Our Jeep broke down and we were stranded in Homestead on our way to Orlando. I tried many places, including the dealership. The answer was always the same. Leave your car and well try to take a look in a couple of days. This place was different. They did quick diagnostics and determined the cause of the problem. They were honest and offered very good rates for fixing my Jeep. It was fixed the next morning and we were on our way. Kudos to the owner and the mechanic! I highly recommend this place.

I had a bad experience I thought they was good people but I see they are not. I had my transmission rebuilt in was still under warranty until June 2021 had to go back multiple times to fix transmission issues after the repair so this last issue that recently occurred while me and my 3yr old son was in the vehicle could’ve costed our life we was on I95 when the transmission broke had to wait for the car to stop. So I take the truck to the shop in they said they are not responsible for the issue go to the person who did my exhaust they can’t help me even though my transmission is still under warranty. When everyone knows that exhaust has nothing to do with the transmission clearly trying to avoid the repair that they caused. The excuse is someone else repairs when they clearly have been the only shop touch my car all my transactions are from they shop no other shop

Went there to replace the car braking system (rotors, brake shoes, calipers and hoses) on both sides. My old ones I had was aftermarket and dated to the point they dont make parts for them. They help me big time! Worked with me on pricing and the staff was super! Hard to find places like this. This im planning to com back to for more service on the car and whatever I need in the future. I definitely recommend this shop!

Im not a car person, Im a gas and go person so whenever I walk into an auto shop I have this bad feeling: What are they going to try to sell me? Are they going to tell me that the xyz part is broken, my life is in danger and I need to fork over $500.00? I have no way of verifying that. NOT HERE. Straight forward, honest service and I genuinely get the feeling they want to help resolve your issue in a way that makes sense for you and not trying to fix whats not broken. Ive observed them help other customers in a similar way likely saving them 100s of dollars.My check engine light came on, they tested the issue for $20, were able to resolve it and told me that if the issue came up again they would apply this $20 to any future repair. Seems simple, but I appreciated that and they earned my business. Have done several oil changes and even my breaks here. I will continue to support this local business.

They replaced front shocks & suspension. Van still had vibration after. Then they replaced PV joints ?. They said van needed rack & piniion replaced. 2nd opinion said not needed.

I was traveling to Key West and I hit a semi tire on US-1 I was very lucky to have found this shop I was traveling alone they sent a tow truck within 15 min and had my car fixed up the next day. Fair prices good work I highly recommend

These guys do care about there customers, helped me find a tow company that did not try to rip me off, the tow driver even set up an appointment to meet me at the car when I could be there so i could give him the key. he explained that it would be best if he had the key so there would be less chance of damaging the car.

Great PROMPT service, honest and affordable. I took my 07 Toyota FJ Cruiser in for front breaks grinding and to replace a damaged CV axle that had broken after hitting a curve, Turns out I also had damaged calipers which needed replacing along with a damaged tie rod . This would explain my out of control steering, they went out of their way to explain what repairs were needed, which were essential and which repairs I may choose to leave for another day, I was able to see for myself the damage and I approved all repairs.Just a few hours later I was picking up my car and I have to say ; My car has never driven as smooth.Thank you George and crew....Ill be back for more!

I called to ask a couple of questions, like anyone else does before using any company. They didn’t answer so I called 3 times, they call me back and and I wasn’t sure what place it was and the guy who was the phone said “what place this is, you the one that called me”. I’m not to sure about anyone else but that is a big No!!!!!!

Absolutely incredible shop, this shop as worked 7 jobs for me and my family and they even have pointed out ways for me to save money. Which is very rare to find in this day and age. I first worked with them on my 96 Nissan Sentra which had a transmission issue which another shop quoted me with 850 dollars. I brought the car to this shop for a second opinion and they found it was a bad sensor which cost me 85 dollars parts and labor. They always find ways to give the best prices so they get return customers which I like. When you call you most like will talk to Jose whos very outgoing and a pleasure to talk to. Once you find a trustworthy shop its like a barber you dont want anyone else working on your cars. Great Job guys.... If I could give them 6 stars I would...

I just got my suspension fixed here, it was great. I came in an hour before closing (close time on Sat is 4 pm not 6 though) and they agreed to help me when most other shops were closed or said it would take several hours. I had googled the price beforehand just to have an idea and they did it for $100 cheaper. As a single, white lady (i.e very little knowledge of cars) it can be hard to find a mechanic you can trust and a lot of those big box mechanic places like Tire Kingdom, Pep Boys or even the Nissan dealerships are way over priced and dont even do a good job. This place was knowledgeable, considerate and reasonably priced. I reccomend them.

We had an unfortunately terrible experience at 1Stop. In the middle of our vacation, our car broke down. The very nice proprietor identified a problem with the transmission, and replaced it. The next day, our car broke down.We took the car to the Nissan dealership, and we found out 1Stop DESTROYED the transmission by pouring the wrong fluid. The Nissan had to replace the transmission, again.We called the proprietor to get our money back, and he refused to reimburse us! He said that if we brought the transmission back to him, he would replace it. Clearly, this was not going to happen because we were 200 miles away.My mother even wrote him a very kind letter, requesting a partial reimbursement. We received no response. We wasted $3500 on the ruined transmission, and this experience ruined our vacation.Do yourself a favor and avoid this auto shop!
