The most important reason for my high ratings are all based on the customer service rep. She had a room full of customers but did a great job acknowledging everyone, working efficiently with several at a time, and was phenomenal to work with!By far this has been my best experience ever with AT&T!There was a long line but, based upon lack of employees across all businesses then it’s understandable.

Yesterday i bought a new phone at the Homer store from Angel. Her service was excellent and above average. Today she is transferring my data with efficiency and a professional attitude. I have to say that my experience at the Homer store with Angel is superb. I suggest that she be considered for leadership.

Wonderful service and quality manager and workers. Had a delightful time getting a new plan after losing my old cellphone. Its nice to see our local at&t get there pro level of service together.

Talena did a great job of helping me set up our work iPad with a data plan. Yes, the store was busy and yes, they could use more staff - but this is a nationwide problem, and not the fault of the employees that choose to show up to work. Talena was incredibly helpful and patient with me when I had some my visit, and went out of her way to accommodate my needs while visiting the Homer store in person.

We were welcomed as soon as we walked into the store. Very friendly, professional and courteous staff.

Loved the cust service. Still having issues with phone connection at my house. I can hear them, but they cant hear me

Pretty terrible. customer service was non existent as well as the “manager” talking down to us and not being helpful or pleasant whatsoever. Weird especially since I’m a loyal customer trying to come spend over $1000 at your store. Hate your job much?

We went to the store to see about getting AT&T cell phones and service. There were at least 7 people ahead of us, the boss was late getting to work and only 1 person there to help people. We are old and just could not stand around for an hour or more, so we left, very disappointed as we were ready to sign up!!! PP

First office creators are always first off the computers are always locking up making you wait And if you take a taxi that cost extra money which Ive done the last couple times and sometimes they close down when the computers arent working dont tell you when theyre gonna be next even if you have to make a payment so only place in town to make a payment in cash very disappointed it wasnt the employees fault mind you they are a bit slow but the computers there are lacking and their communication there is lacking Weather Service at Walmart

I’ve never had a bad experience here. If I have a problem with my phone they will help me if they can, and if not they will send me in the right direction. I’m honestly not even sure what the negative reviews are even on about, it definitely doesn’t sound like my AT&T!

Everytime we walk into the store with a problem or question.. we walk out with more questions and problems. Their service is awful. Usually saying just go to this website or call this number.. we never get helped here.

Service is comparable to having dial up. I have to stand against the window to take a call. It’s not like this all the time, but mostly in the summer. No videos will load, no photos, no text messages, no calls in Homer, AK. The “mark this spot app” is a joke too! Expand the band width for the summer time. Just because our population is small in the winter months, business and paying individuals rely on this service YEAR ROUND.

The service provided for me was fast and effective. The lady that helped me, Allison, was incredibly patient and helpful with each step of the process and I really appreciate that!

Web site said it closed @ 7 PM. Painted sign on door says it closes at 7 PM. Got there at 6:15 PM & printed sign taped to door says closes @ 6 pm for the rest of the week & until....... Great communication for a communication company huh???? NOT!!!! You tape a sign on your door but you cant change your web site??? Three people came up while I was there!!!! Thats three people you gave lousy service to & inconvenienced.

Wasnt the quickest trip into an AT&T store I have ever experienced, but was definitely in the end one of the better ones I have had. The guy working was super helpful and made sure that everything was in proper order and working before I left.

Normal ATT hassels little store can do about it

Arrived at 9:40AM today (Saturday). All indications (website, the door at the store, etc) are they open at 9:00AM. Nope, its locked up tight.

The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful; especially since we needed to visit several days in a row because of problems with porting our numbers from another service provider.
