I had a long horrible day. My morning started with checking my tires at a tire shop and being told they were fine only needing air only to have my rear tire go out and requesting roadside assistance with my insurance provider. The company dispatched had me wait 3 1/2 hrs after being given 4 different ETA. Original ETA was 75 minutes. Eventually I asked to cancel after getting additional time added on to the last and my insurance provider located city tow. Hungry, with a headache, and a new estimated time of 45min I say what the hell I have been waiting all day any how and the tire shop is now closed. Just when I thought I will be here until 8pm up comes city tow bright red and shinning waaay earlier than expected. Leo approaches my car he is professional, polite, and a breathe of fresh air compared to the individuals I was talking with by phone from that other company. He told me my options and help decide what was best for me. He helped locate my spare tire that I thought did not exist, he replaced it really fast and had me on my way. If it werent for Leos kind personality I probably would have let this day upset me he not only changed my tire but be changed my attitude and that is very commendable. Thank you Leo and city tow corp for such amazing service.

We are in Key Largo on family vacation and locked our keys in the car. We used USAA roadside service and City Tow was eventually our contracted provider. After the first service provider was rude to USAA and hung up, they sent the request to City Tow. Noel called me immediately, was professional, friendly, and showed up quicker than we expected. My son was in a car accident today and I called City Tow to tow my sons truck. He said he would be there in about 15-20min but he was there in like 5 min. Being and emergency service I would say it’s the best! What can i say? Jesus saved us!! We ended up hitting a pot hole in Miami that blew both passenger side tires!! If it had been anyone else to tow us, we would have ended up sleeping in our car in the parking lot of a tire company! But Jesus was our angel and pulled his professional strings to get us in at a pep boys at close and still have new tires installed. I cant thank him enough!! There truly are still good people left in this world and he is one of them. I highly recommend this family operated company!! Save the little guy, use their services if u need it, you wont regret it.

I wasnt able to catch the drivers name but he was a short Cuban guy and he handled my car with proper care and made sure to lower my car onto my drive way without scratching the floor. First time using a towing company, I just recently got into a car accident cops told me I had to call a towing company as soon as possible because I was blocking traffic. I called this company because of 5 start rating and trust me it truly deserves it. Towing guy was really helpful and knowledgeable in a tight situation. Very cheap.

My new car with 3500 miles on it was taken by city tow to their facility on S. Flagler ave. We called the facility to arrange pick up but found that no one would answer the 24 hour service phone number after 8 pm on a Sunday. Arriving the next day at their facility that was reminiscent of shops that I visited while working in a shipyard, I found a business in disarray and rather unprofessional. I explained that I was there to pick up my car and although they knew about the car they didn’t have any paperwork and nothing to prove that they were authorized to tow my car. There was also confusion as to the time that they towed my car and of course the location was unknown to them. Additionally, They also informed me that I would have to pay for storage since I was there over night even though there was no response to my phone call on the previous night. After paying what seemed an exorbitant amount for a short distance tow and what now seemed like some kind of fraud perpetrated on elderly couples I asked for the inspection report of my car that would have been taken by the driver before beginning the tow. That information was also not available. I inspected my car and found what I believe to be 2 new scratches but was assured they would forward a copy of their inspection and photos by email that day. I’m still waiting and will have to live with a new car and it’s scratches. The towing companies that I’ve work with in the past were always courteous and professional, unfortunately the professionalism experienced by me in this instance was truly unsatisfactory. Although the young lady that we primarily dealt with was polite, the impression left by the supervisor did not help to alleviate the tenseness of the situation. Good luck to any others that might find themselves in a similar situationThe reply made is completely inaccurate and has nothing to do with the actions regarding my new car. We were not able to contact anyone. No one called us or told us to come in. I’m not sure what lady they spoke to but it wasn’t in connection with our vehicle. Since we were unable to talk to anyone, no arrangement was made to come back in the morning. This reply demonstrates the continued confusion displayed in communicating with the business and the facts surrounding this tow and the continued feeling that my car was taken from my house in error and held until I paid their fee. I still haven’t gotten an email from them with their supporting pictures and documentation. In regards to their pickup policy, I haven’t found an explanation or statement on their website nor did I see this policy posted at the lot when I picked up my car.

Needed a tow from Homestead to the Keys and the person who helped me through the process, Mendez, was super helpful and courteous. We thought wed have a hard time getting this particluar vehicle towed but he and his driver got the job done! Glad they work with AAA and I will definitely request City Tow next time I use my AAA roadside assistance.

I never leave reviews but the experience was so professional from the moment the phone was answered to the arrival of tow truck from the loading and securing of the vehicle which was a huge ordeal straight through to the delivery of the vehicle to a friends house. The dispatcher listened to my needs and communicated them properly. The driver arrived with a smile and conveyed a sense that he really wanted to help me, not that it was just a job he was assigned to do today.
