Ordering anything from SBS is a NIGHTMARE! And customer service through the design center is subpar at best. Save yourself the headache! Go elsewhere!

High prices since the covid outbreak due to production with manufacturers,.

No website to check prices and terrible service for getting quotes. I asked 2 different people for a quote on some trusses, its been 3 years and I still havent heard back. I asked for a simple quote on some lumber this last week and havent got a reply.

Although the stores in other communities are well stock with supplies, Home store is seriously poorly stocked. Prices have shot up and the customer service quality has dropped greatly. Very poor.
