Nice staff, and good product. I personally find the prices to be fair. The prices are under other places for the higher THC levels, one reason I started coming here. The menu is quite impressive from flowers to edibles which are also fairly priced. Give them a shot, you ll be glad you stopped 👍🏼

Canna Provisions might be the best designed neighborhood retail dispensary experience in the US. Attention to detail and highly knowledgeable staff created an epic experience every time. High quality product, great selection. Plus, they label their cartridges, what a concept! Definitely a must visit.

This place has great quality product, but prices are a little on the high side.Would have rated this place 4 stars had I not just gotten ripped off today. Bought 3.5G of product and when I opened it up, there clearly wasn’t 3.5G in there. Weighed it up and it came out to 2.6g. Paid $75 and only got 2.6g when I was supposed to get 3.5g. Not going back to this place

My friend and I went here for some issues she had. The staff was extremely knowledgeable, helped her get what she needed; they were very friendly as well. It was such a pleasure shopping here. There are other choices but we will be returning here… the whole was Amazing!

I have now shopped here a handful of times and am a huge fan of the ability to order online and have it ready by the time I get there. It makes it quick and easy. The staff have always been amazing and nice, and they have guaranteed me being a returning customer.

Paying 50-70 dollars for a .5 cart or pod is seriously ridiculous. When Maine is super cheap. I don’t understand the prices. No wonder people can’t afford medicine. Hey his was suppose to help people but apparently only the wealthy. So I’d say if you’re in Maine grab all you can before heading back to mass of everything. Everything is basically way less.

My absolute favorite dispensary in Mass. I love the boutique feel without boutique prices. The presentation of the products is top notch and it feels like a real shopping experience, where you can see the products packaging and read up about different brands. Not to mention this place has some of the best prices on cannabis and concentrates.

Going to Canna Provisions, whether in Holyoke or Lee, MA is always and enjoyable experience! Weve been coming here exclusively since about July of this year (when cannabis was FINALLY legalized in our state, CT) after going to several different dispensaries from around Springfield to Northampton, MA. We all honed in on this dispensary after learning that it was working with the legendary cannabis grower, Greg “Chemdog” Krzanowski. We were all absolutely mindblown after learning this. Chemdog is growing his own strains (Smash Hits) JUST FOR for Canna Provisions?! OMG! YES!!!! Thats it, we were all certain that wed never go anywhere else ever again! This is the best Recreational Dispensary in Massachusetts. The employees are so well educated and always friendly with everyone. It is such a beautiful place. It has a very home like vibe but is very professional and they keep everything up to the highest standards. All the concentrates I have had so far are fire 🔥 I really like that there is always a huge variety to pick from and new products come in constantly. This is the only place I go to now. I appreciate that they remember my name too. Like, employees that aren’t looking at your information lol. They just take the extra time to make you feel comfortable and appreciated as a customer. The staff is nice however I’m seeing an increased habit of skipping over customers as I was victim of today, I was told to wait at register 3 and was in line the girl in front of got her order and left and as I approached the register I received a shifty eyed look and was told to wait a second so the lady that was behind me could be served first which was pretty unfair considering I was next. After that I approached the register next and the lady serving me called another person up instead before saying “oh I guess I’ll just serve you now.” I didn’t comment on that paid for my order and left needless to say I may or may not return.

Holyoke location looks like an art gallery more than a dispensary. But gimme that Lilac Diesel and high CBG Vanilla Frosting all day. And where would my sleep cycle be without my nighttime tinctures and melatonin-infused gummies. Nowhere.Its an uncommon thing to feel like youre being personally cared for by some of the more casually-yet-supremely knowledgeable staff divulging information and suggestion less as a flex but more for facilitating a dynamite experience while buying legal adult-use cannabis. And yet, thats what happened here my first time and every time since.Having the best menu in the state doesnt hurt either.

Two bad experiences in two days with the same employee. **Spanish girl, glasses, dark curly shoulder length hair with red highlights**. Not Cannafriendly at all!!I always loved this place because of the friendliness of the staff and willingness to help. Not so the case yesterday and today. I felt like if i didnt know what I was looking for, then I was in the wrong place. I like to be informed and be able to ask questions. I informed her that it was my brothers first time there so he had questions so we were waiting for a guide, she said guides are not a thing anymore and to look up the QR codes if we needed to know more and walked away. Guides and people skills separate you from everyone else. I hope this isnt a permanent change.

The ambience great and the place is very welll staffed in the front .However, a friend and I Felt rushed out of the store and There was no line there. About 10 employees. Everytime we went to a table to look at supplies we would get bothered by attendants . Its nice to be asked once or 2x but not as many times as it should of happened.Mislead on the 3 for 10 deal. I was totally convinced we got bottles for 10 each, your staff member told us. But that was not the case. There was 6 pills for 10 dollars. Made it seem like it was a good deal when in reality the bottles were the better deal.The tangerine gummies are gross. Taste like the tangerine cleaning spray. Love the mango gummies.Wish you had more chocolate and edible selections.Also, didnt give me everything i asked for that day, so you did loose out about like 300 in sales due to employee error. Oh well, spent about 300 there anyways. Could have made 600. There is like 3 employees in there that have got to go. And you as the owner probabally have an idea who.Will be back for the gummies and the fernway pens but hopefully will be less rushed and not mislead next time.

