I always shop at this Publix. The parking lot is spacious. I love the deli subs. I buy the produce and meat here because their fresh. The store has a pharmacy which is convenient. Great customer service and the store is always clean.

Pros: Overall is an Excellent supermarket,good customer service(they also have a lot of workers helping to pack they maintain a good stock of the items and the quality control work so far.... havent see a product expired or a vegetable in bad condition.CONS: The supermarket is a little pricy and sometimes is hard to find parking(specially on weekends)

Nice market, but I informed the team about an specific bread that I found easily in others Publix but never available in this one. Publix website says that if you found a product in another place of the same company, you can ask for this, but they never bought that bread. Never did so. However, there are available an excessive amounts of marks with the same flavor: garlic. Picture is with salt and butter, which me and my family asked for.

The fried chicken was hot and fresh. The customer service is excellent

I drive by a closer Publix (US-1 & 312 street) to shop here instead. Why? Mainly the customers. They staff at both locations is super friendly, but this one has a more relaxed ambiance. Makes shopping a pleasure (get it lol). It’s been my Publix since 2009 and will continue to be.

I normally would give this Publix 5 stars. I’m there 2-3 times a week for regular groceries and little odds and ends when needed (milk, bread, cheese, etc). The staff is incredibly friendly and they see you. They acknowledge you and say “Hi” and offer unsolicited assistance. Very very good job with that.The pharmacy is beginning to fail though. When called for a prescription refill, they are either hurried or you’re on hold forever. I was once on hold for 20 minutes before deciding to just go there and as I stayed on the phone. I arrived, waited another 20 minutes to have my prescription filled and still on hold. I understand when a department is short staffed or untrained. I get it. But when we are living in a time where we now see all the Chicken Little’s running around and therefore resulting in a “no refund” policy, the people behind the counter at the pharmacy should really take the time to explain all the ins and outs of what you’re purchasing.Again, this isn’t personal on the folks behind the counter. This is on poor management in not taking the time to train their employees right.

Hello there, if you’re reading this I want you to know that this has been a great experience going to this Publix. All the workers especially the young adults give exceptional customer service making sure customers find everything they need. I want to give a quick shoutout to Jaiden (young tall black male) who helped me in the produce section finding the bags to put my cilantro in. He was very nice and made sure I found what I was looking for to leave a happy customer. Thank you ! To the manager, please let him know he’s doing a great job !!

Publix, what can I say. I live close by, it is the fastest in and out grocery shopping experience every time. Why would I want to go to any other grocery store... Oh yeah the price$ JSH! Similar to what their slogan says, its always a pleasure shopping at Publix, and this one is no different. The employees seem genuinely happy, and there is always someone willing to help. Im always greeted with a friendly hi/hello by random employees throughout the store, even the floor managers, which is typical of a Publix and Ive come to happily expect. Whatever the formula is that causes such good morale amongst you all, keep it up, it works, because again shopping is indeed a pleasure here.

I’m very dissatisfied about this pharmacy. I am suffering from cardiac arrhythmia and I need to take my anti arrhythmic medication. I have been a self payer for the last two months because I new job with a different company and until the new benefits are active (09/01/2021) I have to pay for my medication of course.I took a Cardizem prescription to this pharmacy en Thursday 08/05/2021) and I was aware that this medication has to be ordered. The technician told me that they were expecting new delivery by Saturday afternoon and that I should receive a text message when this medication along with other medication was ready. On Sunday 08/08/2021, i did not receive any text from Publix Pharmacy, and I decide to go because i was out of medication. The manager told me that the medication needed to ordered upon I give my consent (something I already did on Thursday) and started to give all kind of excuses. Finally she ordered and I hope I can have have my medication by tomorrow afternoon.I could take my prescription to another pharmacy but knowing this medication needs to be ordered, that would represent more delay.Conclusion: I have no medication to take due to Publix Pharmacy negligence and I hope I don’t have any issues because I am sure that if need to go to ER, Publix Pharmacy will not pay my bill.They should take better care of their patients.

Love this store. If they don’t stock a product you want, the manager makes sure it’s on the shelf the next time you come in. Even though it’s always super busy - they do a great job making sure you don’t wait for too long in the check out lines. Best of all - their pharmacy is amazing. Noticed a new prescription would have interfered with ones I already took and it might have been very serious for me!

By far, the most friendly grocery store I have ever been to! The prices were good, but it was their friendliness and customer service that was amazing. I have been to other Publix stores before and this one stands ahead of the rest. I don’t know if it’s the manager or general manager or store culture, but out of the numerous employees I passed, every single one said hello and most with a very pleasant, “I’m really glad you are hear” vibe. And many proactively went out of their way to see if I needed help. Whatever the cause of the great culture and service, well done!

What an incredible customer service!!! I was waiting in line for a sandwich, 1 person working, a second person came to help, but by that time I gave up waiting; 4 more people left in front of me. An employee noticed, told the manager. The manager on duty and the cashier, made sure I was taken care of, for the minor inconvenience. Thank you so much

The service I received today by the manager name JOSE was the worst customer service I have ever experience. Publix is not where shopping is a pleasure at least not at this location. They get know star in my book but you have to put at least one to post.

Noce store in a great location relative to our hotel. Shopped here 3 times and was very pleased all 3 times. Used the app to order fresh sandwiches made for pickup. It worked out really well.

This Publix has awesome customer service. Theres one manager in particular that even looked up an item for me and called me to tell me when they would have it in stock again and shes always very helpful in assisting me to locate items in the store.

Great selection, but honestly the pricing just isnt competitive. They may offer more stuff than Aldi, but generally speaking everything I need is at Aldi and I only hit Publix for emergencies (like Aldi is closed) and for the rare item Aldi doesnt carry. Its still better pricing than Whole Foods... But thats not saying much.

PRESTO! Machine. Publix rarely disappoints. Stop by the bakery for key lime pie. Everyone raves about the subs, but have you tried the wings at the deli? Too bad the entire deli cant fit into the cart. Amazing sides like potato salad, cole slaw, baked beans... Excellent service. Repeat customer. Highly recommended.

Very good place to go when you’re in a hurry to pick up a quick grocery list and snacks. Believe it or not, this one is less crowded than the one by US1 and 312th St.

They mark the prices 2 for 7$ and when you pay its 5$ each!its not the first time this happening to me.Check every item at the register because public with very expensive prices also trying to steal your money as well!

A place where I get all my groceries!

I went to the Publix Oasis Plaza and bought multiple items in a hurry I went looking for the shortest line and there was none. I was surprised to see the longest line going by very fast so I decided to run to that line. The cashier Brooke, was very polite and happy to help me cash out quickly, she was conversing with me and asking if i found everything ok and I know that Publix employees are required to say that but any other cashier I have ever dealt with at that Publix has never once asked me. I went to speak with Sam the manager of customer service, to compliment Brooke and i was given an eye roll and she walked away like i was not there speaking to her. I decided to go and speak to Debbie the assistant store manager and she told me to wait and walked off as well. I would not shop at this Publix ever again had i not gone through Brookes line.
