Someone from country code 347 is using Fed Ex as a scam to get me to respond with private info. Be careful out there

They lost my package, then said they couldnt deliver it because I was not home. There was no door tag left. Then they had the nerve to tell me they would deliver it the next day. My package was found by a good samaritan along side the road. So i knew they were lying, as i had the package, thanks to the kindness of a stranger.

If only I could put 0 stars, I would. Now as pre-text, I am disabled, unable to just leave to get a SINGLE package. They couldnt deliver my ONE small package, which would be understandable if they had re-delivered it but instead they tore out the signature portion of the door tag. So I went down to pick up my item at the time stated on the door tag, and they were at lunch, which resulted in me waiting for them to get back and when they did the office had closed due to the hours being 8:30 - 12. I was told to flag down the driver as he was leaving or wait until they felt like re-delivering it to my residence. Horrible customer service, Ill be sure to let everyone know to use UPS instead of these crooks.*UPDATE* So this is the first time Ive seen a package absolutely trashed. I had ordered a big pack of electrolytes, but what I got was this mess which clearly was torn open and the bag cut. What do they think it was? It SMELLS LIKE SUGAR!

Overnight package has taken 5 days to recieve. Horrible customer service. Recieved a package from fedex on a friday but not both packages because the driver forgot the other. Fedex says theres nothing they can do and I will recieve my package monday. Worst shipping company, from the shipping to the customer service. There customer service is located in South America, not much help with dealing with locations in the US. Do not recommend fedex.

Great people, very cooperative and helpful. I ship and receive frequently and have never had a problem, ever.

I would a 0 if I could. Fedex left a door tag since they missed us for us to fill oit. But uh oh they tore out the signature to autorize re-delivery so we had to go into their office which is open a whopping 4 hours minus lunch breaks. We waited for lunch to finish and lcom the office again to unload a plane. Basically got not help but a shrug oh well. Lousy customer service and hours especially with the BS rates they charge.

Lady at desk is awesome.