I went there today for the first time as a customer and they were awesome! Very friendly staff, they make you feel welcomed which is great. They were really on point from the moment you walk right in for the pre orders. They take debit or cash which is nice and you earn points when you purchase. There prices are reasonable, what more can you ask for.

After having some trouble with an order, the marketing manager Audrey really went out of her way to help me out. It really was customer service way beyond my expectations, truly making me happy to be a customer at this dispensary. Super sweet and professional staff. My only suggestion is maybe having containers that are easier to open, for folks with chronic pain. As someone with arthritis, it’s a little difficult to open the flower containers. Just a thought 🖤

Nice atmosphere but the flower isnt on par or not what it says on the label I got 3 different strands and 2 smell exactly the same an both should have totally different terp profiles and also both are not what they say at all an no way to check this on the spot so Im stuck with it but I dont think they know their strain terp profiles if you need a strain smell identifier cause you should know whats what before slapping a label on it give me a call I have the expertise you need in making your menu legit

I hop around to a lot of western mass dispensaries. sometimes for better prices and sometimes because a product i want is at a specific location. everytime i come to holyoke the staff at canna provisions is so friendly. the product is great.im not sure about the other reviews concerning the prices. are the prices high? yes. but if you look at any other dispensary in the valley with similar variety in products, the prices are similar if not exactly the same.the only reason i cannot give 5 stars is because the C19 precautions werent as consistent as i would prefer. the last time i was there the staff member was not wearing their mask properly at all and did not disinfect the counter before i stepped up, which is something other staff have done in the past.

.5 gram vape cartridge in Denver CO are $16.00 out the door all taxes paid. Flower is 30 an eighth. Wax and shatter are as low as 10.00 a gram. All excellent quality. Massachusetts despenceries are making incredible profits. Search denver cannisaver and drool over the prices.

I just wanna start off by saying that the facility is beautiful and they have an awesome selection to choose from!! I’m giving CP- Holyoke 3 stars because in my experiences there I always feel very rushed. I understand that the employees are there to help and educate if need be, however it feels like a little too much for me. I feel like I’m pressured in to picking something quick to hurry me out. It doesn’t really feel like a super welcoming place, but that’s just my experience!

I’m definitely a beginner I have zero experience with product usage and or an idea of what I wanted. However the staff in the Holyoke location was amazing! They helped educate us about the all products as well as help us identify what would best benefit our needs! Definitely would recommend to others! I did not feel uncomfortable asking questions and needing more information.

If I could this place 0 stars I would. Website states “pre order preferred but not required”. However when I got there they were only accepting pre orders. The woman at the front door apologized for the confusion, said to place my order online and she would let me right in since no one was inside. I ended up waiting an hour. Terrible customer service. Honesty is the best policy.

This place look like busy for costumes but I know busy I believe you need license for it because, I know smoke or anything else but I see the good business in HOLYOKE ma hoping those people take care of the children the same way.

This is our favorite dispensary...from the cool layout in an old industrial building to the friendly staff whos always willing to be helpful, we couldnt be happier with the folks at Canna Provisions.

The staff knows their products from inside and out. Aside from their knowledge, they’re kind, and courteous. I got some Betty’s eddies, and a few other edibles and 100000% satisfied with them. If you’re going to go to a dispensary, Canna Provisions is where you want to go.

This is the most beautiful dispensary Ive ever seen. I felt like I could not only find pot, but also a cute top to wear while smoking it. They had great COVID accommodations by providing hand sanitizer and offered barriers between the registers and consumers. The staff were all very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They have a wide variety of products and know in-depth knowledge about the growers and strains. I had a very minor issue with my order and the manager and staff member were extremely helpful in amending it. I was also happy to see that the manager was very understanding and friendly to his team members. This will be my new dispensary home.

What started as a great idea was run into the ground by bad management. Beautiful location, friendly staff but poorly run. A ‘socially conscious’ business with their roots in Colorado dispensaries opening up in the heart of little Holyoke, Massachusetts. You’d think they would price their products a little better considering the area. Their most profitable business in MA being in Lee, which is largely successful due to New York customers.I will say the selection is impressive. Flower, prerolls, concentrates, edibles, tinctures and even more. If money isn’t an issue and you want selection canna provisions might be the place for you. But why pay 65 an eighth for heirloom collection flower when I can get it for 50 directly from heirloom. One thing that really turned me off about this place is they rush you through the store, even though it’s so nice in there. They seem to want to rush you to counter, one would think it’s because of covid but there never a huge wait.The cherry on top is many of the 5 star reviews are done by actual employees of Canna Provisions. As a former employee, I would highly suggest never working at this company. As a customer, if you want to get your product and leave without having a 5 star shopping experience, this is the place for you.

I had such a wonderful experience at Canna Provisions Holyoke location. I pre-ordered for pick up but once I entered, I found myself instantly wanting to explore the beautiful store. The budtenders are very knowledgeable the COVID precaution made me feel safe while I shopped. I loved the additional products I purchased through staff recommendations and I certainly will be returning again!

They are so welcoming, they even let me go in with my dog and had treats for him, I love this place for welcoming my dog and so friendly
