Julio (sales associate) and Don (technician) both are very friendly and professional with great sense of humor. My appointment was scheduled for 10am but wasnt able to get my truck in the bay until 11:15am. I scheduled my appointment on Goodyear website. I do understand they will not stop working on the cars in the bay already before my arrival so it was expected. Please keep that in mind when scheduling appointments online that you might have to wait little longer. The staff including the manager is very upfront and they provide details about the issues and let you make decisions. No unnecessary sales push that I encountered at my visit. I recommend this location. 👍🏻

I was so impressed with the service at GOODYEAR TIRE in Homestead Florida. I was greeted by friendly knowledgeable staff Miguel Julio and Louis. They knew the right questions to ask and gave me an estimate before the service was provided and explained what needed to be done. They knew it was difficult for me to return for another appointment with the brake challenge on my vehicle so they called in parts which were delivered that day and fix my vehicle on the spot. I can’t thank them enough!!!They were absolutely fabulous and I will recommend them to all my friends and to anyone who needs service done on a vehicle. The facility was very clean and comfortable waiting for my vehicle to be fixed. I was extremely impressed!

Had a good experience bringing my car for a tire repair which ended up being a tire replacement do the condition of the tire. The associate behind the counter help me find a tire for my budget. Even though the shop was full since early morning they moved people in and out fairly quick.

Quick service for a good price

I brought a tire in with a small screw in and was told by manager that it couldn’t be patched due to it being too close to the outer edge of tire. The screw was 1.5 inches from outer edge.He said he had to sell me a new tire. I was suspicious but really needed my tire fixed. The manager told me the price would be 180.79$ but when I paid it jumped to $190. When I asked the manager said it wasn’t “a lot of money “. When I got home I noticed the tire sold to me wasn’t New. It had a big X on it and upon close examination I could see that the tire had been plugged. He sold me a used tire for the price of a new one.

This place tried to up sale a $60 oil change into a $215 service on a 4 year old car. First and last time coming here.

I just called this location to do an oil change in a Sion IM and Miguel the person who answers set that it will be $95 dollars to do an oil change really is disrespectful and hung up on me the First time I called for sure I will never go there and imagine if this is just in a call how would it be getting service there $95 dólares for a simple oil change that is only take the old oil and put the new oil ridiculousHope this Miguel gets fire really poor customer service

My daughter went to get an oil change at this place. Unbeknownst to me. Next day she told me her engine light was still on. She told me she had gotten an oil change day before at this place. I cringed when she told me it had been at this place. I told her they should have reset the engine light once the service was done. I immediately checked her oil and was amazed to see how black the oil on the dipstick so was!!! It clearly told me that her oil WAS NEVER CHANGED!!!! My wife then drove with her back to the place, because she knew I had had integrity issues with this particular store in the past, (WHICH IS WHY I STOPPED GOING THERE!!)and wanted to spare me the aggravation! Long story short, my wife said she was told the reason the oil was so dark was because the previous oil was old, and it was residue. Or something to that effect. And they offered to REDO the oil change.Ok: ...#1 if an establishment such as this in good conscience had changed the oil as they were paid to do, they would have assured the customer that they in fact had done the oil change and there was no need to redi the oil change.#2 Because of establishments with such questionable integrity such as this, IS WHY I DO MY OWN OIL CHANGES (daughter never told me she needed an oil change, just went and had it done).#3 I changed the oil in my car over a month ago. I drive over 300 miles a week in that vehicle! I pulled a sample from the dip stick and compared it to the oil pulled from my daughters car and there was a very noticeable difference in the color. My oil was much light compared to hers.Maybe its me Ive had bad experiences with this place. But this last experience only enforces my decision to never go there!!!

Usually great but they have had a change in personnel. they told me 1.5 to 2 hours but it was almost 3 last Monday. they said i need ac treatment, told them no it was done my last time here, i was correct. they did replace my cabin air filter, no problem. they took my spare care and now i have to go back today. sometimes everyone has bad days and this was one. Hope they get their stuff together soon.

Management have communication problems and employees shortage

I came in because I had a tire that was routinely losing air because it turns out it had a nail stuck in it. I had just gotten my car inspected yesterday at my dealership AutoNation Nissan Kendall and my dealership hadn’t informed me that there was a nail in the tire and that they hadn’t rotated my tires as I had requested.Due to this, Jose G from Goodyear worked really hard to try to inspect the tire I thought had the flat (turns out it was the one behind it due to the fact that my dealership didn’t rotate my tires like I requested) and he couldn’t find the problem. Then Julio the sales associate put two and two together and told Jose and I that perhaps my tires hadn’t been rotated and he looked at the tires and noticed the nail stuck on the tire that should have been rotated forward.They then quickly resolved the issue and I left feeling well taken care of by Julio and Jose. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for honest people who aren’t trying to rip you off.Thank you to all the hardworking people there at Goodyear!

