R&D was recommended to us by an acquaintance. Called them up for a kitchen remodeling and I got a very competitive quote. Eventually went with them. From the beginning of the project all the way to the final detail, Daniela was available to answer questions. If you go to the shop,  do not be surprised by its modest size. Its a hole in the wall. Sort of like those really good restaurants that are tiny but serve spectacular food! However, they more than make up for it in the quality of the products they provide, as well as that quickly disappearing art of CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Incredible place to buy tiles from and other services they do as well, like bathroom & kitchen vanities.The people there are great!!!
