shams which was nice and they went the extra mile, but not the color I wanted because they weren’t allowed to.

Amazing customer service!

Im looking for a new mattress and wanted to try it out. I spent quite a bit of time and tried various models. The beds are all comfortable and just need to find one you like that is also in an affordable monthly payment. They are pricier than conventional beds, but if you need a change to give more support and comfort to getting a good nights sleep, its worth at least taking a look and compare. After sleeping on my current spring mattress I hope to take the plunge to purchase a sleep number soon.

Roger 5 Star!! Went today 06/15/19 just to visit the store and let me tell you we went from just looking to running our credit and getting approved, Thanks to their recent hired Employee Roger who was amazing! and the manager of the store who took the time and went above and beyond.We will be returning to buy that I8 in 2 months from Roger. Me and my gurl fell in love with the bedRoger took the time to show us all of their product and financing options thank you!

The other day I visited my local Sleep Number store at the Holyoke Mall. I was greeted right away by a very knowledgeable and nice employee. I left the store, after I purchased one of their amazing beds, and will gladly do business there in the future.

Waited 30 min. No sales rep...walked out.

The worst experience ever! It took 2 1/2 hours to buy and return a pillow!!! Also I was the only person there!!! Never again!!! I wouldn’t even give them 1 star.

Guy there was alone and wasnt very welcoming.
