DO NOT!!! I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER SHOES AND GET THEM SHIPPED TO YOUR HOUSE. Get it shipped to the store BC they’ll tell you they delivered the package but won’t get your package. Mine supposedly came in 3 days but I was told that it would take more than 7-10 days. I’ve called they’re customer service and when I finally got through they lied saying they would do an investigation and still till this day I have not received an email regarding the investigation, I believe customer service was just trying to get me off the phone. I never got my money or my package.

My 12 year old HAD to go to Foot Locker for Jordans for the first day of school. He did find a perfect pair PLUS they were even on sale! My only complaint is they had very few to choose from in his size. Im sure its because school is right around the corner. The staff couldnt have been more nice or helpful...thank you!

Will not be shopping at a Foot Locker for the rest of my life. I bought a pair of the Nike Hyperchase sneakers and ask the man helping me if they were too tight when I tried them on, he insisted they are supposed to be tight on first try. So I purchased them and played one pick up game and as a result, I got blisters on both heels. I went back to return them and they wouldnt accept them because they have a policy on not accept worn merchandise. They sell you crap and when you show them the crap you bought dont want it back. Never doing business here again. Completely classless company.

Same thing happened to me that happened to steve. I bought them my size they said they were good i was told to break them in at home. I also got blisters then when i went to exchange them they said no because they were used. I used them inside for an hour. They suck. Should have not told me to break them in.

On some real stuff, that girl Bri has a nasty ass attitude. Just asked about if they had a size and she gave my girl a smartass tone . And the fact that she threw shoes saying they aint my 1s and yelling when can I take my break when theres customers around. Like I work retail for 5 years, when you in, change your mood or go home. I always respect the manager there he always makes me feel welcome, but you gotta check your girl

Brought my son to the mall to get any pair he wanted for his birthday, went to FL first then checked the other stores. FL had the best selection so we went back for the AF1s my boy picked out, but they didnt have the size. Derek, came over right away and had a size/conversion ready to go! Staff and store were amazing. 10/10 and best sneaker store in the 413