Went in for oil change friendly staff at front desk. Came home to see after oil change car was leaking oil. Newer car no previous issues on it. Called kia mechanic he took a look at the car and saw the plug was very loose he tightened it no more leaks. Thry dont know how to tighten the oil plug correctly. Unbelievable. Becareful taking ypur car there. If i wouldnt check my car i would had burned the engine without oil for there reckless job.

The manager luis was very personable and nice. my car broke down a few times and each time I brought it straight to him and he always gave me the best reasonable prices he could and even drove me home (45min) one day when I dropped my car off and couldnt find a ride back. He also gave me a free t-shirts ..that was cool.

The actual service done to my vehicle was fine and as expected. But I will suggest not using this place if you are short on time. I went for an oil change and tire rotation, which I scheduled an appointment for online. Got there 10 minutes before and it still took 2 solid hours.

I had 2 flat tires and The lady there took good care of me. She gave me a coupon I didnt have to fix the flats for free. Service was also fast. I would definitely Highly recommend this place for any service.

They had a big sign that says we fix flats for free. I came in and didnt even mind paying. The guy just said I need a new tire. The nail was in the middle of the tread. Nowhere near the sidewall. My tire was just replaced about 10,000 miles ago and has plenty of tread left. So I left and got a different place to fix my flat. I would not recommend anyone to come here.

Scheduled an appointment online for Monday for a tire rotation/balance... I come in 15 minutes early and the lady tells me that they cant do it today because their online system didnt work correctly and so it didnt fit into the schedule. Okay, no big deal. So I reschedule with her for the next morning. I get there on time and they finally take my truck back an hour after I arrive. Theres one guy working on my truck and it takes him an hour and a half to finish the job. All the while theres 2 older guys in the garage just sitting around not helping. So after wasting 2.5 hours PLUS the time it took me to drive there the day before, I finally get my tires rotated... Cant believe this place is actually allowed to carry the Goodyear name. I wont be back.

I have frequented this particlar Goodyear Service Store for 3.5 years and My experiences have been positive.On a scale of 10 the service is 10+. The manager and his team are exceptional and I trust them with my vehicles.

The repairs were well done, but the service representative gave me a VERY misleading quote. He originally told me that my brake repairs would be one amount. When I went to pick up my car however, the price had doubled! I asked him what the discrepancy was about. He told me the original amount he had told me was for one axle only and that the price was correct for two axles! Its so ridiculous its laughable! I wouldnt recommend going there unless you like to pay twice as much as you were expecting for your repairs.

Free flats that are actually free whats not to love - great staff they even checked my other tires that were not purchased with them, loved loved loved Ana and Alencis they made a bad situation better . Did I mention it was actually FREE will totally be a repeat customer- very glade my boat repair guys from sea hunter recommended them -

They underinflated my new tires by 30 psi. My truck has tire psi sensors that said 2 tires were low.. they told me I just needed to drive it. Nope.. they actually just put the wrong amount of air in. Supposed to be 80psi, 2 are 80psi and the other 2 are about 50psi. Also they screwed up the tire sensors where it shows the 2 back tires as being on the front and vice versa.

Miguel was very kind. Daniel I think was the name of the gentleman that did my alignment and he did an amazing job.

We had a leek on one tyre. After check up, they said to us we had to buy a new tyre (160$), it was not possible to fix it. They even try to sell us 4 new tyres. I wasnt sure, so I went to another goodyear ( the one on washington avenue), they fixed it for 20$. Do not trust them.

Terrible service. The irony is that as I sat and waited for my oil change, another customer was having a conversation with the service manager about how you have to be aggressivein order to get good service from companies (he was actually telling him a story about an issue he had with a paint company). Fast forward a few minutes later, that same manager told me that the bolt on my oil pan was stripped and that if they took it off there was a possibility that they would have to replace the entire pan for an extra $500. He asked me which shop was the last shop to change my oil and I told him that it was this one...his eyes looked in shocked because his worker actually stripped it moments before and he was going to try to blame it on another shop to get themselves off the hook. After going back and forth with this guy he told me that he was pretty sure that they could get it off but that I would have to bring it back the next day (despite the fact that the shop was still open and I had even scheduled that appointment). The next day I had to drop my car off before work and make arrangements to get there and back. I didnt receive any apologies and, although its the closest shop to me, Ill drive as far away as I have to in order to get proper and honest service. I hope they read this and realize how one bad experience turns away possible clients and trust me the money that you guys miss out on adds up! DONT GIVE THESE GUYS YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY, unless youre one of their relatives!!!!!!

Today I was there for oil change, and the lady said we cant service your car because you dont have oil ay all. So I got nervous and when to Firestone and they check the oil level and said everything is okay, we can do it.This is the second time that happened to me in this Goodyear store in Us1 and 301 sw.Wont go there again. :(.

They should have EVERYTHING on stock and be ready for the customer that does not leave in the area. every good year that I visited did not had good year tires!! THUMBS DOWN!!

Visit the Homestead location and be delighted with the service. The man who attended me was very attentive to me and explained in great detail what my car had and offered an immediate solution. Short wait and they treated me like queen. They offered me water and coffee that although in many places it is available they do not offer it. The truth is I am very grateful for the deal.
