Went to the showroom in Holyoke to look for a used office chair. Great service. Staff assisted us to find a quality chair in our budget. Same price as ordering a new low-quality chair from somewhere but got a much better chair. Thanks.

Employees were nice but I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe shopping here because not a single person working there wore a mask. If youre cautious about the virus, Id highly advise against shopping here.

The assistant manager got me fired because i didnt let him borrow anymore money from me and never once told H.R or one of the other workers to be careful almost killed me and others quite a few times.
